Improved structure of lower pulley block of sliding door
Technical Field
The invention relates to a furniture hardware fitting, in particular to an improved structure of a lower pulley block of a sliding door.
Background
At present, the manufacture and the use of glass sliding doors and room sliding doors are very common, and the sliding doors are also called hanging sliding doors. The sliding door is generally composed of two door leaves, pulleys are assembled above and below each door leaf, aluminum alloy tracks are assembled at the top and the bottom of the cabinet, the door leaves are hung in the tracks at the top of the cabinet through upper pulleys, the pulleys below the door leaves are embedded in the tracks at the bottom of the cabinet, almost all the weight of the door leaves is borne on the upper tracks, and the lower tracks mainly play the roles of sliding fit and guiding and cannot bear the weight. The existing sliding door hanging pulley device on the market is very simple in structure, the lower wheel needs to be hung and buckled into the lower guide rail during installation, and then the upper wheel is hung, wherein the space of the upper wheel is limited, the observation is inconvenient, the installation can be realized only by repeatedly adjusting the angle during installation, and inconvenience is brought to operation, so that the existing structure is necessary to be further improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an improved structure of a lower pulley block of a sliding door, which is simple in structure, convenient to use and convenient to install.
The invention aims at realizing the following modes: an improved structure of a lower pulley block of a hanging sliding door is characterized in that: the novel sliding plate comprises a bottom plate and a guide sleeve arranged on the bottom plate, wherein a guide block is arranged in the guide sleeve in a vertically lifting manner, a guide wheel is arranged at the top end of the guide block, a sliding plate is arranged in the bottom plate in a longitudinally sliding manner, a wrench is hinged to the bottom plate, a driving nail is arranged at the front end of the wrench and extends into a driving groove arranged on the sliding plate, the wrench is pulled to drive the sliding plate to slide forwards and backwards, a first guide inclined surface is arranged at the front end of the sliding plate, a second guide inclined surface is arranged on the guide block, and the first guide inclined surface and the second guide inclined surface mutually extrude and drive the guide block to move vertically.
The first guiding inclined plane and the second guiding inclined plane are arranged in an inclined way.
And the guide sleeve and the guide block are provided with a return spring, and the return spring pushes the sliding block to move downwards, so that the guide wheel descends and is separated from the track.
The guide block is internally provided with an accommodating hole, and the reset spring is arranged in the accommodating hole.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: 1. simple structure, low production cost and market competitiveness improvement. 2. The lifting structure of the lower guide wheel enables the upper pulley block to be installed firstly when the lifting type sliding door is used, then the lower guide wheel is lifted into the lower guide rail through the lifting device, so that the installation difficulty of the sliding door is reduced, and the installation efficiency is improved. 3. The wrench structure is adopted to drive the guide to move up and down, and the operation is simple and labor-saving.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. An improved structure of a lower pulley block of a hanging sliding door is characterized in that: the novel sliding plate comprises a bottom plate 1 and a guide sleeve 2 arranged on the bottom plate, wherein a guide block 3 is arranged in the guide sleeve 2 in a vertically lifting manner, a guide wheel 4 is arranged at the top end of the guide block, a sliding plate 5 is arranged in the bottom plate 1 in a vertically sliding manner, a wrench 6 is hinged to the bottom plate 1, a driving nail 61 is arranged at the front end of the wrench 6 and extends into a driving groove 51 arranged on the sliding plate 5, the wrench 6 can drive the sliding plate 5 to slide forwards and backwards, a first guide inclined surface 52 is arranged at the front end of the sliding plate 5, a second guide inclined surface 31 is arranged on the guide block 3, and the first guide inclined surface and the second guide inclined surface mutually extrude and drive the guide block 3 to move vertically.
The first guiding inclined plane and the second guiding inclined plane are inclined by 45 degrees.
The guide sleeve 2 and the guide block 3 are provided with a return spring 7, and the return spring 7 pushes the sliding block to move downwards, so that the guide wheel 4 descends and is separated from the track.
The guide block 3 is internally provided with a containing hole 33, and the return spring 7 is arranged in the containing hole.
Working principle: when in installation, a user firstly installs the sliding door 8 in the upper sliding rail at the top end of the cabinet body through the upper pulley block. Because the lower part of the sliding door 8 is not pulled by the lower pulley block, a user can randomly adjust the installation angle, so that the upper pulley block is quickly connected with the upper guide rail hanging buckle. Therefore, the defects of troublesome operation, high installation accuracy requirement, low installation efficiency and the like existing when the lower pulley block is installed firstly and then the upper pulley is installed in the traditional technology are avoided.
When the user installs the upper pulley block, the spanner is pulled by force, so that the spanner deflects. Wherein the wrench is hinged with the base plate and is provided with driving nails 61 extending into driving grooves 51 provided on the slide plate 5, so that the slide plate can be driven to move forward when the user pulls the wrench 6, wherein the guide block 3 is provided with the second guide inclined surface 31 due to the first guide inclined surface 52 provided at the front end of the slide plate 5, so that the second guide inclined surface is pushed forward by the first guide inclined surface when the slide plate moves forward, and the first and second guide inclined surfaces press each other to drive the guide block 3 to move upward. The guide wheel is jacked into the lower guide rail 9, so that the lower end of the sliding door is guided.
When a user needs to detach the sliding door, the wrench is pulled in the opposite direction, the wrench drives the sliding block to move backwards, the guide block moves downwards under the action of the elastic force of the reset spring after losing support, and the guide wheel is separated from the guide rail, so that the sliding door is detached.
The foregoing has shown and described the basic principles and main features of the present invention and the advantages of the present invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and that the above embodiments and descriptions are merely illustrative of the principles of the present invention, and various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which is defined in the appended claims.
