Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de séparation pour un collecteur de poussière, comprenant
    au moins deux unités de séparation de poussière (2A, 2B), aptes chacune à recevoir un flux gazeux au niveau d'une entrée (5, 3A, 3B), qui séparent du gaz et collectent au moins une partie des particules de poussière et émettent le gaz ainsi traité au niveau d'une sortie (6, 4A, 4B),
    caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif comprend un moyen de commutation (8) apte à faire basculer le fonctionnement entre lesdites unités de séparation (2A, 2B), de façon à ce que l'on puisse arrêter par intervalles chaque unité de séparation afin de permettre l'enlèvement des particules de poussière collectées de l'unité de séparation arrêtée, tandis que les autres unités de séparation continuent à fonctionner pendant qu'on vide l'unité de séparation arrêtée, cela pour rendre possible un fonctionnement en continu du dispositif de séparation.
  2. Dispositif de séparation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel certaines unités de séparation (2A, 2B) sont aptes à fonctionner simultanément pendant un cycle de fonctionnement du dispositif de séparation.
  3. Dispositif de séparation selon la revendication 2, dans lequel au moins deux unités de séparation (2A, 2B) sont aptes à fonctionner simultanément pendant un demi-cycle de fonctionnement du dispositif de séparation, et une première et une seconde unités de séparation sont aptes à fonctionner en alternance pendant un demi-cycle de fonctionnement.
  4. Dispositif de séparation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel toutes les unités de séparation (2A, 2B) sont aptes à fonctionner simultanément pendant une période d'un cycle de fonctionnement du dispositif de séparation.
  5. Dispositif de séparation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le moyen de commutation (8) comprend un ensemble valve rotative (9, 11, 13, 14, 15) raccordant l'entrée principale (5) du dispositif de séparation aux entrées respectives (3A, 3B) des unités de séparation (2A, 2B) et raccordant les sorties respectives (4A, 4B) des unités de séparation à la sortie principale (6) du dispositif de séparation.
  6. Dispositif de séparation selon la revendication 5, dans lequel l'ensemble valve rotative (9, 11, 13, 14, 15) comprend deux plaques fixes (9) avec des trous débouchants (10A - 10D), raccordant l'entrée principale (5) et la sortie principale (6) aux entrées (3A, 3B) et aux sorties (4A, 4B) des unités de séparation (2A, 2B), et une plaque (11) de valve rotative comportant des trous (12A - 12D), que l'on peut amener à coïncider avec les trous des plaques fixes, et des zones que l'on peut amener à fermer les trous des plaques fixes.
  7. Dispositif de séparation selon la revendication 6, dans lequel les trous (12A - 12D) de la plaque (11) de valve rotative sont allongés dans une direction périphérique.
  8. Dispositif de séparation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque unité de séparation comprend un cyclone.
  9. Dispositif de séparation selon la revendication 8, dans lequel chaque cyclone (2A, 2B) comprend au fond un volet obturateur (7A, 7B), ledit volet étant apte à se fermer sous l'effet du flux gazeux et à s'ouvrir par gravité en l'absence de flux gazeux.
  10. Dispositif de séparation selon la revendication 6, dans lequel chacune des plaques (9, 11) comprend des trous d'aération (19A, 19B) qui sont disposés pour laisser entrer de l'air à la pression atmosphérique dans les unités de séparation (2A, 2B) quand on en élimine les particules de poussière.
