Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif d'inspection destiné à une inspection optique de caisses consignées (13) et/ou de bouteilles ou récipients similaires contenus dans celles-ci, avec au moins une caméra électronique (20) et un système informatique pour le traitement électronique des images, avec un ensemble de miroirs (16, 18, 19) se trouvant dans la trajectoire du faisceau entre le récipient et un objectif d'au moins une caméra (20), disposé au-dessus d'un transporteur (14), avec des dispositifs d'éclairage (22, 32) disposés au-dessus du transporteur (14), dans lequel chaque prise d'au moins une caméra (20) contient au moins deux images individuelles de l'objet à examiner provenant d'au moins deux axes de prise de vue ou d'image différents, dans lequel les premiers miroirs de déviation (18) et/ou les seconds miroirs de déviation (19) s'étendent sur la largeur maximale de la plus grande caisse consignée (13) à examiner, caractérisé en ce que non seulement le côté avant mais aussi le côté arrière de la caisse consignée (13) peuvent être chacun examinés avec leur côté extérieur et intérieur par le dispositif d'inspection.
  2. Dispositif d'inspection selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de miroirs (16) est formé dans la trajectoire du faisceau entre la position d'inspection et l'objectif de la caméra exclusivement par les composants optiques déviant les rayons lumineux, par exemple des miroirs de déviation (18, 19).
  3. Dispositif d'inspection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de miroirs (16) comporte des premiers miroirs de déviation (18) et des seconds miroirs de déviation (19) qui dévient au moins deux images individuelles provenant d'axes de prise de vue et d'image différents dans un plan commun, sachant que les deux images partielles sont prises par une caméra commune.
  4. Dispositif d'inspection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de miroirs (16) est réalisé et/ou disposé de manière symétrique à un plan médian (M) orienté perpendiculairement au sens de transport des récipients (2) et à la surface du transporteur.
  5. Dispositif d'inspection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les axes de prise de vue ou d'image forment avec le plan médian (M) respectivement le même angle (α), par exemple un angle d'environ 30°.
  6. Dispositif d'inspection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la caméra (20) et l'ensemble de miroirs (16) sont disposés du même côté du transporteur (14).
  7. Dispositif d'inspection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les premiers miroirs de déviation (18) et/ou les seconds miroirs de déviation (19) sont orientés transversalement au sens de transport du transporteur (14).
  8. Dispositif d'inspection selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les premiers miroirs de déviation (18) et/ou les seconds miroirs de déviation (19) s'étendent sur toute la largeur du transporteur (14).
  9. Dispositif d'inspection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les seconds miroirs de déviation (19) sont disposés à distance les uns des autres de telle manière que la caméra (20) enregistre au moins une troisième image partielle depuis un troisième axe de vue.
  10. Procédé d'inspection optique de caisses consignées (13) et/ou de bouteilles ou récipients similaires contenus dans celles-ci, dans lequel un dispositif d'inspection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 est utilisé et des images partielles prises depuis différents axes de vue sont utilisées pour l'inspection, dans lequel en fonction de la position de la caisse consignée (13), des caractéristiques de la caisse (15) et/ou des bouteilles sont enregistrées et analysées, caractérisé en ce qu'il s'agit pour ces caractéristiques des côtés extérieurs et/ou intérieurs des côtés avant et/ou arrière de la caisse (15).
