Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Sprühen von partikelförmigen Feststoffen auf ein Substrat, das mit einer feuchten und/oder klebrigen Kunstharzschicht überzogen ist, mit einer Leitung, an deren erstem Ende Mittel zum Erzeugen von Gasdruck angeordnet sind und deren zweites Ende eine freie Mündung aufweist, mit einem Vorratsbehälter für partikelförmige Feststoffe und mit einer Düse zum Erzeugen eines Druckunterschieds, wobei der Vorratsbehälter und die Düse so in die Leitung eingefügt sind, dass im Betriebszustand durch den von der Düse erzeugten Druckunterschied partikelförmige Feststoffe aus dem Vorratsbehälter in die Leitung überführt und verwirbelt und bis zur freien Mündung der Leitung transportiert werden, aus der die partikelförmigen Feststoffe dann austreten und auf die feuchte und/oder klebrige Kunstharzschicht gesprüht werden.
Die Erfindung betrifft weiter ein Verfahren zum Sprühen von partikelförmigen Feststoffen auf ein Substrat mit den Schritten Beschichten des Substrats mit einem feuchten und/oder klebrigen Kunstharzschicht, Aufbauen von Gasdruck in einer Leitung, Erzeugen eines Druckwechsels in der Leitung, Verwirbeln und Mitreißen von partikelförmigen Feststoffen in die Leitung, Austragen von verwirbelten, partikelförmigen Feststoffen aus der Leitung auf die Oberfläche der feuchten und/oder klebrigen Kunstharzschicht des Substrats.
Die Erfindung betrifft schließlich ein Substrat, insbesondere Holzwerkstoff-Paneel oder Dekorpapier, mindestens abschnittsweise beschichtet mit einem partikelförmigen Feststoff, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der partikelförmige Feststoff mit einer Genauigkeit von bis zu ± 0,8 g/m2, bevorzugt von bis zu ± 0,5 g/m2, besonders bevorzugt von bis zu ± 0,3 g/m2, vorzugsweise von bis zu 0,1 g/m2 auf das Substrat aufgetragen ist.
