It is however evident that the manual unwinding of the plastic film can have some inconveniences, resulting in a critical activity for the packaging machine operation, since it can create, for example, the slowing down of packaging operations or prevent the completely automatic operation of the device.

Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif automatique (1) d'alimentation d'un film plastique (4) pour machines de conditionnement (12) de divers produits, ledit dispositif (1) comprenant:
    - des moyens d'alimentation dudit film plastique (4);
    - des moyens de préhension et de transport dudit film plastique (4); et
    - des moyens de commande et de contrôle capables de dérouler ledit film plastique (4) desdits moyens d'alimentation, lesdits moyens de commande et de contrôle comprenant au moins un premier et un second arbre rotatif (11, 13), ledit premier arbre rotatif (11) étant entraîné par un moteur (15) pour amener lesdits in moyens de préhension et de transport en rotation;
    caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de préhension et de transport dudit film plastique (4) comprennent deux courroies d'entraînement (5) séparées, chacune desdites courroies d'entraînement (5) étant capable d'entrer en contact avec un respectif côté dudit film plastique (4) qui ne devra pas être en contact avec les produits à conditionner, chacune desdites courroies d'entraînement (5) étant encore capable d'entraîner ledit film plastique (4) dans une zone de conditionnement (6) de ladite machine de conditionnement (12), lesdits moyens de préhension et de transport comprenant encore un rouleau de pression en caoutchouc (7) capable de coopérer avec ledit premier arbre rotatif (11) pour coller ledit film plastique (4) aux susdites courroies d'entraînement (5), ce collage étant capable d'entraîner ledit film plastique (4) au moyen desdites courroies d'entraînement (5) ; cette opération s'effectuant par l'intermédiaire d'une cohésion naturelle entre ledit film plastique (4) et la surface polie desdites courroies d'entraînement (5) par élimination de l'air intercalé, ce collage étant réalisé par la pression exercée par ledit rouleau de pression en caoutchouc (7) contre la surface polie desdites courroies d'entraînement (5) ; après ceci ledit film plastique (4) étant capable de se détacher desdites courroies d'entraînement (5) lors de la mise en rotation dudit dispositif (1) dans le but de placer ledit film plastique (4) sur et en contact avec les produits à conditionner.
  2. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'alimentation comprennent au moins une bobine (8).
  3. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite courroie d'entraînement (5) est en matière plastique ou caoutchouteuse.
  4. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite courroie d'entraînement (5) est recouverte de matière plastique ou caoutchouteuse.
  5. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite courroie d'entraînement (5) a une surface polie spéculaire de contact avec ledit film plastique (4).
  6. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de commande et de contrôle comprennent un système de réglage d'une longueur dudit film plastique (4) déroulé.
  7. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit système de réglage comprend un Encoder coopérant avec ledit moteur (15).
  8. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit système de réglage comprend des micro interrupteurs actionnés par des repères variables.
  9. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit système de réglage comprend des temporisateurs à temps réglable.
