Claims (12)

  1. Outil de coupe (1), comportant un support (2) et une pluralité de dents de scie (3), lesdites dents de scie (3) comportant une partie supérieure (4) et une partie inférieure (5), lesdites dents de scie (3) étant soudées par leur partie inférieure (5) au support (2) par l'intermédiaire de pièces intercalaires (8) insérées entre le support (2) et la dent de scie (3), caractérisé en ce que, sur une vue de profil, la partie supérieure (4) est plus étroite que la partie inférieure (5) et en ce que la partie supérieure (4) et la partie inférieure (5) présentent, sur une vue de profil, une forme en L ou en T renversé.
  2. Outil de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bord supérieur (6) de la partie supérieure (4) est sensiblement parallèle au bord inférieur (11) de la partie inférieure (5).
  3. Outil de coupe selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le rapport de la largeur (k) de la partie supérieure (4) sur la largeur (f) de la partie inférieure (5) est de 0,8 à 0,4, de préférence de 0,7 à 0,5, encore mieux est de l'ordre de 0,6.

  5. Outil de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le rapport de la largeur (f) de la partie inférieure (5) sur la hauteur totale (h) des dents de scie (3) est compris entre 2:1 et 1:2.
  6. Outil de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur (df) des dents de scie (3) dans la partie inférieure (5) est inférieure à l'épaisseur (dk) dans la partie supérieure (4).
  7. Outil de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le rapport de l'épaisseur (dk) dans la partie supérieure (4) sur la largeur (f) des dents de scie (3) est compris entre 1:4 et 1:2.
  8. Outil de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le bord supérieur (6) dans la partie supérieure (4) comporte une courbure.
  9. Outil de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le bord supérieur (6) dans la partie supérieure (4) est biseauté au moins par zones.
  10. Outil de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le support (2) possède un revêtement.
  11. Outil de coupe selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement est un zingage.
  12. Outil de coupe selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement comporte du SnZnCo, du CuSnZn et/ou du nickel mat.
