Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for detecting a configuration of a plurality of lifting devices in a lifting system.
  • a lifting system which comprises at least two lifting devices, which consist of a base frame and a lifting unit.
  • the lifting unit has a lifting cylinder to move a load receiving means for lifting and lowering the load up and down.
  • the lifting devices are connected to supply lines, so that a common control is enabled.
  • the lifting devices are coded. When setting up these lifting devices, however, it is necessary that a is to be followed by the coding predetermined order of the lifting devices. This requires special attention when setting up several lifting devices. In addition, an optional arrangement of the lifting devices for forming a lifting system is not possible.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object to provide a method for detecting a configuration of several lifting devices in a lifting system by which the lifting devices before lifting and lowering a load within the lifting system get a clear relationship to each other and the number of embedded in the lifting system lifting devices is detected.
  • the inventive method allows any number of lifting devices to be configured to form a lifting system.
  • a first lifting device is initialized as a master lifting device and the subsequent lifting devices are controlled via this master lifting device and receive a node address based on the master lifting device.
  • This successive initialization of arranged in series to the master lifting device further lifting devices and their assignment of a node address is continued until the last lifting device has been reached. Due to an initialization provided there, which signals an open end of the lifting devices arranged in series, the master lifting device receives a signal that all intermediate lifting devices have been successively initialized so that the method of the configuration is completed.
  • This method has the advantage that non-coded lifting devices can be used and, depending on the application, the required number of lifting devices are assigned to the working space for lifting and lowering the load as desired, without a certain order is to be kept. At the same time, the number of lifting devices integrated in the lifting system is detected by the initialization of the node addresses. By this method, the other lifting devices in the lifting system can be specifically controlled by a master lifting device due to their assignment of a node address. At the same time, when an error occurs on the master lifting device or on any other lifting device, it is possible to output an error message and to indicate to the user which lifting device is involved.
  • the lifting devices connected to supply lines are placed in an open U-shape and the first and last lifting device at the open end, the second and the second last lifting device, etc. form a lifting pair.
  • This facilitates the control when lifting and lowering multi-axle vehicles.
  • a semitrailer tractor is advantageous to lift only one pair of hitches, for example, the trailer, the other axes of the tractor are not raised by the respective associated lifting pairs or to a small extent.
  • a single drive a lifting device is controlled by a Masterhubvorraum. This allows a user-defined single selection to control lifting devices. Such a control increases the flexibility of the system.
  • the provided as a master lifting device lifting device is preferably connected to a power supply to a network or to a self-sufficient energy source, and at the input of the control of the Masterhubvorides An input level is set or simulated.
  • An input level is set or simulated.
  • At least one lifting device without energy supply connection between two lifting devices with power supply connection are connected in series. This can reduce the feed points. At the same time it can be ensured that a sufficient energy supply for the lifting and lowering process is provided.
  • a lifting system is formed from lifting devices, each having its own power supply.
  • any feed points can be selected.
  • an equality of the lifting devices is given, so that their arrangement is provided as desired to form a lifting system.
  • the current configuration of the lifting devices is displayed on a display of at least one controller.
  • the lifting devices present in the lifting system are visualized. This makes it possible to check whether the number of lifting devices shown on the display corresponds to the number of lifting devices in the system.
  • the activated and not activated lifting devices are displayed. This may, for example, be such that a first pair of lifting devices that are activated are capitalized, whereas another pair of lifting devices that are not activated are represented with a lower case letter. Alternatively, a colored background or highlighting given be.
  • the display is preferably provided on the master lifting device. Alternatively, a display can also be provided on each lifting device, the configuration being displayed after the configuration of the lifting devices and addressing in each display of the lifting device.
  • a lifting system 11 which consists for example of four lifting devices 12a, 12b, 13a, 13b, which lift a load 14.
  • This load 14 is for example a vehicle, in particular passenger car, truck, commercial vehicle, tank or rail vehicle.
  • the lifting device 12 consists of a base frame 16 and a lifting unit 17, which move a load-receiving means 18 for lifting and lowering up and down.
  • the load-receiving means 18 is designed as a wheel gripper to attack on a tire of the vehicle or to engage under this.
