Claims (18)

  1. Vorrichtung zum chargenweisen Transfer von Tabakprodukten, Folgendes beinhaltend: einen Zufuhrtrichter (13), der mit einer hinteren Wand (22) und zwei Seitenwänden (23) ausgestattet ist, die verformbar sind und zusammenwirken, um eine obere Einlassöffnung (24a) für das Eingeben der Tabakprodukte (2) und eine untere Öffnung (24b) für das Ausgeben der Tabakprodukte (2) zu begrenzen, sowie mit einem Verschluss (25) zum Öffnen oder Schließen der unteren Öffnung (24b),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie ferner einen Antriebsmechanismus (31) beinhaltet, der mit den Seitenwänden (23) verbunden ist und dazu dient, die Geometrie der Seitenwände (23) aktiv zu verändern, indem beide Seitenwände (23) verformt werden, um das Innenvolumen des Zufuhrtrichters (13) der Menge von Tabakprodukten (2) anzupassen, die durch die obere Öffnung (24a) eingelassen werden.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, worin der Antriebsmechanismus (31) zumindest Folgendes beinhaltet: einen Sensor (32), der zur Überwachung eines Parameters dient, der die Menge der in den Zufuhrtrichter (13) eingegebenen Tabakprodukte angibt, einen Stellantrieb (33), der mit den Seitenwänden (23) verbunden ist, und eine Steuereinheit (34), die mit dem zumindest einen Sensor (32) und dem Stellantrieb (33) derart verbunden ist, dass sie ein Signal (S) von dem Sensor (32) empfangen kann, das den Parameter darstellt, der die Menge der Tabakprodukte (2) angibt, die in den Zufuhrtrichter (13) eingelassen werden, und ein Signal (C) erzeugen kann, das den Stellantrieb (33) ansteuert, um die Geometrie der Seitenwände (23) zu verändern.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, die ferner ein Trägerelement (29) beinhaltet, das einen Behälter (3) trägt, der mit Tabakprodukten (2) zu füllen ist, und einen Motor (30), durch den das Trägerelement (29) in eine vertikale Bewegung versetzt wird zwischen einer ersten Position, in der es der unteren Öffnung (24b) des Zuführtrichter (13) angenähert ist, und einer zweiten Position, in der es von dieser unteren Öffnung (24b) entfernt ist, so dass der Behälter (3) befüllt werden kann, während das Trägerelement (29) von der ersten Position zu der zweiten Position bewegt wird.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, worin der Motor (30) mit der Steuereinheit (34) derart verbunden ist, dass die Absenkgeschwindigkeit (Vd) des Trägerelementes (29) in Abhängigkeit von dem Signal variiert werden kann, das von dem Sensor (32) empfangen wird und den Parameter darstellt, der die Menge der Tabakprodukte (2) angibt, die in den Zufuhrtrichter (13) eingelassen werden können.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, worin jede der Seitenwände (23) des Zufuhrtrichters (13) ein flexibles Blatt (38) beinhaltet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, worin jede der Seitenwände (23) einen Endabschnitt (39) beinhaltet, der schwenkbar mit einem feststehenden Rahmen (28) nahe der oberen Einlassöffnung (24a) verbunden ist, und worin das Blatt (38) ein erstes Ende (38a) aufweist, das gleitbar in den Endabschnitt (39) eingeführt ist, und ein zweites Ende (38b) das schwenkbar mit dem feststehenden Rahmen (28) nahe der unteren Ausgabeöffnung (24b) verbunden ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, worin der Stellantrieb (33) ein Paar Hebel (40) beinhaltet, die jeweils ein erstes Ende (40a) aufweisen, das scharnierbeweglich an dem feststehenden Rahmen (28) befestigt ist, und ein zweites Ende (40b), das mit einer entsprechenden Seitenwand (23) verbunden ist, und zumindest einen Motor (45), durch den jeder Hebel (40) in eine Drehbewegung um das entsprechende erste Ende (40a) versetzt wird.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, worin der zumindest eine Motor (45) des Stellantriebes (33) einen doppeltwirkenden Pneumatikzylinder oder Fluidzylinder (46) beinhaltet.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die ferner einen Förderer (6) beinhaltet, der sich entlang einer vorbestimmten Richtung (X) zwischen einer ersten Einheit (4) und einer zweiten Einheit (5) für die Verarbeitung der Tabakprodukte (2) erstreckt und eine zwischenliegende Öffnung (12) aufweist, die gegenüber der oberen Einlassöffnung (24a) des Zufuhrtrichters (13) angeordnet ist, um die Tabakprodukte (2) in den Zufuhrtrichter (13) hinabfallen zu lassen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, worin der zumindest eine Sensor (32) nahe des Förderers (6) an einer Stelle entlang der vorbestimmten Richtung (X) angeordnet ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, worin der zumindest eine Sensor (32) oberhalb der Einlassöffnung (24a) des Zufuhrtrichters (13) angeordnet ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, worin der zumindest eine Sensor (32) einen Fühler beinhaltet, der die Dicke (Sp) des Flusses der Tabakprodukte (2) erfassen kann, die auf dem Förderer (6) in der vorbestimmten Richtung (X) vorgeschoben werden.
