Claims (13)
- Treatment method for a supple elastic textile piece (10) comprising at least one shaped portion (4) that must be partially treated surrounded by a plane portion, characterised in that the supple elastic textile piece (10) is gripped at at least two points (A, B) on the plane portion surrounding the shaped portion (4) to be treated, in which the gripped portion is stretched between these two points so as to approximately flatten the shaped portion (4) gripped between the two points (A, B), and in which the stretched portion is treated while it is flat.
- Method according to claim 1, characterised in that at the same time that the piece is stretched and flattened, an air jet is applied to the shaped portion so as to move this shaped portion (4) clear, since it could otherwise be deformed in creases and interfere with the treatment.
- Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the piece is gripped at three points (B, A, B) by a central clamp (21) and two side clamps (22) approximately defining a common plane.
- Method according to claim 3, characterised in that the gripped points are moved apart by displacing the central clamp with respect to the side clamps.
- Method according to claim 4, characterised in that the gripped points (B, A, B) are moved apart by tipping the central clamp (21) with respect to the side clamps (22), outside the common plane of the clamps.
- Method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the flat treatment is a cut out.
- Method according to claim 6, characterised in that the cut out is done using ultrasounds.
- Treatment device for a supple elastic textile piece (10) comprising at least one shaped portion (4) that must be partially treated surrounded by a plane portion, characterised in that the device comprises a gripping device (20) to grip the supple textile piece (10) at at least two points (A, B) on the plane portion surrounding the shaped portion (4) to be treated, means (20, 21) for stretching the piece gripped between these two points (A, B) so as to approximately flatten the shaped portion gripped between the two points (A, B), and means (36) for treating the gripped stretched portion while it is flat.
- Device according to claim 8, characterised in that it comprises a blower nozzle (38), preferably associated with the treatment means (36), to blow an air jet onto the shaped portion to be treated.
- Device according to either claim 8 or 9, characterised in that the gripping device (20) is a three-point device comprising a central clamp (21) and two side clamps (22) approximately defining a common plane.
- Device according to claim 10, characterised in that the central clamp (21) is installed free to tip so that it can be brought out of the plane common to the clamps (21, 22).
- Device according to either claim 10 or 11, characterised in that the gripping device (20) is a five-point device comprising two end clamps.
- Device according to any one of claims 8 to 10, characterised in that the flattening treatment device comprises an ultrasound cutting roller (36).
