  • the electric transducer 150 is set to function within a permitted range of forces exerted by the right-angle structure 38 on the loading member 171; within this' range continuous operation of the device during titling or repositioning is ensured.
  • the value of the difference in potential generated by the transducer is transferred, after passing through any suitable amplification circuit, to the electric motor 5, in order to control the direction of rotation thereof.

Claims (13)

  1. Maschine, die einen Behälter (4), der auf einem befestigten Rahmen (20, 120) der Maschine gelagert ist, und eine Einrichtung (1, 101) zum Steuern der Neigung des Behälters (4) umfasst, die ein Motorelement (2) umfasst, das eine erste Welle (7) aufweist, die mit einer zweiten Welle (9) mechanisch verbunden ist, die mit dem Behälter (4, 104) fest verbunden ist, und womit sich der Behälter (4, 104) für die Neigung dreht, wobei die Einrichtung ferner umfasst:
    ein erstes mechanisches Kontrollmittel (12, 112), das auf dem Rahmen (20, 120) vorgesehen ist, zum Stoppen der Neigungsdrehung des Behälters (4, 104),
    ein zweites mechanisches Kontrollmittel (60, 160), das an dem Rahmen (20, 120) befestigt ist, zum Stoppen des Behälters (4, 104) während einer Drehung in der entgegengesetzten Richtung zur Neigungsrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese umfasst:
    eine Ausgleichsstruktur (30, 130), die wiederum eine rechtwinklige Struktur (38) umfasst, Lastelemente (70, 71, 72, 170, 171), die mit der rechwinkligen Struktur (38) zusammenhängen, hinsichtlich der Bewegung der letzteren empfindlich sind und eine vollständige Ableitung des gesamten Drehmoments, das von einem Elektromotor (5) geliefert wird, auf die Zahnräder des Motorelements (2) verhindert, wobei die Ausgleichsstruktur (30) fest mit dem Motorelement (2) verbunden ist und zusammen damit um die erste Welle (7) drehbar ist, und
    Mittel (44, 51, 52, 150, 38) zum Umkehren und Blockieren einer Drehung des Motorelements (2), die von der rechtwinkligen Struktur (38) während deren Drehung mit dem Motorelement (2) zum Umkehren oder Blockieren der Drehung des Behälters (4, 104) ausgelöst wird, beim Kontakt des letzteren mit dem ersten mechanischen (12, 122) und zweiten mechanischen (60, 160) Kontrollmittel.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Lastelement (70, 71) wenigstens eine Kompressionsfeder (35, 36) umfasst.
  3. Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der Umkehr- und Blockiermittel eine Auslösenase (44) umfassen, die zwischen einem ersten Mikroschalter (51) zum Umkehren einer Drehung des Motorelements (2) und einem zweiten Mikroschalter (52) zum Blockieren einer Drehung des Motorelements (2) angeordnet ist.
  4. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, bei der Umkehr- und Blockierelemente einen Elektrowandler (150) umfassen, der im Stande ist, die Kraft zu detektieren, die auf die rechtwinklige Struktur (38) ausgeübt wird, und diese in ein elektrisches Befehlssignal für den Motor (5) umzuwandeln, um letzteren während einer Umkehr der Drehung oder Blockierung zu steuern.
  5. Maschine nach Anspruch 4, bei welcher der Elektrowandler von der piezoelektrischen Art ist.
  6. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die rechtwinklige Struktur (38) wiederum eine Basis (37), eine erste Seite (41) senkrecht zur Basis (37), die an dem Motorelement (2) befestigt ist, und eine zweite Seite (43) wiederum senkrecht zur Seite (41) und zur Basis (37) umfasst, wovon die Auslösenase (44) divergiert, um mit den Mikroschaltern (51, 52) in Kontakt zu geraten.
  7. Maschine nach Anspruch 6, bei der die erste Seite (41) an dem Motorelement (2) mittels Durchgangsschrauben, die in den Öffnungen (21, 22) gelagert sind, befestigt ist.
  8. Maschine nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, bei der die Seite (41) ferner eine Öffnung (42) zum Lagern der ersten Welle (7) enthält.
  9. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der das Lastelement (70, 71, 72) ferner wenigstens einen Führungspin (31, 32) umfasst, der eine Unterstützungsbasis (32, 34) aufweist, auf der die wenigstens eine Kompressionsfeder (35, 36) angepasst ist.
  10. Maschine nach Anspruch 9, bei welcher der Führungspin (31, 32) und die wenigstens eine Kompressionsfeder (35, 36) an der Basis (37) der rechtwinkligen Struktur (38) mittels Spannmittel (39, 40, 45, 46) so gesichert sind, dass die wenigstens eine Kompressionsfeder (35, 36) zwischen der Basis (37) und der Basis (33, 34) des Führungspins (31, 32) angeordnet ist.
  11. Maschine nach Anspruch 10, bei der die Spannmittel (39, 40) spezielle Unterlegscheiben sind.
  12. Maschine nach Anspruch 10, bei der die Spannmittel (44, 65) Sechskantkopfschrauben sind.
  13. Maschine nach Anspruch 1 bis 12 zum Herstellen von Eis.
