Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Torantrieb (10) mit Notbedieneinrichtung, wobei der Torantrieb (10) aus einem Elektromotor (16) und einem Getriebe (12) besteht. Die Notbedieneinrichtung besteht aus einem Kleinspannungsmotor (24), einem Getriebe (22), einer Kupplung (20), einem Notstromakkumulator und einer Schalteinrichtung, wobei die Schalteinrichtung zur Abschaltung des für den Normalbetrieb vorgesehenen Elektromotors (16) und zur Einschaltung und Einkupplung des Kleinspannungsmotors (24) dient.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Torantrieb mit Notbedieneinrichtung bestehend aus einem Elektromotor und einem Getriebe.
  • Torantriebe mit Notbedieneinrichtungen sind beispielsweise als Feuerschutztorantriebe bekannt. Derartige Feuerschutztorantriebe sind mit Einrichtungen ausgerüstet, die im Brandfall auch ohne Energiezufuhr ein Schließen des Brandschutztores sicher herbeiführen.
  • Üblicherweise sind Torantriebe, die beispielsweise für Sektionaltore, Rolltore, Rollgitter oder Rollläden oder beliebige andere Tore einsetzbar sind mit einer Einrichtung ausgestattet, um vom automatischen Kraftbetrieb auf Handbetrieb umzustellen. Der Handbetrieb ist also ein Notbetrieb des Tores. Eine derartige Notbedienung des Tores kann dann erforderlich werden, wenn ein Netzspannungsausfall auftritt.
  • Tore für besondere Anwendungen, wie die beispielsweise zuvor genannten Feuerschutztore, sind ebenfalls mit einer Notbetriebseinrichtung ausgestattet. Hierbei sorgt im Notbetrieb eine Einrichtung dafür, dass auch bei Ausfall der Energieversorgung das Tor sicher schließt und damit den Brandabschnitt sichert.
  • Andere Tore, beispielsweise in Rettungswegen, können auch für einen besonderen Notbetrieb ausgerüstet sein. Besondere Einrichtungen sorgen dafür, dass sich in einer definierten Notsituation der Fluchtweg öffnet oder offen gehalten wird.
  • Bei den vorgenannten Torantrieben wird grundsätzlich zwischen einer Normalbetriebssituation und einer Notbetriebssituation unterschieden. In der Notbetriebssituation realisieren besondere Einrichtungen die Aktivität des Antriebs unabhängig von dem für den Normalbetrieb eingesetzten, durch Netzspannung betriebenen Motoren.
  • Es sind Notbetriebseinrichtungen denkbar, die bei Netzspannungsausfall durch ein Notstromaggregat die normale Netzspannung als Energieversorgung aufrechterhalten. Diese Systeme haben aber den Nachteil, dass eine fehlerfreie Bereitstellung der Energieversorgung nur mit erheblichen Kosten ermöglicht werden kann.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, einen einfachen Torantrieb an die Hand zu geben, mit dem ein Notbetrieb bei Ausfall der Energiezufuhr eines Antriebes und/oder bei Eintreten einer Brand- oder Fluchtsituation durchgeführt werden kann.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch einen Torantrieb nach Anspruch 1 gelöst. Demnach wird ein Torantrieb mit Notbedieneinrichtung bestehend aus einem Elektromotor und einem Getriebe geschaffen, bei dem eine Notbetriebseinrichtung aktiv über eine Notstromeinrichtung einkuppelbar ist.
  • Bevorzugte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den sich an den Hauptanspruch anschließenden Unteransprüchen.
  • Demnach kann die Notbetriebseinrichtung aus einem Kleinspannungsmotor, einer Kupplung und einer Schalteinrichtung zur Abschaltung des für den Normalbetrieb vorgesehenen Elektromotors und zur Einkupplung und Einschaltung des Kleinspannungsmotors bestehen.
  • Weiterhin kann am Kleinspannungsmotor zusätzlich ein Getriebe zur Erzeugung einer gegenüber dem Normalbetrieb reduzierten Drehzahl angeordnet sein.
  • Schließlich ist vorteilhaft ein Notstromakkumulator vorhanden, der die Kupplung und den Kleinspannungsmotor durch eine einfache Schaltungsverknüpfung versorgen kann.
  • Weitere Merkmale, Einzelheiten und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus einem in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel. Es zeigen:

  • In den Figuren 1 und 2 ist ein Feuerschutztorantrieb 10 dargestellt. Dieser weist ein Getriebe 12 auf, welches über eine Befestigungsschiene 14 an einem gewünschten Ort montierbar ist. An dem Getriebe ist ein Elektromotor 16 montiert. Unterhalb des Elektromotors 16 befindet sich ein elektrischer Anschlußkasten 18 mit Einrichtungen für die Endabschaltung des Torantriebs.
  • Angeflanscht an dem Elektromotor 16 ist eine elektromechanische Kupplungsvorrichtung 20, an welcher wiederum ein Getriebe 22 mit angeflanschtem Kleinspannungsmotor als Gleichstrommotor anschließt.
  • Der Torantrieb wird im Normalbetrieb durch den Elektromotor 16, welcher in der Regel mit Wechselstrom oder Drehstrom versorgt wird, bewegt.
  • Im Notbetrieb, das heißt bei Ausfall der Energieversorgung und/oder dem Eintreten einer besonderen Situation, wird der für den Normalbetrieb vorhandene Elektromotor 16 abgeschaltet. Die Notbetriebseinrichtung, bestehend aus Kupplung 20, Getriebe 22 und Kleinspannungsmotor 24 werden nun mit dem Getriebe 12 verbunden und in Gang gebracht.
  • Die Kupplung und der Elektromotor werden durch eine einfache Schaltungsverknüpfung von einem Notstrom-Akkumulator versorgt.
  • Die Verwendung des Untersetzungsgetriebes 22 in Verbindung mit dem Kleinspannungsmotor 24 ist von Vorteil, da hier für den Normalbetrieb eine besonders reduzierte Drehzahl erreicht wird. Dies sorgt für eine im Notbetrieb besonders reduzierte Torlaufgeschwindigkeit gegenüber der Geschwindigkeit im Normalbetrieb. Beim Notbetrieb wird dadurch eine bewußt reduzierte Laufgeschwindigkeit des Torblatts erreicht. Mit der damit verbundenen übersichtlichten Torblattbewegung.

Claims (4)

  1. Torantrieb mit Notbedieneinrichtung bestehend aus einem Elektromotor und einem Getriebe,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß eine Notbetriebseinrichtung aktiv über eine Notstromeinrichtung einkuppelbar ist.
  2. Torantrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Notbetriebseinrichtung aus einem Kleinspannungsmotor, einer Kupplung und einer Schalteinrichtung zur Abschaltung des für den Normalbetrieb vorgesehenen Elektromotors und zur Einkupplung und Einschaltung des Kleinspannungsmotors besteht.
  3. Torantrieb nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Kleinspannungsmotor zusätzlich ein Getriebe zur Erzeugung einer gegenüber dem Normalbetrieb reduzierten Drehzahl angeordnet ist.
  4. Torantrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich ein Notstromakkumulator vorhanden ist, der die Kupplung und den Kleinspannungsmotor durch eine einfache Schaltungsverknüpfung versorgen kann.
