Claims (9)
- Combing device for a combing machine having at least one circular comb and at least one fixed comb with a number of comb teeth serving to engage in a non-woven fiber and arranged adjacently to one another in a direction extending approximately vertical to the combing direction, where in the combing device has at least one combing element having at least two, and preferably three or more, comb teeth designed in one piece and arranged adjacently to one another and in the direction vertical to the combing direction, characterized in that at least one of the comb teeth has a sawtooth shaped design with two tooth flanks extending parallel to the combing direction and one tooth face connecting the tooth flanks and extending vertical thereto.
- Combing device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the combing element has at least one fastening area designed in one piece with the comb teeth and intended for fastening the combing element to the combing machine.
- Combing device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the combing element has at least two, and preferably three or more, comb teeth arranged behind one another in the combing direction.
- Combing device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tips of the comb teeth arranged adjacently to one another in the direction extending vertical to the combing direction are arranged approximately on a straight line extending vertical to the combing direction.
- Combing device according to Claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the tips of the comb teeth arranged behind one another in the combing direction are arranged approximately on a circular arc.
- Combing device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one combing element is made at least partially of high-alloy, preferably stainless steel, in particular chrome-nickel steel.
- Combing element for a circular comb or for a fixed comb of a combing machine having at least two, and preferably three or more, comb teeth arranged adjacently to one another in a direction extending approximately vertical to the combing direction and at least one fastening area intended for fastening the combing element to the circular comb or to the fixed comb, characterized in that the at least one fastening area is designed in one piece with the comb teeth.
