Claims (10)

  1. Tampon pour véhicules ferroviaires, comprenant une tête de tampon (1) pourvue d'un évidement (3), tête dans laquelle est logée et fixée une plaque de tampon (6) constituée de matière plastique, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de tampon (6) comprend sur la face arrière (7) tournée vers le fond (4) de l'évidement (3) une surface sensiblement lisse, tandis que le fond (4) de l'évidement (3) est pourvu d'élévations et /ou de creux (5).
  2. Tampon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un ou plusieurs creux de type rainure (5) est/sont pratiqué(s) dans le fond (4) de l'évidement (3).
  3. Tampon selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le(s) creux de type rainure (5) est/sont pratiqué(s) en spirale dans le fond (4) de l'évidement (3).
  4. Tampon selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (3) pratiqué dans la tête de tampon (1) et la plaque de tampon (6) sont ronds.
  5. Tampon selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un creux (5) s'étendant en spirale est pratiqué dans le fond (4) de l'évidement (3), lequel creux s'étend depuis le centre (8) de l'évidement (3) en spirale vers l'extérieur et/ou de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur.
  6. Tampon selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (3), vu en coupe transversale, est conçu sensiblement en forme de queue d'aronde et la plaque de tampon (6) est conçue de manière correspondante de telle sorte qu'elle est maintenue par serrage dans l'évidement (3).
  7. Procédé de fabrication d'un tampon pour véhicules ferroviaires, comprenant une tête de tampon (1) pourvue d'un évidement (3), laquelle tête est conçue pour loger une plaque de tampon (6) constituée de matière plastique, la plaque de tampon (6) comprenant sur la face arrière (7) tournée vers le fond (4) de l'évidement (3) une surface sensiblement lisse, caractérisé en ce que le fond (4) de l'évidement (3) est pourvu, par usinage par enlèvement de copeaux, par usinage laser, forgeage, érosion, estampage ou coulée de creux (5) et/ou d'élévations.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la tête de tampon (1) est pourvue par usinage par enlèvement de copeaux sur un tour de l'évidement (3), et en ce qu'après cela, la structure est pratiquée dans le fond (4) de l'évidement (3).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la tête de tampon (1) est fixée sur un tour et la structure est pratiquée sous forme d'un ou de plusieurs creux (5) dans le fond (4) de l'évidement (3).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le creux (5) respectif est pratiqué par le déplacement d'un outil d'usinage depuis le centre (8) de l'évidement (3) dans le sens radial vers l'extérieur dans le fond (4) de l'évidement (3).
