Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif pour solliciter les surfaces de guidage de pièces d'insert de palier (LS, LS1, LS2, LS3, LS4) guidées dans des ouvertures (SF) de montants de cages de laminoir, comportant des plaques de compression (DP) applicables sur les surfaces de guidage et susceptibles d'être sollicitées par des pistons hydrauliques (K) guidés dans les montants (ST1, ST2) des cages de laminoir,
    caractérisé par
    des capteurs de pression et de course (WM) associés au piston hydraulique (K) et détectant sa course.
  2. Procédé de travail pour faire fonctionner le dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'on élimine la force de friction par réglage de jeux définis entre les pièces d'insert de palier (LS, LS1, LS2, LS3, LS4) et les surfaces de guidage.
  3. Procédé de travail pour faire fonctionner le dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif comprend un cylindre (AW1, AW2, SW1, SW2),
    caractérisé en ce que
    par pressage des plaques de compression (DP) et par mesurage de la course du piston contre les pièces d'insert de palier (LS, LS1, LS2, LS3, LS4) sur le côté manipulation et sur le côté entraînement du cylindre, on détermine sa position, on la mémorise et ensuite on détecte l'usure au niveau des ouvertures (SF) des montants de la cage de laminoir par comparaison des valeurs à des valeurs mémorisées antérieurement.
  4. Procédé de travail pour faire fonctionner le dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif comprend un cylindre (AW1, AW2, SW1, SW2)
    caractérisé en ce que
    par pressage commandé des plaques de compression (DP) contre les pièces d'insert de palier (LS, LS1, LS2, LS3, LS4) sur le côté manipulation et sur le côté entraînement du cylindre, on provoque ou on modifie une position décalée, et on compare les valeurs à des valeurs antérieures mémorisées.
