Claims (13)

  1. Abschneide-Steuervorrichtung für bandförmiges Papier, wobei die Vorrichtung einen vorgeschalteten Messer-Antriebsmotor (12) zum rotatorischen Antreiben eines vorgeschalteten Messerzylinders (3), auf dessen Außenoberfläche ein vorgeschaltetes spiralförmiges Messer (4) vorgesehen ist, sowie einen nachgeschalteten Messer-Antriebsmotor (13) zum rotatorischen Antreiben eines nachgeschalteten Messerzylinders (3), auf dessen Außenfläche ein nachgeschaltetes spiralförmiges Messer (5) vorgesehen ist, steuert, wobei die Steuervorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie umfasst:
    - eine Geschwindigkeits-Vorgabemuster-Erzeugereinheit (24), in die eine Papierzuführgeschwindigkeit für das bandförmige Papier und die abzuschneidende Bogenlänge eingegeben werden, zum Erzeugen von Drehzahlgeschwindigkeits-Vorgabemustern des vorgeschalteten Messer-Antriebsmotors (12) und des nachgeschalteten Messer-Antriebsmotors (13) auf der Grundlage der Papierzuführgeschwindigkeit und der eingegebenen abzuschneidenden Bogenlänge und zum Ausgeben eines Geschwindigkeitsangabewertes;
    - einen Komparator (31), der den Geschwindigkeitsangabewert der Geschwindigkeits-Vorgabemuster-Erzeugereinheit (24) mit einer detektierten Geschwindigkeit des vorgeschalteten Messer-Antriebsmotors (12) oder des nachgeschalteten Messer-Antriebsmotors (13) vergleicht,
    - eine Drehmomentangabe-Berechnungseinheit (32), die die Drehmoment-Angabewerte für den vorgeschalteten Messer-Antriebsmotor (12) und den nachgeschalteten Messer-Antriebsmotor (13) auf der Grundlage eines Signals von dem Komparator (31) errechnet;
    - eine Schnittdrehmoment-Berechnungseinheit (23), die das Schnittdrehmoment des vorgeschalteten Messer-Antriebsmotors (12) und des nachgeschalteten Messer-Antriebsmotors (13) errechnet;
    - eine vorzugebende Drehmoment-Vorgabemuster-Erzeugereinheit (25), die das von der Schnittdrehmoment-Berechnungseinheit (23) gesendete Schnittdrehmoment verteilt und ein vorzugebendes Drehmoment-Vorgabemuster auf der Grundlage der Papierzuführgeschwindigkeit des bandförmigen Papiers und der abzuschneidenden Bogenlänge erzeugt und einen vorzugebenden Drehmoment-Angabewert ausgibt;
    - eine Drehmomentangabe-Subtraktionseinheit (33), die den vorzugebenden Drehmoment-Angabewert, welcher von der vorzugebenden Drehmoment-Vorgabemuster-Erzeugereinheit (25) ausgegeben wurde, von dem Drehmoment-Angabewert subtrahiert, welcher von der Drehmomentangabe-Berechnungseinheit (32) errechnet wurde;
    - einen vorgeschalteten Leistungsverstärker (34), der den vorgeschalteten Messer-Antriebsmotor (12) auf der Grundlage eines Berechnungsergebnisses steuert, das von der Drehmomentangabe-Subtraktionseinheit (33) erhalten wurde;
    - eine Drehmomentangabe-Additionseinheit (36), die den von der Drehmomentangabe-Berechnungseinheit (32) errechneten Drehmoment-Angabewert zu dem vorzugebenden Drehmoment-Angabewert, der von der vorzugebenden Drehmoment-Vorgabemuster-Erzeugereinheit (25) errechnet wurde, addiert; und
    - einen nachgeschalteten Leistungsverstärker (37), der den nachgeschalteten Messer-Antriebsmotor (13) auf der Grundlage eines Berechnungsergebnisses steuert, das von der Drehmomentangabe-Additionseinheit (36) erhalten wurde.
