Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen dreipoligen Leistungsschalter (1) sowie ein Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung mit einem Schaltschloss (14), wobei jedem Pol (5-7) ein eigener Kurzschlussschnellauslöser (19-22) zugeordnet ist, der beim Auftreten von Kurzschlussströmen in dem entsprechenden Pol (5-7) ein Verschwenken einer Auslösewelle (50) bewirkt, welche auf das Schaltschloss (14) des Leistungsschalters (1) wirkt. Um zu erreichen, dass der Leistungsschalter durch Änderung eines vorhandenen vierpoligen Schutzschalters mit Schaltschloss (14) herstellbar ist, bei dem trotz eines zusätzlichen Kurzschlussschnellauslösers (22) für den Pol (7), der ursprünglich mit einem Neutralleiter verbindbar war, das Schaltschloss (14) konstruktiv nicht verändert werden muss, schlägt die Erfindung vor, dass der zusätzlich benötigte Kurzschlussschnellauslöser (22) auf eine zweite Teilwelle (28) der Auslösewelle (50) wirkt, die beim Auftreten eines Kurzschlussstromes in dem diesem Kurzschlussschnellauslöser (22) zugeordneten Pol gegen den Druck einer zweiten Rückstellfeder (29) von ihrer Ruhestellung in eine Betätigungsstellung verschwenkt wird. Dabei nimmt die zweite Teilwelle (28) über Koppelmittel (30) die erste Teilwelle (23) (d.h. die ursprüngliche Auslösewelle) mit, die ebenfalls gegen die Kraft einer ersten Rückstellfeder (24) von ihrer Ruhestellung in ihre Betätigungsstellung verschwenkt wird und beim Erreichen ihrer Betätigungsstellung das Schaltschloss (14) auslöst. Sofern ein Kurzschlussstrom in einem der beiden anderen Pole (5, 6) des Leistungsschalters (1) auftritt, wird zwar die gemeinsame erste Teilwelle (23) gegen den Druck der ersten Rückstellfeder (24) verschwenkt und löst das Schaltschloss (14) aus, doch sind die Koppelmittel (30) der beiden Teilwellen (23, 28) derart ausgebildet, dass die erste Teilwelle (23) in diesem Fall die zweite Teilwelle (28) nicht mitnimmt, so dass diese in ihrer Ruhestellung verbleibt.
