Description

The invention relates to a tilt and slide fitting for tilt and slide windows and doors or the like. According to the preamble of the main claim.

In diesen Endstellungen, z. From DE-A-1 784 710 a tilt and slide fitting for windows and doors or the like has become known, in which a roller for the transverse displacement and a further roller for the longitudinal displacement of the leaf are provided on the lower edge of the sash frame for mounting the sash. The disadvantage here is not only the double number of rollers and axles and the associated cumbersome arrangement of the axles at different heights, but the storage also requires a considerable amount of space across the wing plane. Another disadvantage is that the roller bearing is relatively unstable and manual guidance is always required to move the wing when tilting or moving into the predetermined end positions, from which only the transverse movement is made possible. In these end positions, e.g. B. after completion of the movement perpendicular to the plane of the wing, the wing must be held with both hands to bring it into a position necessary for the transverse movement by tilting. The handling of the wing when opening is therefore cumbersome and requires certain successive work movements so that a safe opening of the wing is guaranteed at all. In addition, a wing is not held self-locking in the various intermediate positions, so that no reliable function is guaranteed. Finally, in the known construction, tilting of the wing is only possible if the wing assumes the end position intended for the transverse displacement.

Diese Axialverschiebung des Flügels relativ zu den Laufrollen erfolgt mittels eines sogenannten Querabstellmechanismus, welcher beidseitig am Flügel angelenkte Schwenkarme umfaßt, die mit ihren freien Enden hinter die Laufschiene greifen, und eine Steuereinrichtung aufweist, welche wenigstens einen Führungsschlitz und einen mit diesem Führungsschlitz zusammenwirkenden Steuernocken enthält.DE-A-2 536 089 has disclosed a tilt-slide fitting of the type mentioned at the outset, which provides only limited remedial action over the fitting according to DE-A-1 784 710, since this fitting only needs one pair of rollers, but one for this structurally relatively complex slide bearing seat required for the rollers. Specifically, in the generic fitting, the window sash is pivoted from its closed position to open the window sash by means of the rollers around the running rail into its tilted position and then the window sash is displaced outwards by means of a bearing bolt relative to the tilted roller so that the sash in its tilted position parallel along to be able to move the running track. This axial displacement of the wing relative to the running rollers takes place by means of a so-called transverse parking mechanism, which comprises swivel arms articulated on both sides of the wing, which engage with their free ends behind the running rail, and has a control device which contains at least one guide slot and a control cam cooperating with this guide slot.

Since the transverse parking mechanism allows only a limited excavation path due to the short sliding axes accommodated in the window sash and the relatively wide rollers, the parts (stick frame / sash) which are moved against one another cannot be arranged next to one another in the same plane. There is therefore an overlap of the fixed glazing and casement glazing arranged in parallel planes, so that the window can be recognized immediately as a tilt-and-slide window when the casement is closed. A further disadvantage is that the sash is not self-locking in the various intermediate positions and that wear-related instabilities occur during the tilting and sliding process, in particular after a long period of use of the generic tilt-slide fitting, because of the special bearing arrangement.

The invention has for its object to further improve a tilt-slide fitting of the generic type in such a way that the aesthetic appearance of the window or door is improved when the wing is closed, that a safe and safe setting for the operator of the wing in the tilted position or after moving to the open position is made possible, at the same time the space requirement in the window or door depth should be reduced. A self-locking, stable position is to be ensured in the different setting positions of the window or door, and the handling of the fitting to achieve the different opening positions is to be simplified. Finally, the sound and heat insulation of a window or door construction is to be improved by using the tilt and slide fitting.

It should be pointed out that it is necessary for windows or doors of the generic type that the entire width of the sash is lifted out of the frame so that it can be pushed next to the fixed sash located in the same plane. Knockout mechanisms known per se, in which the sash frame is displaced perpendicular to its plane on the roller axis, are therefore unsuitable for the present construction, since the necessary lifting movement is too great. A secure support of the wing could no longer be guaranteed in the largest lifting position.

The above-mentioned object is achieved in an advantageous manner by the features specified in the characterizing part of the main claim. Further advantageous embodiments result from the features of the subclaims.