  2. Abschneide-Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das von der Schnittdrehmoment-Berechnungseinheit (23) errechnete Schnittdrehmoment einen Schnittdrehmoment-Wert besitzt, der zum Abschneiden des bandförmigen Papiers erforderlich ist, wobei der Schnittdrehmoment-Wert auf dem Ausgangsgewicht und der Papiereingabe-Zuführgeschwindigkeit beruht.
  3. Abschneide-Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, bei der das von der Schnittdrehmoment-Berechnungseinheit (23) errechnete Schnittdrehmoment groß genug ist, um einer Abschneide-Reaktionskraft, die noch zusätzlich durch das bandförmige Papier auf das vorgeschaltete Messer (4) und das nachgeschaltete Messer (5) wirkt, zu widerstehen und um ebenfalls eine zweckdienliche Kontaktkraft auf das vorgeschaltete Messer (4) und das nachgeschaltete Messer (5) zu bewirken.
  4. Abschneide-Steuervorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei der es sich bei dem vorzugebenden Drehmoment-Vorgabemuster, welches von der vorzugebenden Drehmoment-Vorgabemuster-Erzeugereinheit (25) erzeugt wird, um ein Vorgabemuster von rechteckiger Gestalt, von trapezförmiger Gestalt oder von polygonaler Gestalt handelt.
  5. Abschneide-Steuervorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei der die vorzugebende Drehmoment-Vorgabemuster-Erzeugereinheit (25) das Vorgabemuster des vorzugebenden Drehmoments in Abhängigkeit von der Papierzuführgeschwindigkeit verändert.
  6. Abschneide-Steuervorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei der die vorzugebende Drehmoment-Vorgabemuster-Erzeugereinheit (25) ein identisches vorzugebendes Drehmoment-Vorgabemuster für den vorgeschalteten Messer-Antriebsmotor (12) und den nachgeschalteten Messer-Antriebsmotor (13) erzeugt.
  7. Abschneide-Steuervorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei der die Abschneide-Steuervorrichtung mit einer Produktionsverwaltungs-Vorrichtung (40) verbunden ist, die eine Eingabevorrichtung zum Eingeben des Ausgangsgewichts des bandförmigen Papiers und der abzuschneidenden Bogenlänge einschließt,
    wobei die Produktionsverwaltungs-Vorrichtung (i) das Ausgangsgewicht des bandförmigen Papiers in die Schnittdrehmoment-Berechnungseinheit (23) ausgibt,
    und (ii) die Rotationsgeschwindigkeiten des vorgeschalteten Messerzylinders (2) und des nachgeschalteten Messerzylinders (3) auf der Grundlage des Ausgangsgewichts des bandförmigen Papiers und der abzuschneidenden Bogenlänge errechnet,
    und (iii) die sich daraus ergebende Rotationsgeschwindigkeit an die Geschwindigkeits-Vorgabemuster-Erzeugereinheit (24) ausgibt.
  8. Abschneidegerät zum Abschneiden von streifenförmigem Papier, umfassend:
    einen vorgeschalteten Messerzylinder (2), auf dessen Außenoberfläche ein vorgeschaltetes spiralförmiges Messer (4) vorgesehen ist;
    einen nachgeschalteten Messerzylinder (3), auf dessen Außenoberfläche ein nachgeschaltetes spiralförmiges Messer (5) vorgesehen ist, welches bandförmiges Papier im Zusammenwirken mit dem vorgeschalteten Messer (4) abschneidet;
    ein vorgeschaltetes Zahnrad (8), das an einem der gegenüberliegenden Enden der Rotationsachse (6) des vorgeschalteten Messerzylinders (2) angebracht ist;
    ein nachgeschaltetes Zahnrad (9), das an einem der gegenüberliegenden Enden der Rotationsachse (7) des nachgeschalteten Messerzylinders (3) angebracht ist;
    ein vorgeschaltetes Antriebszahnrad (10), das in das vorgeschaltete Zahnrad (8) eingreift;
    ein nachgeschaltetes Antriebszahnrad (11), das in das nachgeschaltete Zahnrad (9) eingreift;
    einen vorgeschalteten Messer-Antriebsmotor (12), der das vorgeschaltete Antriebszahnrad (10) rotatorisch antreibt;
    einen nachgeschalteten Messer-Antriebsmotor (13), der das nachgeschaltete Antriebszahnrad (11) rotatorisch antreibt, wobei der nachgeschaltete Messer-Antriebsmotor (13) die gleiche Nennleistung aufweist wie der vorgeschaltete Messer-Antriebsmotor (12) und
    eine Abschneide-Steuervorrichtung (20), die den vorgeschalteten Messer-Antriebsmotor (12) und den nachgeschalteten Messer-Antriebsmotor (13) individuell steuert;
    wobei die Abschneide-Steuervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 ausgelegt ist.
