Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de fabrication d'un film qui peut être utilisé pour appliquer du vernis et de la couleur sur un objet à décorer. Le procédé de cette invention comprend les étapes consistant: (1) à appliquer une couche de couleur sur un premier film qui présente des propriétés de décollement; (2) à appliquer une couche de vernis sur la couche de couleur du premier film; (3) à faire durcir partiellement la couche de vernis; (4) à transférer par décollement les couches de vernis et de couleur du premier film à un second film présentant des propriétés de décollement, lequel second film est plus souple que le premier; et (5) à poursuivre le durcissement de la couche de vernis transférée sur le second film.