According to the invention, a tilt and slide Fitting proposed according to the generic term, in which the wing is supported on laterally acting swivel arms and a carriage attached to the lower swivel arm end with rollers on a profile rail of the frame. The profile rail is arranged outside the plane of the window sash in its closed position. The swivel arms and the carriage could of course also be formed in one piece. At its upper end, the respective swivel arm is articulated via a bearing pin on the outer sides of the vertical bars of the casement. The swivel arms have guide slots in which either control cams rigidly attached to the wing arm or control cams movably mounted in the wing frame engage.

In order to achieve a tilting movement, these control cams maintain their initial position unchanged, since the tensile force acting on the wing frame acts on the wing frame above the bearing journal, so that a torque is generated around the bearing journal which tends to hold the control cam against the slot end. The sash frame therefore pivots together with the swivel arms around an axis of rotation lying in the running rail. Since the forces above the pivot pin now act on the sash frame, there is never an unstable position during opening and after opening in the tilted position, but the sash is held stable on the guide rail of the frame profile even in the tilted state.

If the sash is now to be opened, then according to the first advantageous embodiment of the invention the sash is z. B. lifted out of the tilt position by means of a handle attached to its lower profile edge, the control cams moving in the longitudinal slots to the opposite end, while at the same time the pivot arms are tilted further. While the upper tilting movement of the casement in a known manner by the above attacking guide devices such. B. a scissor joint is limited, the pivoting movement of the lower casement part is limited by the fact that the control cams come to rest against the opposite slot ends. The entire swivel angle of the swivel arms from the tilt position to the shift position is now such that the bisector forms a vertical parallel to the window plane, so that the sash frame is in an over-center position both in the tilt position and in the shift position, i.e. H. in a self-locking stable position. The operational safety of the construction according to the invention is therefore significantly improved compared to the known construction described above, and the wing does not need to be guided exactly with both hands in the tilting position or the shifting position.

It should be noted that corresponding anti-lift devices are provided which prevent the sash from being lifted out of the tilted position into the shifted position from the outside of the window or prevent the sash from jumping out of the guide rail when it slams violently.

According to the second advantageous exemplary embodiment, a positive guidance is provided, in which a control cam which can be moved via the window changeover gear with a drive rod is guided in an approximately diagonally running guide slot. In the case of a forced movement of the control cam by the changeover gear, the wing changes its relative position relative to the swivel arms, so that it can be moved from the tilted position into the displacement position, from which it is completely moved out of the stick frame level.

The construction according to the invention has the advantage that a closed thermal insulation level or excellent sound insulation is possible with the thermally separated profiles, since the sash lies in the normal window level when closed. Furthermore, the aesthetic impression of double glazing with a fixed and movable sash is improved, because it can no longer be seen from the outside that it is a tilt and slide window, one sash of which can be moved behind the other sashes. A tilt-and-slide window according to the invention can therefore be combined with tilt-and-tilt windows in a building facade without impairing the external impression and / or the thermal and acoustic insulation.

Darin zeigt:

  • Fig. 2 den Flügelrahmen gemäß Fig. 1 in Kippstellung;
  • Fig.3 den Flügelrahmen gemäß Fig. 1 in Verschiebestellung;

Further features, details and advantages of the invention result from the following description of preferred exemplary embodiments with reference to the drawings. It shows:
  • Figure 1 is a schematic vertical sectional view through a stick frame with a sash frame mounted on swivel arms in the closed position.
  • FIG. 2 shows the sash frame according to FIG. 1 in the tilted position;
  • 3 shows the casement according to FIG. 1 in the shift position;
  • Fig. 4 shows another embodiment for the casement mounting and
  • Fig. 5 is a horizontal sectional view through the stick frame with the sash located in the closed position.

The tilt and slide window 1 shown schematically in FIG. 1 consists of two sashes lying in the same plane, which are arranged one behind the other in the frame 2. The fixed wing, which is not important here, is covered by the movable wing 3 and is not visible in the drawing. To open the wing 3, the entire width of the wing frame must be removed be moved so that it, including its guide parts, can be pushed past the stick frame, as can be seen from FIG. 3.

The stick frame profile 2 has on its inside a running rail 4 on which a carriage 5 with running rollers 6 is mounted so as to be movable perpendicular to the plane of the drawing. The track 4 is located outside the plane of the wing in the closed position, so that the tilted wing 3 can be moved. The carriage 5 is attached to the lower leg of a knee-shaped swivel arm 7, which in turn is articulated on the casement 3 by means of a bearing pin 8. In its upper widened leg, the swivel arm 7 has two guide slots 9, 10, in which control cams 11, 12 attached to the casement 3 engage.

