Claims (6)

  1. Paquet à couvercle rabattable pour cigarettes, comprenant une partie de paquet (10), un couvercle (11) articulé à une paroi arrière du paquet (14) et un rebord (12) disposé dans la partie de paquet (10) avec une paroi avant de rebord (28) et des volets latéraux de rebord (29), dont la région saillant hors de la partie de paquet (10) est entourée dans la position de fermeture par le couvercle (11), et dont la paroi avant de rebord (28) présente des ailettes (31) pour limiter un renfoncement (30), un volet interne de couvercle (25) étant monté sur le côté intérieur de la paroi avant de couvercle (19), lequel présente sur au moins un bord latéral (36) un évidement (37) dans lequel une ailette (31) de la paroi avant de rebord (28) peut être enfoncée de telle sorte qu'une surface partielle de l'ailette (31) parvienne dans la région entre le volet interne de couvercle (25) et la paroi avant de couvercle (19), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :

    c) la pression d'arête maximale est atteinte lorsqu'une ligne transversale imaginaire ou un plan transversal imaginaire, à savoir un plan de référence (40), qui s'étend entre l'arête transversale (35) de la paroi avant de rebord (28) et une articulation de couvercle ou une articulation linéaire (41) entre le couvercle (11) et la partie de paquet (10), s'étend temporairement parallèlement à une paroi frontale (21) du couvercle (11).
  2. Paquet à couvercle rabattable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le début de l'enfilage de l'ailette (31) dans la position d'accrochage est déterminé par une position relative en coïncidence d'une transition arrondie (34) de l'ailette (31) d'une part avec une arête partielle (43) orientée vers l'intérieur et également arrondie d'un volet de serrage (38) du volet interne de couvercle (25).
  3. Paquet à couvercle rabattable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une dimension de pressage (44) entre la paroi avant de couvercle (19) et la paroi avant de rebord (28) est comprise entre 0,5 mm et 2,0 mm, notamment entre 0,8 mm et 1,6 mm, la dimension de pressage (44) correspondant à une déformation théorique d'une région supérieure de la paroi avant de rebord (28) lors de l'obtention de la pression d'arête maximale.
  4. Paquet à couvercle rabattable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le volet de serrage (38) limité par l'évidement (37) est limité par une ligne de gaufrage (39) et est préformé par pliage.
  5. Paquet à couvercle rabattable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (37) est limité par une arête partielle (43) en forme d'arc de cercle, servant de limitation du volet de serrage (38), par une arête interne (45) suivante en forme d'arc de cercle pour former un renfoncement et ensuite par une pièce d'arête (47) également en forme d'arc de cercle.
  6.
