Description

The invention relates to a fitting system for a removable sliding sash and a sliding sash for a window or a door. Here, the wing of e.g. worn two upper and two lower Abstellarmen, the wings are hinged to this. Their other ends are pivotally supported by an upper guide and a lower running rail arranged on the frame via correspondingly guided running elements or lower carriages.

In known sliding sashes and their fitting systems, the load-bearing axes are far upstream or spaced from the associated frame. Covering elements for the parts of the fitting system project correspondingly far to the interior of the room. For the profiles of the sash special constructions are necessary, which increases the cost of the sliding sash as a whole, if no large numbers are achieved. Of course, specific profiles can be designed for special solutions and special geometries of wings, but these then depend on a specific special solution, as for example EP 06 10 0345.5 (Schüco / Hautau, unpublished before the filing date), where in particular the upper pair of arms and the lower pair of arms with a vertical rod (there 20 in FIG. 1 ) are connected to a C-shaped fitting, but to accommodate between the movable wing and the fixed wing of a special shape and design of the profile and rollover needed to be able to be fitted as a fitting and concealed at the same time to work.

A concealed fitting with upper and lower pair of arms shows the EP-A 916 794 (VKR Holding, Velux), in which the arms arranged at the edge lie at least with the wing closed in a visible area and impair the appearance, cf. there Figure 12.

From the US 4,384,429 (Rokicki ) is a movable sliding sash known which has vertical bars which are coupled together via gear connections. This wing is, for example, according to there FIG. 4 , adjustable in parallel and is guided in a main frame, which he never leaves. The arrangement, which in the side view FIG. 5 can be seen, therefore, has no rollover on the sliding sash in which something can be placed. Rather, the wing is moved by levers 48, 50 there in a closed position and moved out of the closed position, which is in both positions within the outline of a frame as the main frame. It is an object of the invention to further develop a fitting system of the type mentioned that commercially available frame profiles can be used, as they are known for rotary wing, turn-tilt wing or tilt-sliding sash, such as plastic profiles or metal profiles. These profiles are cheaper and achieve a high seal in the closed position. Due to the fitting system, this high sealing effect is not or only slightly affected. Another goal is to approach the load-absorbing parts of the fitting system as close as possible to the wing filling, in order to keep emerging torques or torsional forces as small as possible.

This object is achieved by the teaching of claim 1 or 10 by a vertical bar member connecting an upper and a lower Abstellarm for performing synchronous movements, formed and arranged in the fitting system, to be arranged in a cavity of a commercial sash profile and thus may come to rest in the mounted state near the wing filling. It is not a special profile shape constructed separately in the edge region, but one which is provided there with initially closed cavities, in particular in the flashover.

The fitting system is designed so that the essential parts, in particular the load of the wing receiving parts can be arranged in the wing flap. Claimed with claim 1 is nevertheless the fitting system without the sliding leaf on which the fitting system is mountable or can be mounted.

So there are no load-bearing and load-releasing parts of the fitting to lie in front of the formed by the outer surface of the rollover vertical plane; this in the mounted on the wing state of the fitting system.

Beide erstrecken sich praktisch über beide Felder 3a,3.The Figures 1 and 2 show a typical removable sliding sash for windows or doors and an associated hardware system. The wing 1 is parked in its direction in the direction of the arrow 8, but not yet shifted in the direction of the arrow 9 position. The associated frame 4 has two fields, once the opening 3a and on the other hand a closed field 3, in front of which the wing 1 with vertical bars 1a, 1b can be moved. At the upper spar of the frame, a guide rail 5 and the lower rail, a running rail 6 is attached. Both extend practically over both fields 3a, 3.

The wing 1 is supported by two upper Abstellarmen 7a and 7b and two lower Abstellarmen 14a and 14b. The frame-side ends of the upper arms are each hinged to a sliding member 19a and 19b, respectively, which are movable in the guide rail 5 along, for example, slide, when the wing is displaced laterally. Both sliding elements are connected by a rod member 11 together to form a moving unit. Each frame-side end of each lower Abstellarms is each hinged to a carriage 13a and 13b, which are guided by means of rollers on the lower rail 6 and also verkuppelt by a horizontal rod member 15 together.

The wing-side ends of the Abstellarme 7 and 14 are hinged to the casement.

In FIG. 2 these articulation points are indicated at 10a, 10b for the upper arms and at 21a, 21b for the lower arms.

The facing in the closing direction of the wing end face of the wing is designated with its "front" 1a, the opposite end face with "back" 1b. Out FIG. 2 It can be seen that in the region of the front side, the wing-side articulation point 10b of the upper and the wing-side articulation point 21b of the lower Abstellarmes via a vertical rod member 12 are fixedly connected to each other. In this way, the wing when parking or pressing by means of the handle 2 in parallel and evenly out of its fold (rebate or the opening 3 a) and out again.

As mentioned above, the hardware system is designed so that it can be mounted without much effort on / in sash profiles that are commercially available for turn, turn-tilt or tilt-and-slide window, so represent no special order. Such a profile is in cross section in FIG. 3 or 5 shown. 4 is the profile of the frame and 17 denotes the profile of the sash. Essential elements for sealing and thermal insulation are highlighted as WD. Such profiles have a high sealing capacity. There are closed chambers 32 (horizontal) and 20h (vertical) in the hollow profiles made of metal or plastic, in particular in the rollover 20th

Der Pfeil 8 deutet die Abstellrichtung des Flügels zum Rauminneren hin an.The arrow 8 indicates the storage direction of the wing to the interior of the room.

