Description

The invention relates to a package made of a flat-lying Cardboard blank or the like, with recesses for receiving elongated Objects and with a window-like opening for viewing the Objects, as well as with a front wall and one with this over one Bottom section connected rear wall, the front wall consisting of several There are sections that form two cavities in which the recesses are provided for receiving the end portions of the objects, and wherein a portion of the front wall is provided between the cavities, which rests directly on the rear wall and the like by gluing or the like. connected is.

With such packaging, it is important that the objects of are clearly recognizable on the outside, but still have such a good grip that they can neither fall out nor be removed without authorization, or that unauthorized removal is immediately recognizable, at least from the outside.

Such packaging is known from DE-U-91 14 139, but it is is complicated to erect.

Such packaging is also known from EP-A-0 466 328 only suitable for machine erection and must be glued.

The invention has for its object a packaging of the type mentioned To be designed so that they are easy and uncomplicated to manufacture, erect and is to be closed.

This object is achieved in that at the bottom section facing boundary edge of the rear wall another Front wall section is articulated, which is unfolded on the rear wall and has a section articulated via a fold line, which in a Angle protrudes from the back wall and on one surface piece of the other Front wall section is created, and that the two sections of the Front wall that form the bottom and lid of the lower cavity, are arranged vertically to the rear wall.

This packaging can also be erected very easily by hand and can be opened can be easily closed. The items are already at Erect the packaging and can then be removed from the sealed Packaging can no longer be removed. The middle section of the Objects are exposed between the two front wall sections and can be viewed to examine the objects.

It has also proven to be very advantageous if according to one configuration the invention, the front wall is provided with an approach to the section facing away from the bottom section and spaced from the rear wall connected and placed on the back wall and fixed there.

This ensures a very high level of stiffness in the packaging and thus the packaged items granted great protection, which is particularly important in sensitive objects is very beneficial. In addition, one such packaging easily erect both by machine and by hand and close around the objects.

It has also proven to be very advantageous if according to another Embodiment of the invention between the directly on the back wall hinged front wall section and the section protruding therefrom at least one incision is provided, in which the approach of the other Front wall section is able to intervene.

To close it, you only have to - after unfolding it accordingly - the approach of the front wall section can be inserted into this incision, where he gets caught in it. This creates a packaging that can be set up and closed particularly easily by hand.

An advantageous further embodiment of the invention is also that in Punched out area of the recesses receiving the objects are which protrude into the cavities and stabilize their shape.

No additional material is required for these rags, since they are in the area of Recesses would be punched out anyway; but they contribute significantly Stiffness of the packaging.

It has also proven to be particularly favorable if according to another Embodiment of the invention, the front wall over the entire surface of the Rear wall extends, and if in common, from the floor section end section turned away an opening for receiving a Suspension device is provided.

This makes the packaging particularly easy on the sales shelf present and easily recognizable and removable in large numbers attach.

In der Ausnehmung 13 des Abschnittes 33 sind zwei Lappen 47 und 48 abgeteilt, die beim Aufrichten nich innen gefaltet werden.1 in Figure 1 is a flat cardboard blank designated, a rear wall 2 and a front wall 3rd having, between the rear wall 2 and the front wall 3 a fold line 4 is provided. To the Rear wall 2 is another fold line 5 Front wall section 6 hinged, which in turn has a Folding line 7 carries a wall section 8. In the course of Folding line 7, an incision 9 is provided, in which erected state of the blank on section 37 the front wall 3 molded projection 10 can intervene. There is one in each of the rear wall 2 and the front wall section 6 Breakthrough 11 and 12 are provided, which at Fold up the two walls and cover to Inclusion of a suspension device are intended. In the is the two sections 33 and 35 of the front wall 3, respectively a recess 13 or 14 is provided, which for receiving one end of an elongated one to be packed Object serves. In the recess 13 of section 33 are two tabs 47 and 48 divided when erecting not be folded inside.

Here are the three sections 31,32,33 of the front wall U-shaped unfolded and form a cavity in which the Protect objects 51 and 52 with their feet. The both tabs 47 and 48 are folded inwards and stiffen by their attachment to sections 31 and 32 the cavity formed. Section 34 of the front wall again runs parallel to the back wall and is with it glued. The sections 35,36,37 of the front wall are again unfolded into a cavity in which the Protrude objects with their headboard. It runs the section 35 as shown obliquely, whereby the Objects have a very good hold. The wall section 8 is inward towards the plant at section 37 folded and the approach 10 is in the incision 9th plugged in.

Because of this design is a very easy one Erecting the blank for the finished packaging and that simultaneous loading with the ones to be packed Objects can be carried out very easily by hand, too that no mechanical devices are necessary. The both tabs 47 and 48 stabilize very effectively the cavity created for the foot part of the objects, so that the objects are kept safe.

Allerdings ist auch bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ein Einsteckverschluß wie beim ersten Ausführungsbeispiel möglich.3 and 4, an embodiment is shown that for packaging a single item.
