Definitions

  • the invention relates to a bullet-proof partition wall construction in a stand construction comprising on both sides in each case a single or multi-layer planking with cover plates and a plurality between the planking provided on both sides arranged stand, wherein the planking is held directly or indirectly on the uprights.
  • Another bullet-proof partition construction in a stand construction is from the GB 2275281 , which forms a basis for the preamble of independent claim 1, known.
  • the object of the present invention is to propose a bullet-proof partition wall construction in a stand construction, which can be easily transported and still be installed while still providing good bullet resistance.
  • a core idea of the present invention is that the bombardment plates consist at least partially of gypsum fiber materials.
  • the bombardment plates according to the invention are arranged in the interior region of the partition wall construction and form there an areal extensive bullet resistance. It has been shown that gypsum fiber materials have favorable properties when bombarded, namely on the one hand effectively prevent the passage of projectiles and at the same time minimize the risk of rebounding projectiles (ricochets). Gypsum fiber materials are This comparatively easy compared to steel, which greatly facilitates transport and installation.
  • the bombardment plates may comprise a plurality of layers of different materials, wherein the multiple layers may also be permanently connected to each other while forming a composite body.
  • a composite body depending on the layer depth, different requirements for the material may possibly be met particularly well. It can be provided for the impact of the projectile particularly well-suited outer layer and a particularly suitable for the braking of the profile inner layer.
  • a layer of gypsum fiber material and a further layer may be formed by at least one sheet metal layer.
  • bombardment plate is constructed so that the layer of gypsum fiber facing the planking or the presumptive direction of entry of a projectile, the sheet metal layer, however, facing away from the planking or the presumptive direction of entry of a projectile.
  • a double layer of bombardment plates is formed, wherein when trained as a multi-layer body, the bullet plates are arranged with their metal layers facing each other.
  • the two-ply bombardment plates can be connected to each other via a Kittfixierraupe.
  • the bombardment plates are either monolithic or formed as a layered body, in particular as a composite body. If sheet metal layers are used, they preferably consist of sheet steel of a thickness of ⁇ 2 mm, preferably about 1.5 mm (for example steel grade: ST 37).
  • the stands are designed as single metal profiles or double metal profiles, each having a U- or C-shaped cross section.
  • the metal profiles, with their webs facing each other, are arranged either directly adjacent to one another or with the interposition of a strip-shaped shooting barrier.
  • strip-shaped bullet barriers can be placed either on the outside of the metal profiles in parallel alignment with the outer single or multi-layer planking.
  • the strip-shaped bullet barriers can also be interposed between two metal profiles forming a stand.
  • these interposed stripe-shaped shooting barriers whose outer contour exactly match the outer contour of the adjacent metal profiles.
  • the horizontal joints of two adjacent bombardment plates and / or two strip-shaped bombardment can be formed in tongue and groove execution.
  • the bullet plates preferably have a thickness of 10 to 40 mm.
  • FIG. 1 is a horizontal section through a portion of a first embodiment of a partition wall construction according to the invention shown schematically.
  • cover plates 13 to 16 which form a two-layer outside planking 11, 12, respectively.
  • cover plates 13 to 16 which form a two-layer outside planking 11, 12, respectively.
  • In the cavity of the stator wall are each a double layer of bombardment plates 21, 22; 23, 24 tightly inserted between the adjacent uprights 51 to 53 and fixed by the fastening screws 49, 50 of the first layer of the cover plates in their position without the screws substantially entering the volume of the bombardment plates 21 to 24.
  • separate fixing screws can be arranged in a row on both sides of the bombardment plates in the stator flanges at the head ends of the bombardment plates.
  • FIG. 2 a horizontal section through a portion of another embodiment of a partition wall construction according to the invention is shown schematically.
  • uprights 17 to 19 At a plurality of arranged in a certain grid dimensions uprights 17 to 19 are cover plates 13 to 16, which form a two-ply outside planking 11, 12, respectively. Between the planking and the uprights 17 to 19, in the present embodiment, strip-shaped shooting barriers 26, 27 are interposed.
  • the stands 17 to 19 are formed in the present embodiment by two metal profiles each having a U- or C-shaped cross-section, which are each web-side facing each other. The openings of the C or U-shaped metal profiles are accordingly facing away from each other.
  • the metal profiles 28, 29 are aligned so that they are substantially perpendicular to the surface of the outer skin 11, 12.
  • the cover plates of the outer planking are fastened in lateral flange sections with simultaneous fixation of the strip-shaped shooting barriers 26, 27, in particular via screws 39, 40 and / or brackets 34.
  • the strip-shaped baffles 26, 27 can be attached to the metal profiles 28, 29 via screws 39, 40, whereby at the same time the baffle plates 21 to 24, which will be explained in more detail, are fixed.
  • the cover plates 13, 14 can then be attached to the strip-shaped bullet barriers 26, 27 via brackets 34.
  • the strip-shaped bullet barriers are advantageously also formed from gypsum fiber board strips, so that an attachment via brackets 34 is also well possible. Additionally or alternatively, other fasteners can be used, in particular screws.
  • bombardment plates 21 to 24 are inserted such that in each case a double layer of bombardment plates 21, 22; 23, 24 covers the space between adjacent uprights 17 to 19.
  • the adjacent to form a double layer bombardment plates 21, 22; 23, 24 may be attached to one another for fastening the planking 11, 12 via a Kitt fixierraupe.
  • the double layer 21, 22; 23, 24 by means of screws 39, 40 fixed by clamping, ie the screws press with their ends the bombardment plates in a fixed position without substantially entering the volume of the bombardment plates 21 to 24.
  • Fig. 3 is a modified embodiment of a partition wall construction when using stands with pronounced web profiling illustrated.
  • the weak point not covered by bombardment plates 21 to 24 in the region of the uprights 17 to 19 is ensured by a strip-shaped bullet lock 54 inserted between the two metal profiles 28, 29 forming a stator 17 to 19. Accordingly, in this embodiment, the cover plates 13 to 16 of the planking are directly connected to the flange sections 30 to 33 of the metal profiles 28, 29, in particular screwed.
  • the strip-shaped baffle 54 is preferably designed as a strip of a form-adapted gypsum fiber board.
  • Fig. 4 is for the embodiment according to Fig. 3 schematically illustrates a wall termination.
  • two angle sections 43, 44 are fastened to an adjacent wall such that the planking 11, 12 can be fastened to the adjacent wall according to the width of the uprights of the uprights 17 to 19.
  • the end-side bombardment plates 21, 22 are also clamped by screws 45, 46 clamped attached analogous to the clamping attachment by means of screws 39, 40 to the metal profiles 28, 29 of the stator 17 to 19, as shown by Fig. 1 explained.
  • the gypsum fiber material used for the bombardment plates is characterized by the fact that it is not flammable, so that no reduction in the fire protection properties achievable with conventional stud walls has to be accepted.
  • the proposed partition wall construction is characterized by high sound absorption properties as well as good thermal insulation.
  • the bullet resistance integrated in the stud wall does not have to be provided over the entire height of the wall. With a ceiling height of, for example, 3.50 m, it would be sufficient to provide bullet resistance or the introduction of bullet plates 21 to 24 up to a height of 2.40 m in individual applications.
