Claims (7)
- Poignée de type rotatif, en particulier pour la porte d'appareils de réfrigération domestiques, comprenant :une base de support (2) adaptée pour être fixée avec sa surface contre une surface externe (4) d'une porte à actionner,un levier d'actionnement (1) articulé sur une broche (8) respective montée dans un trou (9) prévu dans ladite base de support (2), et adapté pour tourner dans un plan (p) qui est sensiblement parallèle à ladite surface externe (4) ;un boulon de poussée (6) adapté pour faire saillie dans et se rétracter de ladite base de support en effectuant un mouvement de va-et-vient, caractérisée en ce que :le boulon de poussée (6) s'étend sur toute la largeur ou l'épaisseur de la base de support (2),le levier d'actionnement (1) est sensiblement symétrique par rapport au plan horizontal passant par l'axe de ladite broche (8), lorsque ladite poignée est montée sur une paroi verticale et sensiblement au repos,le levier d'actionnement (1) comprend un élément de came,le boulon de poussée (6) comprend un élément suiveur ou poussoir (11) faisant saillie vers l'intérieur du levier d'actionnement (1),l'élément de came est adapté pour mettre en prise ledit élément suiveur ou poussoir (11) et pour coulisser par rapport à ce dernier, de sorte que lorsque le levier d'actionnement (1) tourne dans ledit plan (p), il est doté de moyens adaptés pour permettre audit boulon de poussée (6) de se déplacer sous l'action dudit levier d'actionnement (1) dans une direction (X) qui est sensiblement orthogonale audit plan de rotation (p) dudit levier d'actionnement (1).
- Poignée de type rotatif selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit boulon de poussée (6) s'étend vers l'extérieur au-delà de l'épaisseur de ladite base de support, sur laquelle ledit levier est appliqué, et forme conjointement avec une surface interne dudit levier d'actionnement, des moyens de type came.
- Poignée de type rotatif selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de type came comprennent un élément suiveur ou poussoir (11) qui est situé au niveau de la partie d'extrémité externe dudit boulon de poussée (6) et un guide coulissant (12) solidaire avec ledit levier d'actionnement et adapté pour mettre en prise ledit élément suiveur ou poussoir (11) en établissant un contact coulissant avec ce dernier.
- Poignée de type rotatif selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit guide coulissant (12) présenté :un contour sous la forme d'un arc de cercle autour de ladite broche (8), lorsqu'il fait saillie sur un plan qui est orthogonal à l'axe de rotation de ladite broche (8),et un contour incurvé, lorsque ledit guide (12) fait saillie sur un plan qui s'étend à travers ladite broche (8) et est vertical lorsque ladite poignée rotative est montée sur une paroi verticale et se trouve dans sa position de repos.
- Poignée de type rotatif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'on prévoit des premiers moyens élastiques (30) adaptés pour interagir entre ledit élément suiveur ou ledit boulon et ladite base de support, et en ce que lesdits premiers moyens élastiques sont prévus et agencés afin de pouvoir prendre une position de repos lorsque ledit élément suiveur ou poussoir (11) est positionné au niveau de la partie centrale (O) dudit guide coulissant (12).
- Poignée de type rotatif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'on prévoit des seconds moyens élastiques (40) adaptés pour interagir entre ladite base de support (2) et ledit levier d'actionnement (1) et en ce que lesdits seconds moyens élastiques sont prévus et agencés afin de pouvoir prendre une position de repos lorsque ledit levier d'actionnement (1) est positionné afin de provoquer le déplacement dudit élément suiveur ou poussoir (11) dans une position se trouvant au niveau de la partie centrale (O) dudit guide coulissant (12).
- Appareil de réfrigération comprenant une porte et une poignée de type rotatif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, appliquée sur ladite porte.