This profile can also be found in the following figures, on the basis of which the installation position of the parts of the fitting system is shown and described after its assembly. The surface insert 18 is usually a disc.

The cross section through the lower spars of wing and frame according to FIG. 4 shows the wing 1 in its closed position. With 20 of the wing flap is called.

On the lower rail 6 of the carriage sits 13b with his wheels. At 12a, a portion of the vertical bar member is seen, which connects at the front side of the wing, the upper and lower wing-side pivot pin of the Abstellarme 7b and 14b with each other, to a rod 12 which is in alignment with the portion 12a. The essence of what the FIG. 4 can be removed, the fact that the fitting system is designed so that its elements after assembly in a vertical zone X - based on the illustrated closed position of the wing - between the inside 4a of the frame 4 and the outside 20a of the wing override 20 to as will be shown, partially in cavities 20h and 32 of the airfoil and partly in the space "covered by the wing flap 20", flush below its underside 20b.

No element of the fitting system is mounted on the inside of the sash frame on the outside. All elements can be mounted with little horizontal distance from the wing filling, so that all resulting torques and torsional forces remain limited.

Only sections of the Abstellarme 14a, 14b are in front of the "covered space", but not the load-receiving and load-releasing articulation points on the wing or the Abstellarm. This is also according to the cross section FIG. 5 through the vertical sash spar clear. It can be seen the position of the common axis of the coupling elements of the upper and the lower Abstellarmes and this connecting rod member 12, all of which are in a vertically extending cavity 20h of the wing override 20.

For this purpose, the bearing parts on the front (spar 1a) and the back (spar 1 b) of the lower wing Holmes are designed angular, as is apparent from FIGS. 5 and 6 at 31 and 40, respectively. This allows their attachment in the fitting receiving groove. The opening 33 within the bearing portion 30 for receiving the supporting bolt 12a comes so according to the profile geometry in the hollow chamber 32 (20h in FIG. 5 ) of the wing. In the hollow chamber and the rod member 12 is received. The opening 33 ends at the top at 34. The support pin 12a is used for storage or articulation.

The cavity is partially cut open as shown. The angular shape of the bearing parts allows a very stable connection with the wing profile and thus also a good load bearing, especially because of the inside of the existing preferably made of PVC wing profile, and a simple mounting option.

Also with reference to FIG. 2 that is, the bolt portion as the supporting bolt 12 a of the FIG. 4 , which is the lower portion of a longitudinally aligned axis, which is occupied in length mainly by the rod 12, which is coupled via an upper and lower sleeve 12b, 12b '. Here, a torsionally rigid connection is provided, for example by an at least partial flattening of the rod 12. The respective sleeve, above the sleeve 12b ', and below the sleeve 12b, in the cylindrical pin portions 12a (below) and 12a' (above) are inserted and thus form a continuous axis with individual shaft sections which are rotationally rigidly interconnected, for transmitting torques. Also threaded on 12a, but in FIG. 4 omitted for clarity, is section 30 of the bearing part 31 with opening 33rd

The form fit to create these torques can be supplemented by traction, for example, by laterally screwed holding devices.

The cylindrical bushings can also be replaced directly by the sections 30 of the angular retaining elements 31, then forms the respective section 30, as in FIG. 6 shown, the connecting sleeve piece 12b (below) and 12b '(top), which is threaded onto the respective support pin 12a and 12a'.

An integral connection of this cylindrical holding portion 30 to the locking angle of the bearing member 31 is then given and shifts the assembly of this elbow in the region of the wing groove (fitting receiving groove), while fixing the projecting portion 30 of the bearing member 31 into the cavity 20h in the wing flap 20 inside.

The hollow chamber can generally also be circumferential, consisting of vertical portion 20h in the vertical portion of the wing flashover 20, or horizontal portion 32 in the horizontal portion of the wing flashover 20. Overall, "hollow chamber" so either each section to understand, or a total for the determination of a C-shaped concept of rods 12,11,15, which are taken in total in hollow chamber (s) of the sash 17, the self as Profile is designed with appropriate hollow chambers in "commercial manner" without being considered custom-made.

In the new fitting system, the storage for the rear lower Abstellarm 14 a is also provided within the lower horizontal wing spar, not at the rear lower corner of the wing, but at a significant distance from this, as from FIG. 7 is apparent. The distance is greater than the width of the vertical spar.

The bearing member 40 is fastened in the fitting-receiving groove on the wing, while the bearing 41 itself lies in the cavity 32 of the wing flashover 20, which is also cut open for this purpose, optionally including an internal profile stiffening.

A plane change takes place through both angular bearing parts 40,31.

Of the new fitting system are in the assembled state, only lower track 6 with the wagons running thereon 13a, 13b, the connecting horizontal rod 15 and the projecting portions of the lower Abstellarme 14a and 14b to see. These are in a simple manner by a low cover 16 according to FIG. 8 Cover so that virtually no element of the hardware system is visible.

In order to keep the overall height low, the horizontal rod element 15 is in each case attached to the lower region of the carriages, so that the end of the Abstellarms 14a in the space between the bottom 20b of the wing override 20 and the rod member 15 can be brought to the frame.

Due to the small distance of the bearing axes and the attachment points to the wing filling 18, e.g. in the fitting groove or profile cavities, resulting torques or torsional forces are significantly reduced in comparison to externally screwed or upstream Ausstellarmen known fitting systems.
