Abstract
Vorgeschlagen wird ein Verfahren und eine Presse zum Warmformen und Preßhärten eines hochfesten Bauteils 7. Erfindungsgemäß befindet sich das untere Werkzeug 2 der Presse innerhalb eines Flüssigkeitsbades 5. Dabei können sowohl Teile 40, 41 der Formgeometrie als auch die gesamte Formgeometrie 4 unterhalb des Flüssigkeitsspiegels 50 liegen. Das warmzuformende und zu härtende Bauteil wird oberhalb des Flüssigkeitsspiegels 50 beispielsweise auf Halterungen 8 aufgelegt und beim Zufahren der Presse durch das obere Werkzeug 1 in das Flüssigkeitsbad 5 eingetaucht und in das untere Werkzeug 2 tiefgezogen. Dadurch werden die üblichen Haltezeiten stark verkürzt, was unter anderem einen Einsatz mechanischer Pressen ermöglicht.