10 an.1, in which, in the illustrated embodiment, the self-supporting seal 13 bears against the frame flange 14, the control cams 11, 12 lie against the ends of the guide slots which are on the right in relation to FIG. 1 9 or 10.

This position of the control cams 11, 12 is also retained in the tilting position shown in FIG. 2, since the tensile force acting on the wing above the bearing pin 8 causes a torque around the bearing pin counterclockwise, so that the wing 3 together with the tilting movement the pivot arms 7 is pivoted about the axis of rotation 15 of the running rail 4. Since the lower section of the sash frame 3 in the tilted position has not been moved out of the plane of the frame 2, a sliding movement of the sash 3 parallel to the window plane is not possible in this position.

If the sash 3 is now to be moved into the open position, it must be moved completely out of the plane of the frame 2, as shown in FIG. 3. For this purpose, the sash 3 is lifted out of the tilted position according to FIG. 2 by means of a handle, not shown, attached to the lower frame part, the control cams 11, 12 being moved to the opposite ends of the slots 9, 10, while the swivel arm 7 is simultaneously one executes further pivoting movement about the axis of rotation 15. The pivoting movement of the upper wing frame end is by the guide device, not shown, for. B. arm scissors, limited, while the pivoting movement of the lower casement part is limited by the fact that the control cams 11, 12 come to rest against the slot ends.

Figure imgb0001
3 shows the position of the chord 16, which is laid through the axis of rotation 15 and the axis of the bearing pin 8, in the different positions, where:
Figure imgb0001

It can be seen that the bisector 17 of the swivel angle, which the swivel arm 7 executes between the tilt position K and the slide position S, forms approximately a vertical parallel to the window plane, so that the sash 3 in both the tilt position K and in Sliding position S assumes an over-center position, in which it is kept stable by its own weight. If the sash 3 is to be moved from the sliding position into the tilting position, then it has to be lifted slightly by hand using force, the axis of the bearing pin 8 being moved along the circular arc 18. As soon as the top dead center position OT has been overcome, the movement of the casement is facilitated by gravity, so that it then automatically slides into the stable tilt position.

In der Fig. 4 ist ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel gezeigt, bei welchem der Schwenkarm 19 über einen Führungsschlitz 20 mit einem Steuernocken 21 zusammenwirkt, der mittels eines Umschaltgetriebes des Fensters über eine Treibstange 22 in Richtung des Pfeiles 23 bewegbar ist.4 shows a further exemplary embodiment, in which the swivel arm 19 interacts via a guide slot 20 with a control cam 21, which can be moved in the direction of arrow 23 by means of a switch mechanism of the window via a drive rod 22.

When the control cam 21 moves in the direction of the arrow 23, it follows the path curve predetermined by the guide slot 20, so that the sash 24 moves relative to the swivel arm 19.

The switch gear of the window can be designed in a manner known per se such that by closing the window handle by 90 ° corresponding locking wedges are released, but the control cam 21 is not yet moved, so that the sash 24 together with the swivel arms 19 in the tilted position analogously 2 is movable. A further movement of the change-over gear then causes a movement of the control cam 21 in the direction of the arrow 23, so that the sash 24 is now pivoted relative to the pivot arm 19, the pivot arm 19 being pivoted into the shift position at the same time.

Figure imgb0002
From the horizontal sectional view according to FIG. 5 it can be seen that the sash frame 3 is in one position in its closed position with the frame 2 and the fixed glazing 25. The pivot arms 7, which are mounted laterally on the casement on the bearing journal 8, are wedge-shaped on their outer edge 26 and interact with corresponding profile wedges 27 which are inserted into corresponding profile grooves in the frame 2. This ensures that the sash can be moved back into the closed position even if it has not been pushed back exactly. As a limit stop rubber buffers 28 are also provided, either on the frame or on the casement in the area the axis 8 can be attached. Finally, the carriage 5 can also carry a plastic sliding plate 29 on its inside, which is used to return the carriage to the rail in the event that the wing jumps upwards when struck vigorously.
