Claims (10)

  1. Spule zum Abwickeln von Wicklungen aus Schläuchen, Profilen oder dergleichen, insbesondere aus Kunststoffmaterial, die zwei außenliegende Scheiben (3, 4) und eine sich über die gesamte axiale Länge erstreckende Nabe (5) enthält, wobei mindestens eine (4) der außenliegenden Scheiben abnehmbar ist und wobei mindestens eine sich zwischen den außenliegenden Scheiben (3, 4) befindliche Zwischenscheibe getrennte Abschnitte für mindestens zwei verschiedene Wicklungen festlegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die andere außenliegende Scheibe (3) der Spule festsitzend ist und mit einer Trommel (2), auf der die Wicklung(en) aufliegt (aufliegen), verbunden ist, daß die Nabe (5) eine mittig angeordnete, mit der festsitzenden außenliegenden Scheibe (3) verbundene Hohlnabe ist, die koaxial im Inneren der Trommel (2) liegt und an einem Ende mit Vorrichtungen für ein schnelles Befestigen (F) der abnehmbaren Scheibe versehen ist, daß mindestens ein Ring (6), der die Zwischenscheibe bildet, auf die Trommel (2) aufgeschoben ist und daß Vorrichtungen (B) vorgesehen sind, die ein Feststellen der Zwischenscheibe(n) (6) relativ zur Trommel (2) ermöglichen.
  2. Spule nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der auf die Trommel (2) aufgeschobenen Zwischenscheiben (6) mindestens zwei ist, damit mindestens drei getrennte ringförmige Abschnitte festgelegt sind.
  3. Spule nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtungen (B) zum Feststellen der Zwischenscheiben (6) mindestens ein mit der festsitzenden Scheibe (3) verbundenes Element (7) insbesondere ein Rohr enthalten, das ausgehend von der festsitzenden Scheibe parallel zur Achse der Trommel (2) verläuft und radial an der Innenseite der Trommelwand angeordnet ist, wobei diese Wand mindestens einen Längsspalt (8) aufweist, der im gleichen Winkel angeordnet ist, wie dieses Element (7), wohingegen jede Zwischenscheibe (6) mindestens einen in radialer Richtung ins Innere verlaufenden Schaft (16) aufweist, der an seinen, zum Mittelpunkt gerichteten Ende mit einer Gabel (17) versehen ist, die eine Feststellvorrichtung enthalt, wobei dieser Schaft (16) dazu dient, in den Längsspalt (8) der Trommel eingeführt zu werden, wobei die Konstruktion derart gestaltet ist, daß die Gabel (17) des Schaftes das genannte angefügte und mit der festsitzenden Scheibe verbundene Element (7) umschließt und dieses zwischen den Schenkein dieser Gabel eingezwängt werden kann.
  4. Spule nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei in radialer Richtung ins Innere verlaufende Schäfte (16), die beide mit einer zum Feststellen dienenden Gabel (17) versehen sind und die diametral entgegengesetzt angeordnet sind, auf jeder Zwischenscheibe (6) vorgesehen sind, wohingegen zwei entsprechende diametral entgegengesetzt angeordnete Spalte (8) in der Trommelwand vorgesehen sind, zusammen mit zwei entsprechenden angefügten Elementen (7).
  5. Spule nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nabe (5) im Abstand von der festsitzenden Scheibe (3) Stützstäbe (13) enthält, die von der Habe ausgehen und sich bis zur Wandinnenfläche der Trommel (2) erstrecken.
  6. Spule nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, bezogen auf den Winkel, jedes angefügte und von der festsitzenden Scheibe (3) ausgehende axiale Element (7) zwischen zwei Stützstäben (13) angeordnet ist und daß ein Stützbalken (14), der sich entsprechend einer Sehne zwischen zwei Stützstäben (13) erstreckt, starr mit dem genannten Element (7) verbunden ist.

Spule nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtungen für ein schnelles Befestigen (F) der abnehmbaren Scheibe (4) nabenseitig (5) ein männliches zentrisches Anschlußstück (27) enthalten, das mit einer parallel zur Achse verlaufenden Aussparung (29) für einen Keil (30) versehen ist, und scheibenseitig (4) ein weibliches zentrisches Anschlußstück (22) enthalten, das mit einer parallel zur Achse verlaufenden Nut (31) versehen ist, die dazu dient, den Keil aufzunehmen, wenn das weibliche Anschlußstück (22) auf das männliche Anschlußstück (27) aufgeschoben wird, so daß auf diese Weise ein Feststellen der abnehmbaren Scheibe (4) auf der Nabe (5) in Rotationsrichtung erreicht wird, wobei zusätzlich Vorrichtungen für ein Feststellen in Axialrichtung (35a, 35b, 36, 38) an der abnehmbaren Scheibe vorgesehen sind.

Spule nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtungen für ein Feststellen in Axialrichtung einen mit dem Nabenende verbundenen Ring (36) enthalten sowie eine Schraube (38), die einer Gewindebohrung (37a, 37b) im Ring entspricht und aus der ein sich in der Bohrung des Ringes (36) befindliches Endstück (39) vorsteht, wobei das auf der Nabe liegende männliche Anschlußstück (27) eine parallel zur Achse verlaufende Nut (34a, 34b) enthält, die sich an eine kreisbogenförmige Nut (35a, 35b) anschließt, die das Endstück (39) nach einer translatorischen Verschiebung, gefolgt von einer Rotation, zwischen Ring (36) und Nabe (5) aufnimmt.
  9. Spule nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trommelwand (2) aus acht Blättern (21) in Form zylindrischer Abschnitte besteht, die durch acht Spalten (8) getrennt sind.
  10. Spule nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede außenliegende Scheibe (3, 4) von einem zentralen Anschlußstück ausgehende und Speichen (11, 12; 23) bildende Rohre enthält, wobei jeweils zwei an ihrem äußeren Ende miteinander verbunden sind, und zwar auf ihrer Außenseite durch trapezförmige Platten (P), im besonderen verschweißt mit den Speichen, und auf ihrer Innenseite durch einen durchgehenden Ring (24, 25), der die Platten und Speichen abdeckt.
