Abstract

L'invention concerne un système permettant de cercler des colis de manière automatique, dans chaque cas avec une bande de cerclage en matière plastique. La bande de cerclage est enroulée sous forme de rouleau sur une première bobine. Il est prévu un premier dispositif (1) pour loger la première bobine de manière rotative, première bobine d'où la bande de cerclage est dévidée à l'unité pour entourer un colis. Ledit système se caractérise en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif (10) pour raccorder une bande de cerclage enroulée sur une seconde bobine, à la bande de cerclage de la première bobine. Ledit dispositif (10) comprend un second dispositif (2) pour loger la seconde bobine de manière rotative, un dispositif d'accouplement (3) permettant le chevauchement, dans chaque cas, d'une section partielle de la bande de cerclage de la première bobine et d'une section terminale libre de la bande de cerclage de la seconde bobine, ainsi qu'un dispositif de soudage (4) pour souder les bandes de cerclage des deux bobines dans leur zone de chevauchement. Ce système permet d'effectuer, sans grande complexité technique, des changements de matériaux de cerclage, sans temps d'arrêt des machines ou avec des temps d'arrêt minimisés.

Claims (10)

  1. Système de cerclage automatique de colis respectivement avec une bande de cerclage en matière plastique thermoplastique, la bande de cerclage étant enroulée comme un rouleau sur une première bobine, un premier dispositif (1) étant prévu pour recevoir à rotation la première bobine, de laquelle la bande de cerclage peut être déroulée pour envelopper un colis pièce par pièce, un dispositif (10) de couplage d'une bande de cerclage enroulée sur une deuxième bobine à la bande de cerclage de la première bobine étant prévue, le dispositif (10) comprenant un deuxième dispositif (2) pour recevoir à rotation la deuxième bobine, un dispositif d'insertion (3) pour superposer de manière chevauchante respectivement une partie de la bande de cerclage de la première bobine et une partie d'extrémité libre de la bande de cerclage de la deuxième bobine ainsi qu'un dispositif de soudure (4) pour souder les bandes de cerclage des deux bobines dans leur zone de chevauchement, et un dispositif de détection étant prévu pour détecter l'arrivée de l'extrémité de rouleau côté bobine de la bande de cerclage enroulée sur la première bobine,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le dispositif de détection comprend un capteur optique, en particulier une barrière lumineuse, et en ce qu'un réflecteur qui est recouvert par le rouleau enroulé sur la bobine, et qui est visible lors de l'atteinte de l'extrémité de rouleau pour le capteur optique, est disposé respectivement sur la surface de la première bobine et de la deuxième bobine.
  2. Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'insertion (3) présente un dispositif d'arrêt (5) pour réunir en ajustement précis les parties se chevauchant des deux bandes de jonction.
  3. Système selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'arrêt (5) comprend un dispositif de serrage pour maintenir au moins l'une des deux parties se chevauchant.
  4. Système selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de soudure (4) comprend au moins un sceau de soudure pouvant s'échauffer.
  5. Système selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'arrêt (5) peut être pivoté après la réunion et l'insertion des parties se chevauchant des deux bandes de cerclage hors de la zone de déroulement de la deuxième bobine.
  6. Système selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'insertion (3) est disposé sur un chariot (6) qui peut être déplacé de manière linéaire par rapport aux dispositifs (1, 2) pour la réception à rotation de la première bobine et de la deuxième bobine.
  7. Système selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de coupe (7), en particulier un couteau est prévu pour séparer le reste de la bande de cerclage de la première bobine après la soudure avec la bande de cerclage de la deuxième bobine.
  8. Procédé d'exploitation d'un système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la zone de chevauchement des parties à souder de la bande de cerclage des deux bobines est choisie de telle sorte qu'elle comprenne le début du rouleau de la bande de cerclage de la deuxième bobine et une section de bande éloignée au maximum de l'extrémité du rouleau de la bande de cerclage de la première bobine dans une position d'enroulement, en particulier l'extrémité de rouleau de la bande de cerclage de la première bobine.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le prélèvement de la bande de cerclage pour cercler les colis passe manuellement de la première à la deuxième bobine.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 8, pour exploiter un système selon les revendications 5 et 7, caractérisé en ce que le prélèvement de la bande de cerclage pour cercler les colis passe automatiquement de la première à la deuxième bobine après la détection de l'arrivée de l'extrémité de rouleau côté bobine de la bande de cerclage enroulée sur la première bobine.