  • the lifting devices 12, 13 are interconnected by supply lines 21, which include both a power supply and control and / or information lines. These supply lines 21 are connected to controls 19 of the lifting devices 12.
  • the lifting devices 12 are connected to each other in a row by the supply lines 21, that is, the order of the lifting devices 12a, 12b, 13b, 13a is determined by the supply lines 21. Between the lifting devices 12a and 13a, an open end is formed, so that the load 14 can be introduced via this open end into a working space which lies between the lifting devices 12a, 12b, 13a, 13b or is encompassed by this.
  • FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a pair of mutually associated lifting devices 12a to e and 13a to e provided, which are connected by connecting lines 21 in series with each other.
  • Such an arrangement is provided for example for a five-axle vehicle.
  • the structure is analogous to a two-axle vehicle according to FIG. 1 ,
  • the number of lifting devices 12, 13 to be connected together to form a lifting system 11 is dependent on the load to be lifted, so that it is necessary for the monitoring of the lifting system 11, that the individual lifting devices 12, 13 by the controller 19 or a separately arranged Overall control is detected and their position within the lifting system 11 is known.
  • the inventive method for detecting a configuration of several lifting devices 12, 13 in a lifting system 11 allows a simple and user-friendly Handling, which is shown below:
  • the lifting devices 12, 13 are positioned according to the load 14 to be lifted.
  • the supply lines 21 are mounted between the elevators 12, 13 to connect or concatenate the elevators 12, 13 in a row.
  • the provided at an open end lifting device 12a supplied with a voltage.
  • the respective controls 19 of the lifting devices 12, 13 run high, and by a Steuer modular bus line in the connecting lines 21 is an initialization of the controller 19.
  • a first lifting device 12a which is realized for example by a bridge in the wiring.
  • this lifting device 12a defines itself with a node address 1 as the master lifting device, so that the further lifting devices 12, 13 arranged in series are dependent on this first lifting device 12a.
  • this takes over the control for the further lifting devices 12, 13 and the assignment to the master lifting device.
  • an output of the master lifting device is switched so that a level is present at the input of the following lifting device 12b and generates a node address n + 1, since the node address 1 is already occupied by the master lifting device.
  • the controller 19 switches an output of the controller 19 on the lifting device 12b, so that an input level in turn on the following lifting device 13b according to FIG. 1 or the lifting device 12c according to FIG. 2 is applied.
  • a new node address is generated and then the output of the controller 19 of the lifting device 13b or 12c switched through again, so that gradually connected to the connecting lines 21 lifting devices 12, 13 receive a unique assignment of node addresses.
  • each controller 19 recognizes the lifting device 12, 13, which node address the lifting device 12, 13 itself and which number of lifting devices 12, 13 forms the lifting system 11.
  • the end of the assignment of node addresses is detected by the last, arranged at the open end lifting device 13a. Via a further input level, the last lifting device 13a recognizes that no subsequent lifting device 12, 13 is provided in the system any longer and outputs a signal to the master lifting device, and the method for detecting the configuration of lifting devices 12, 13 in the lifting system 11 is terminated.
  • all lifting devices 12, 13 are the same.
  • two types of lifting devices 12, 13 may be provided.
  • One type of lifting devices 12, 13 already comprises a power supply line, and the other type of lifting devices is designed without a power supply line.
  • the lifting devices 12, 13 formed with the power supply line are positioned at the beginning of a row of the lifting devices 12, 13 and initialized as a master lifting device.
  • the further lifting devices 12, 13 are so-called slave lifting devices.
  • the power supply line provided lifting devices, which are not initialized as a master lifting device, can be used as slave lifting devices, with the advantage of enabling energy input after a predetermined number of slave lifting devices.
  • the control allows one or more pairs to be selected which simultaneously perform the lifting and lowering operations.
  • each control 19 of the lifting device 12, 13 to control the entire system or individual lifting devices 12, 13, and to enable the lifting devices 12, 13 to be actuated in pairs or groups ,
  • each controller 19 can output an error message when an error occurs and indicate which of the lifting devices 12, 13 has output the error message.
  • a flexible lifting system 11 is created, which is easy to set up and at the same time a high degree of monitoring and thus security in the operation of the lifting system 11 allows.
