Claims (9)

  1. Wieder befüllbare und zerlegbare Wickelhaspel für das Abspulen von zumindest einer Wicklung oder Spule (11) aus Rohr oder Kabel, die durch zwei Flansche (2 und 3) gebildet ist, die miteinander über einen Kern oder eine Trommel (4) verbunden sind, wobei die zwei Flansche (2 und 3) von dem Kern oder der Trommel (4) trennbar sind, wobei der Kern oder die Trommel (4) eine zerlegbare Struktur aufweist und durch Abstandsstreben (5, 5"') gebildet ist, die in lösbarer Weise im Bereich jedes Endes (5', 5") an einem Flansch (2 beziehungsweise 3) befestigt sind,
    wobei die Wickelhaspel dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass:
    eine Abstandsstrebe (5"') eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (10) für eine oder mehrere Wicklungen oder Spulen (11) aus Rohr oder Kabel aufweist, die eine Befestigung der Wicklung oder Spule (11) oder der Wicklungen oder Spulen gegen eine Drehung auf dem Kern oder der Trommel (4) ergibt.
  2. Wickelhaspel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass ein erster Flansch (2) im Bereich seiner Innenfläche (2') Aufnahmevorrichtungen (6) für die erste Enden (5') der Abstandsstreben(5, 5"') aufweist, wobei die Aufnahmevorrichtungen (6) in Form von Ansatzstücken oder Teilen von Abstandsstreben (5, 5"') gebildet sind.
  3. Wickelhaspel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Flansch (3) im Bereich seiner Innenfläche (3') Aufnahmevorrichtungen (7) für die zweiten Enden (5") der Abstandsstreben (5, 5"') ausweist, wobei diese Aufnahmeeinrichtungen (7) in Form von Ansatzstücken oder Teilen von Abstandsstreben (5, 5"') gebildet sind.
  4. Wickelhaspel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstandsstreben (5, 5"') mit zumindest einer Einstelleinrichtung für ihre Länge versehen sind und eine teleskopartige Struktur aufweisen.
  5. Wickelhaspel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstandsstreben (5, 5"') jeweils durch zumindest zwei Abschnitte gebildet sind, die ineinander eingesetzt sind und in lösbarer Weise in einer Vielzahl von gegenseitigen Einsteckpositionen verriegelbar sind.
  6. Wickelhaspel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zumindest einen zusätzlichen lösbaren Flansch (12) aufweist, der gleitend auf den Abstandsstreben (5, 5"') zwischen den zwei Flanschen (2 und 3) befestigbar und in seiner Position festlegbar ist.
  7. Wickelhaspel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung (10) die Form von einer oder mehreren Ketten aufweist, die unter gleichen Abständen mit einem ihrer Enden auf der betreffenden Abstandsstrebe (5"') befestigt sind, wobei die Ketten im Bereich ihres freien Endes eine Klemme aufweisen, die für den Eingriff mit dem Ende des oder eines Rohres oder Kabels ausgebildet sind, das die Wicklung(en) oder Spule(n) (11) bildet, die auf der Seite des Kerns oder der Trommel (4) angeordnet sind.
  8. Verfahren zur Montage einer Wickelhaspel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 unter gleichzeitigem Anbringen von einer oder mehreren Wicklungen oder Spulen aus Rohr oder Kabel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Schritte umfasst, die aus Folgendem bestehen:
    i) Bereitstellen eines ersten Flansches (2),
    ii) Befestigen der Abstandsstreben (5, 5"') auf dem ersten Flansch (2),
    iii) Anordnen von zumindest einer Wicklung oder Spule (11) durch Aufschieben auf den Kern oder die Trommel (4), die durch die Abstandsstreben (5, 5"') gebildet ist, und Befestigen eines Endes des Rohres oder Kabels, das die Wicklung oder die Spule (11) bildet, das sich auf der Seite des Kerns oder der Trommel (4) befindet, an der Abstandsstrebe (5"') über die Befestigungsvorrichtung (10); und
    iv) gegebenenfalls Wiederholen des Schrittes iii) für jede zusätzliche Wicklung oder Spule (11), die anzubringen ist, und
    v) Befestigen eines zweiten Flansches (3) auf den Absstandsstreben (5, 5"')
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiterhin aus dem Einsetzen und Festlegen der Position von zumindest einem lösbaren zusätzlichen Flansch (12) auf den Abstandsstücken (5, 5"') besteht.