  9. Abschneidegerät nach Anspruch 8, bei dem zumindest entweder das vorgeschaltete Zahnrad (8) oder das nachgeschaltete Zahnrad (9) einen Zahn oder mehrere Zähne aufweist, die so ausgebildet sind, dass das vorgeschaltete Zahnrad (8) und das nachgeschaltete Zahnrad (9) nicht miteinander in Berührung gelangen, wobei der Zahn bzw. die mehreren Zähne an einem Abschnitt des Zahnrads vorgesehen sind, der einen Abschneidevorgang betrifft, welcher durch das Zusammenwirken des vorgeschalteten Messers (4) und des nachgeschalteten Messers (5) durchgeführt wird.
  10. Abschneidegerät nach Anspruch 8, bei dem ein Teil zumindest entweder des vorgeschalteten Zahnrads (8) oder des nachgeschalteten Zahnrads (9) keine Zähne aufweist, so dass das vorgeschaltete Zahnrad (8) und das nachgeschaltete Zahnrad (9) nicht miteinander in Berührung treten, wobei der Teil ohne Zähne an einem Abschnitt des Zahnrads vorgesehen ist, der einen Abschneidevorgang betrifft, welcher durch das Zusammenwirken des vorgeschalteten Messers (4) und des nachgeschalteten Messers (5) durchgeführt wird.
  11. Abschneidegerät nach Anspruch 8, bei dem zumindest entweder das vorgeschaltete Zahnrad (8) oder das nachgeschaltete Zahnrad (9) einen Zahn oder mehrere Zähne aufweist, welche so ausgebildet sind, dass das vorgeschaltete Zahnrad (8) und das nachgeschaltete Zahnrad (9) nach Zurücklegen einer festgelegten Strecke ab der Einleitung des Abschneidevorgangs nicht miteinander in Berührung treten, wobei der eine Zahn bzw. die mehreren Zähne an einem Abschnitt des Zahnrads vorgesehen sind, der einen Abschneidevorgang betrifft, welcher durch das Zusammenwirken des vorgeschalteten Messers (4) und des nachgeschalteten Messers (5) durchgeführt wird.
  12. Abschneidegerät nach Anspruch 8, bei dem ein Teil zumindest entweder des vorgeschalteten Zahnrads (8) oder des nachgeschalteten Zahnrads (9) keine Zähne aufweist, so dass das vorgeschaltete Zahnrad (8) und das nachgeschaltete Zahnrad (9) nach Zurücklegen einer festgelegten Strecke ab der Einleitung des Abschneidevorgangs nicht miteinander in Berührung treten, wobei der Teil ohne Zähne an einem Abschnitt des Zahnrads vorgesehen ist, der einen Abschneidevorgang betrifft, welcher durch das Zusammenwirken des vorgeschalteten Messers (4) und des nachgeschalteten Messers (5) durchgeführt wird.
  13. Abschneidegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, bei dem der vorgeschaltete Messerzylinder (2) und der nachgeschaltete Messerzylinder (3) zylindrische Elemente sind, die aus kohlenfaserverstärktem Kunststoff hergestellt sind.
