Claims (13)

  1. Procédé d'application de disques de tampon (4) en plastique sur les têtes (8) des tampons des véhicules ferroviaires, la tête de tampon (8) étant pourvue d'un évidement (9) pour recevoir le disque de tampon (4) et le disque de tampon (4) étant déformé élastiquement jusqu'à ce qu'il puisse être inséré dans l'évidement (9) afin de s'y fixer ensuite par correspondance de formes en utilisant son élasticité de matériau lors de la détente, caractérisé en ce que le disque de tampon (4) est déformé élastiquement par une charge de pression puis est fixé le long de sa périphérie dans la position déformée au moyen d'une première douille (1), en ce que la première douille (1) est ensuite placée et alignée sur l'évidement (9) de la tête de tampon (8), et en ce que le disque de tampon (4) est ensuite enfoncé dans l'évidement (9).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le disque de tampon (4) est déformé élastiquement par une force agissant essentiellement au centre et est enfoncé dans l'évidement (9) de la tête de tampon (8) par une force agissant essentiellement le long de sa périphérie.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le disque de tampon (4) est posé sur une autre douille (2) et est déformé élastiquement au moyen d'un poinçon (3) agissant au centre jusqu'à ce que son diamètre externe (d1) soit inférieur au diamètre interne de la première douille (1), en ce que la première douille (1) est ensuite poussée sur le disque de tampon (4), son diamètre interne étant légèrement supérieur au diamètre externe de l'autre douille (2), en ce qu'ensuite, le disque de tampon (4) est déchargé, de sorte que celui-ci repose en serrage sur le côté intérieur de la première douille (1) et en ce que la première douille (1) est ensuite placée sur l'évidement (9) de la tête de tampon (8) et le disque de tampon (4) est enfoncé dans l'évidement (9).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le disque de tampon (4) est enfoncé dans l'évidement (9) de la tête de tampon (8) au moyen de l'autre douille (2).
  5. Procédé de rénovation de têtes de tampon en métal de véhicules ferroviaires, caractérisé en ce que la tête de tampon (8) est pourvue d'un évidement (9) circulaire pour la réception par correspondance de formes d'un disque de tampon (4) en plastique, en ce que le disque de tampon (4) est déformé élastiquement pour l'insertion dans l'évidement (9) par une charge de pression jusqu'à ce que son diamètre externe (d1) soit inférieur au diamètre de l'évidement (9), le disque de tampon (4) déformé élastiquement de la sorte étant fixé le long de son bord extérieur au moyen d'une première douille (1) et la première douille (1) étant ensuite placée et alignée sur l'évidement (9) de la tête de tampon (8) et le disque de tampon (4) étant ensuite enfoncé dans l'évidement (9).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la tête de tampon (8) est montée sur un tour et l'évidement (9) est généré par évidage au tour de la tête de tampon (8).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la tête de tampon (8) est pourvue d'un évidement (9) rond qui s'étend coniquement vers le fond.
  8. Dispositif de réalisation du procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif présente une première douille (1) externe et une autre douille (2) interne, lesdites deux douilles (1,2) sont disposées coaxialement et peuvent être déplacées l'une par rapport à l'autre, le diamètre externe de la douille interne (2) étant inférieur au diamètre externe du disque de tampon (4) à l'état déchargé et la douille interne (2) étant pourvue d'une surface d'appui (5) pour l'appui du disque de tampon (4) pendant la déformation élastique de celui-ci et le diamètre interne de la douille externe (1) étant seulement un petit peu plus grand que le diamètre externe de la douille interne (2).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la douille externe (1) est pourvue sur le côté avant d'un décrochement (6) annulaire ou de plusieurs décrochements en forme de segment d'anneau, dont la/les dimension(s) est/sont adaptée(s) à la dimension de l'évidement (9) dans la tête de tampon (8), et en ce que la douille externe (1) peut être alignée par le décrochement (6) ou les décrochements dans l'évidement (9) de la tête de tampon (8).
  10. Tampon (13) pour véhicules ferroviaires, doté d'une tête de tampon (8) qui a été pourvue selon l'un des procédés décrits dans les revendications 1 à 7 d'un disque de tampon (4) en plastique, caractérisé en ce que le disque de tampon (4) n'est pas perforé au moins dans sa zone centrale.
  11. Tampon (13) selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le disque de tampon (4) est réalisé de manière ronde.
  12. Tampon selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le disque de tampon (4a) est réalisé aplati sur le côté supérieur et/ou inférieur (15, 16), le/les côté(s) longitudinal/aux (15, 16) aplati(s) s'étendant jusque sur le côté supérieur et inférieur de la tête de tampon (8a), et des moyens (17, 18) étant prévus, lesquels fixent le disque de tampon (4a) sans possibilité de rotation sur la tête de tampon (8a).
  13. Tampon (13) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le disque de tampon (4) est fixé par correspondance de formes dans l'évidement (9) dans la tête de tampon (8).
