Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kunststofflaugenbehälter für eine Waschmaschine, umfassend ein eine Trommel umgebendes, zylinderförmig geformtes Behältnis, wobei in einer der Stirnwände eine Nabe oder ein metallisches Lagerkreuz mit einer Nabe zur Aufnahme einer Antriebswelle für die Trommel in der Kunststoffmasse eingebunden ist. Gemäß einer Alternative zur Herstellung des Kunststofflaugenbehälters wird ebenfalls vorgeschlagen, dass zunächst in einem ersten Schritt ein als Matte ausgebildetes Bewehrungsmittel um das metallische Lagerkreuz gelegt wird und in einem zweiten Schritt das metallische Lagerkreuz mit der Bewehrung in der Spritzgussform fixiert wird, wobei dann in einem dritten Schritt, nach Schließung der Form, die Kunststoffmasse in die Form eingebracht wird. Somit liegt die Bewehrung ziemlich dicht an dem metallischen Lagerkreuz, so dass hier im Grenzbereich, wo die Hauptspannungen auftreten, die Bewehrungsmatte ihre Aufgabe erfüllt. In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung wird nach Schließung der Form die Kunststoffmasse in einem 2-K Verfahren in die Form eingebracht. Hierbei wird zunächst unverstärkte Kunststoffmasse, die keine Fasern enthält, in die geschlossene Form eingebracht bzw. eingespritzt. Anschließend wird faserverstärkte Kunststoffmasse, die beispielsweise GFK-Fasern enthält, in die Form eingebracht. Die unverstärkte Kunststoffmasse umschließt zuverlässig die eingelegten Matten und bindet diese fest in der Kunststoffmasse ein. Die im zweiten Schritt eingebrachte verstärkte Kunststoffmasse erhöht die Stabilität und die Festigkeit des gesamten Kunststofflaugenbehälters. Sowohl für die Bereiche mit Gewebematten als auch für die Bereiche ohne Gewebematten werden durch die faserverstärkte Kunststoffmasse die Stabilität und Festigkeit zusätzlich erhöht.In an advantageous embodiment, after closing the mold, the plastic mass is introduced into the mold in a 2-K process. - A solution container (1) made of plastic for a washing machine (11), comprising a cylindrical vessel (2) that surrounds a drum (12), whereby a hub (5a) or a metallic bearing block (4) with a hub (5) to receive a drive shaft (13) for the drum (12) is integrated in one of the front walls (3), characterized in that flat fabric mats (6) configured as reinforcement elements are integrated in the container wall (2,3), at least in certain areas, and in that the fabric mats (6) at least partially cover the metallic bearing block (4) or the hub (5, 5a).
- The solution container made of plastic according to claim 1, characterized in that the fabric mats (6) in the area of the metallic bearing block (4) or of the hub (5) have a contour that differs from the plane of the container wall (3), said contour essentially corresponding to the shape of the bearing block (4) or of the hub (5, 5a).
- The solution container made of plastic according to claim 1, characterized in that the fabric mats (6) are made of fiberglass-plastic fibers or fiberglass-plastic filaments.
- The solution container made of plastic according to claim 1, characterized in that the fabric mats (6) are made of Kevlar fibers or Kevlar filaments.
- The solution container made of plastic according to claim 1, characterized in that the fabric mats (6) are made of carbon fibers or carbon filaments
- The solution container made of plastic according to claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the fibers or filaments in the fabric mat (6) are oriented in such a way that they essentially (9) correspond to the stress lines (10) that occur inside the container wall (3).
- The solution container made of plastic according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the at least one fabric mat (6) essentially covers the entire area of the metallic bearing block (4) and at least partially covers the hub (5).
- The solution container made of plastic according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the at least one fabric mat (6) protrudes at least partially beyond the outer area of the metallic bearing block (4).
- The solution container made of plastic according to claim 8, characterized in that the at least one fabric mat (6) protrudes at least partially out of the front wall (3) into the edge area of the cylindrical container wall (2).
- A method for the production of a solution container (1) made of plastic for a washing machine (11), comprising a cylindrical vessel (2) that surrounds the drum (12), whereby a hub (5a) or a metallic bearing block (4) with a hub (5) to receive a drive shaft (13) for the drum (12) is integrated into the plastic compound (17) in one of the front walls (3), characterized in that, to start with, in a first step, at least one fabric mat (6) configured as a reinforcement element is laid into an injection mold (14), then, in a second step, the metallic bearing block (4) and/or hub (5, 5a) is affixed in the injection mold (14) and then, in a third step, the plastic compound (17) is fed into the mold (14) after the mold (14, 15) has been closed.
- A method for the production of a solution container (1) made of plastic for a washing machine (11), comprising a cylindrical vessel (2) that surrounds the drum (12), whereby a hub (5a) or a metallic bearing block (4) with a hub (5) to receive a drive shaft (13) for the drum (12) is integrated into the plastic compound (17) in one of the front walls (3), characterized in that, to start with, in a first step, at least one fabric mat (6) configured as a reinforcement element is laid around the metallic bearing block (4) and/or the hub (5, 5a), then, in a second step, the metallic bearing block (4) and/or the hub with the reinforcement element (6) is placed into the injection mold (14) and then, in a third step, the plastic compound (17) is fed into the mold (14) after the mold (14, 15) has been closed.
- The method for the production of a solution container (1) made of plastic according to claim 10 or 11, characterized in that, after the mold (14, 15) has been closed, the plastic compound (17) is fed into the mold by means of a two-plastic technique in such a way that, first a non-reinforced plastic compound (17) and subsequently a fiber-reinforced plastic compound (17a) is fed into the mold (14).
