  17. Dispositif selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que la direction de déplacement, en un autre mode de fonctionnement, est égale à 90° par rapport aux bords longitudinaux de la bande de matériau.
  18. Dispositif selon la revendication 14, 15 ou 17, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de découpage (17, 18, 19) et/ou le dispositif distributeur de ruban adhésif (14) sont déplaçables sur une glissière (12).
  19. Dispositif selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que la glissière (12) est orientée selon un angle différent de 90° par rapport aux bords longitudinaux de la bande de matériau.
  20. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif distributeur de ruban adhésif (14) présente un rouleau (37), entraînant, par une liaison par friction, au moins une bande de couverture (30) du ruban adhésif (29), sur son chemin allant de la bobine de réserve (28) à la bobine d'enroulement (34).
  21. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de collecte (34 ; 61) est prévu pour collecter la bande de couverture (30) ayant été séparée du ruban adhésif (29.
  22. Dispositif selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de collecte (34) est un rouleau d'enroulement (34) pour enrouler la bande de couverture (30).
  23. Dispositif selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau menant (37) est disposé sur le chemin allant du rouleau presseur (33) au rouleau d'enroulement (34).
  24. Dispositif selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de collecte (61) est un récipient de collecte (61).
  25. Dispositif selon la revendication 20 ou 24, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau menant (37) est disposé sur une ouverture d'admission du récipient de collecte (61).
  26. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif distributeur de ruban adhésif (14) comporte un rouleau d'enroulement (34), pour l'enroulement de la bande de couverture (30) ayant été séparée du ruban adhésif (29).
  27. Dispositif selon la revendication 26, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau d'enroulement (34) est entraîné avec une anticipation cinématique donnée par rapport au déplacement du ruban adhésif (29).
  28. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, 6 ou 27, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif distributeur de ruban adhésif (11) présente un outil de découpage (43), pour découper le ruban adhésif (29) pressée, et en ce que l'outil de découpage (43) comprend une lame de découpage (43), mobile sous un angle aigu par rapport à la direction de déplacement du dispositif distributeur de ruban adhésif (11).
  29. Dispositif selon la revendication 28, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de découpage de la lame de découpage (43) est réglable.
  30. Dispositif selon la revendication 29, caractérisé en ce qu'un étranglement à amortissement réglable est couplé à la lame de découpage (43).
  31. Dispositif selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de freinage (32) est prévu pour freiner l'amenée du ruban adhésif au rouleau presseur (33).
  32. Dispositif selon la revendication 31, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de freinage (32) comprend deux mâchoires de serrage (35), disposées sur le chemin du ruban adhésif (29), de la bobine de réserve (28) au rouleau presseur (33), pour enserrer le ruban adhésif (29) et la bande de couverture (30).
  33. Dispositif selon la revendication 31, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de freinage (32) est disposé, de façon temporellement retardée, après le découpage du ruban adhésif (39) par l'outil de découpage, en bloquant l'amenée du ruban adhésif (29).
  34. Dispositif selon la revendication 31, caractérisé en ce que, lors de l'arrivée de l'outil de découpage (43) sur le ruban adhésif (29), le dispositif de freinage (32) est disposé, en agissant sur le ruban adhésif (39) pour la tendre mais cependant pas la bloquer.
  35. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de découpage (17, 18, 19) et le dispositif distributeur de ruban adhésif (14), qui sont montés sur un chariot (12) commun, forment un dispositif découpeur et distributeur de ruban adhésif (11).
  36. Dispositif selon la revendication 35, caractérisé en ce que, lors d'un déplacement du dispositif découpeur et distributeur de ruban adhésif (11), par l'intermédiaire de la bande de matériau, dans une première direction, le dispositif découpeur (17, 18, 19) découpe la bande de matériau et, lors d'un déplacement subséquent du dispositif découpeur et distributeur de bande de matériau (11), dans le sens opposé, le dispositif distributeur de ruban adhésif (11) applique le ruban adhésif (29).
  37. Dispositif selon la revendication 35, caractérisé en ce qu'un distributeur à feuilles reflex est disposé sur la glissière (12) commune.
  38. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le capteur (27) du dispositif découpeur (17, 18, 19) et le capteur (27) du dispositif distributeur de ruban adhésif (14) sont les mêmes.
