Claims (10)

  1. Bahnstützende Anordnung bei der Vorhangbeschichtung einer Papier-/Pappbahn, wobei die Anordnung Stützelemente aufweist, die auf einer Seite der Bahn gegenüber der Bahnoberfläche angeordnet sind, die beschichtet werden soll, umfassend eine Gegenwalze (6) mit einem vergleichsweise kleinen Durchmesser, die stromabwärts von einem Auftreffpunkt (12) angeordnet ist, und ein Stützelement (5), das mit Gleitmitteln (7, 8) ausgestattet und stromaufwärts der Rolle (6) angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekenntzeichnet, dass
    das Stützelement (5) zum Stützen der Bahn (W) zwischen einer ersten Stellung stromaufwärts des Auftreffpunkts (12), bei der die Beschichtung auf der Bahn erreicht wird, ohne dass diese von dem Stützelement (5) gestützt ist, und einer zweiten Stellung in Reihe mit dem Auftreffpunkt (12) ist, bei der die Beschichtung auf der Bahn erreicht wird, während diese von dem Stützelement (5) gestützt ist, anpassbar ist.
  2. Bahnstützende Anordnung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Gleitmittel (7, 8) eine Gleitfläche haben, die reibungsarm und/oder abriebsbeständig ist.
  3. Bahnstützende Anordnung nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Gleitfläche für eine geringe Reibung und/oder einen Abriebwiderstand mittels einer Beschichtung oder einer Oberflächenbehandlung ausgebildet ist, die geeignet ist, Reibung zu verringern und/oder einen Abriebwiderstand zu verbessern.
  4. Bahnstützende Anordnung nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Gleitfläche ein Gleitelement (7, 8) oder einen Abschnitt davon umfasst, der aus einem abriebsbeständigen Material hergestellt ist.
  5. Bahnstützende Anordnung nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Material ein Keramikmaterial aufweist.
  6. Bahnstützende Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Gleitfläche der Gleitmittel (7, 8) und der Unterseite der Bahn (W) eine Fluidschmierung zur Verringerung der Reibung und/oder zur Hemmung einer Bahnverschmutzung vorgesehen ist.
  7. Bahnstützende Anordnung nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fluid Luft oder ein anderes Gas aufweist.
  8. Bahnstützende Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitmittel mit einem flexiblen Spitzenabschnitt (8) versehen sind.
  9. Bahnstützende Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitmittel (7, 8) eine Gleitfläche haben, die zum Steuern eines Spalts zwischen der Bahn und einer grenzluftenfternenden Ausstattung, die oberhalb der Bahn stromaufwärts eines Auftreffpunkts angeordnet ist, anpassbar ist.
  10. Bahnstützende Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenwalze (6) in ihrer Stellung zum Variieren des Auftreffwinkels auf den Vorhang anpassbar ist.
