Claims (10)
- Procédé d'équipement d'un champ de cuisson avec des plaques en vitrocéramique avec différents degrés de transmission de spectre infra-rouge comme surface de cuisson, qui présentent au moins une zone de cuisson, qui est chauffée par-dessous au moyen d'un corps chauffant rayonnant en liaison avec un limiteur de température ajusté, qui limite la température de face supérieure des plaques en vitrocéramique à une valeur maximale, caractérisé en ce que la plaque en vitrocéramique (type A) avec le plus haut degré de transmission de spectre infra-rouge est sélectionnée en vue de l'équipement, laquelle présente à des fins d'adaptation à une vitrocéramique (type B) avec un plus petit degré de transmission de spectre infra-rouge des configurations absorbant ou réfléchissant les infra-rouges tout en conservant le réglage de valeur limite de température ajusté du corps chauffant rayonnant employé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque en vitrocéramique du type A est sélectionnée, sur laquelle le revêtement est appliqué sur toute la surface.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque en vitrocéramique du type A est sélectionnée, sur laquelle le revêtement est appliqué en tramages structurés.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque en vitrocéramique du type A est sélectionnée, sur laquelle le revêtement est appliqué sur la face supérieure et/ou sur la face inférieure de la plaque en vitrocéramique.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque en vitrocéramique du type A est sélectionnée, sur laquelle le revêtement est appliqué par sérigraphie.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque en vitrocéramique du type A est sélectionnée, sur laquelle le revêtement est constitué d'une couche de face supérieure constituée d'une couleur d'émail.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque en vitrocéramique du type A est sélectionnée, sur laquelle le revêtement est constitué d'une couche de face inférieure constituée d'une couleur de lustre avec des fractions d'or et/ou de platine et/ou de palladium.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque en vitrocéramique de type A est sélectionnée, sur laquelle le revêtement est constitué d'un revêtement de face inférieure de SnO2.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque en vitrocéramique du type A est sélectionnée, sur laquelle le revêtement de SnO2 possède une épaisseur prédéfinie, entraînant l'adaptation au degré de transmission d'infra-rouges.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque en vitrocéramique de type A est sélectionnée, dans laquelle la plaque en vitrocéramique présente au moins un revêtement rugueux de face inférieure réfléchissant les infra-rouges.