  13. Verfahren zum chargenweisen Transfer von Tabakprodukten, das den Schritt des Zuführens eines Flusses von Tabakprodukten (2) in einen Zufuhrtrichter (13) beinhaltet, der mit einer hinteren Wand (22) und zwei Seitenwänden (23) ausgestattet ist, die verformbar sind und zusammenwirken, um eine obere Einlassöffnung (24a) und eine untere Öffnung (24b) zum Ausgeben der Tabakprodukte (2) zu begrenzen, sowie mit einem Verschluss (25) zum Öffnen oder Schließen der unteren Öffnung (24b), dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass es ferner einen Schritt beinhaltet, der dazu dient, die Geometrie der Seitenwände (23) und das Innenvolumen des Zufuhrtrichters (13) aktiv zu verändern, indem beide Seitenwände (23) verformt werden, um das Innenvolumen des Zufuhrtrichters (13) in Abhängigkeit von der Menge von Tabakprodukten (2), die in den Zufuhrtrichter (13) eingelassen werden, mittels eines Antriebsmechanismus (31), der mit den Seitenwänden (23) verbunden ist, zu vergrößern oder zu vermindern.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, das ferner die folgenden Schritte beinhaltet: Positionieren eines Behälters (3), so dass er mit der unteren Ausgabeöffnung (24b) des Zufuhrtrichters (13) ausgerichtet ist, Betätigen des Verschlusses (25) zum Öffnen der unteren Öffnung (24b), Absenken des Behälters (3), um den Durchgang der Tabakprodukte (2) von dem Zufuhrtrichter (13) in den Behälter (3) zu ermöglichen, und Steuern der Absenkgeschwindigkeit (Vd) des Behälters (3) auf Grundlage eines Parameters, der die Menge der Tabakprodukte (2) angibt, die in den Zufuhrtrichter (13) eingegeben werden.
  15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, worin der Schritt des Zuführens eines Flusses von Tabakprodukten (2) in den Zufuhrtrichter (13) den Schritt des Leitens der Produkte entlang einer vorbestimmten Richtung (X) auf einem Förderer (6) beinhaltet, der sich zwischen einer ersten Einheit (4) und einer zweiten Einheit (5) für die Verarbeitung der Tabakprodukte (2) erstreckt und eine zwischenliegende Öffnung (12) aufweist, die gegenüber der oberen Einlassöffnung (24a) des Zufuhrtrichters (13) angeordnet ist, um die Tabakprodukte (2) in den Zufuhrtrichter (13) hinabfallen zu lassen.
  16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, worin der Parameter, der die Menge der Tabakprodukte (2) angibt, die in den Zuführtrichter (13) eingelassen werden, durch die Durchflussmenge der Tabakprodukte (2) auf dem Förderer (6) gegeben ist.
  17. Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, worin der Schritt des aktiven Veränderns der Geometrie der Seitenwände die folgenden Schritte beinhaltet: Verformen der Seitenwände (23) gemäß eines vorgegebenen Verformungsgesetzes (Ld) entsprechend einer Referenzdurchflussmenge (Pr) der Tabakprodukte (2) auf dem Förderer (6), Erfassen der tatsächlichen Durchflussmenge (Pe) der Tabakprodukte (2) auf dem Förderer (6), Vergleichen der tatsächlichen Durchflussmenge (Pe) mit der Referenzdurchflussmenge (Pr), und Verändert des Verformungsgesetzes (Ld) im Falle einer Abweichung der tatsächlichen Durchflussmenge (Pe) von der Referenzdurchflussmenge (Pr).
  18. Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, worin der Schritt des Steuerns der Absenkgeschwindigkeit des Behälters folgende Schritte beinhaltet: Absenken des Behälters (3) gemäß eines vorgegebenen Bewegungsgesetzes (Lm) entsprechend einer Referenzdurchflussmenge (Pr) der Tabakprodukte (2) auf dem Förderer (6), Erfassen der tatsächlichen Durchflussmenge (Pe) der Tabakprodukte (2) auf dem Förderer (6), Vergleichen der tatsächlichen Durchflußmenge (Pe) mit der Referenzdurchflussmenge (Pr), und Verändern des Bewegungsgesetzes (Lm) im Falle einer Abweichung der tatsächlichen Durchflussmenge (Pe) von der Referenzdurchflussmenge (Pr).
