Claims (13)

  1. Sealing strip (L) made of plastics material for sealing between a window frame (4) or the like and a window reveal (5), having two strip sections (1, 2) movably connected to one another via a hinge formation (3) extending in the longitudinal direction of the sealing strip (L), wherein a first strip section (1) is designed to be adhesively bonded to the window frame (4) and the second strip section (2) can be folded back to create an opening angle (α) of more than 180° facing towards the window frame (4) and window reveal (5) respectively, wherein the second strip section (2) is supported against the window reveal (5) by means of a spacer which contributes to the sealing effect, characterized in that
    (i) a bearing face (12) for cooperating with the back (13) of the first strip section (1) and limiting the opening angle (α) of the sealing strip (L) is formed on the side of the second strip section (2) facing away from the window reveal (5), or
    (ii) in that a bearing face (12) for cooperating with the back (14) of the second strip section (2) and accordingly limiting the opening angle (α) of the sealing strip (L) is formed on the side of the first strip section (1) facing away from the window frame (4).
  2. Sealing strip according to claim 1 or in particular according thereto, characterized in that a sealing lip (11) which runs in a bent manner facing towards the window reveal (5) is assigned to the second strip section (2) as a spacer.
  3. Sealing strip according to one or more of the preceding claims or in particular according thereto, characterized in that the sealing strip (L) is made of hard plastics material.
  4. Sealing strip according to one or more of the preceding claims or in particular according thereto, characterized in that the sealing lip (11) is made of soft plastics material.
  5. Sealing strip according to one or more of the preceding claims or in particular according thereto, characterized in that the bearing face (12) is formed on a separate rib (15) which rises beyond the rear side of the first and/or second strip section (1/2) and which runs in the longitudinal direction of the sealing strip (L).
  6. Sealing strip according to one or more of the preceding claims or in particular according thereto, characterized in that the bearing face (12) is achieved by offsetting the walls of the strip sections (1, 2) relative to one another.
  7. Sealing strip according to one or more of the preceding claims or in particular according thereto, characterized in that the sealing strip (L) is designed in a manner free of hollow chambers, with approximately the same thickness of the first and second strip sections (1, 2), wherein the result is a single-layer ply of flat cross-section in the initial state, with the exception of the sealing lip (11) which is integrally formed thereon but is made of a soft material, so that the sealing strip (L) can be rolled up.
  8. Sealing strip according to one or more of the preceding claims or in particular according thereto, characterized in that the sealing lip (11) is integrally formed thereon in a two-component extrusion method.
  9. Sealing strip according to one or more of the preceding claims or in particular according thereto, characterized in that a separate sealing bead (18) is arranged in the inner corner region (17) defined by the sealing lip (11) and the second strip section (2).
  10. Sealing strip according to one or more of the preceding claims or in particular according thereto, characterized in that the sealing bead (18) is made of foam.
  11. Sealing strip according to one or more of the preceding claims or in particular according thereto, characterized in that the sealing bead (18) consists of a foam which is accommodated in a compressed form in a detachable film (19).
  12. Sealing strip according to one or more of the preceding claims or in particular according thereto, characterized in that the hinge formation (3) is formed in a coextruded soft plastics material section.
  13. Sealing strip according to one or more of the preceding claims or in particular according thereto, characterized in that the sealing strip (L) is extruded according to the folded-back installation position.
