Claims (13)
- Dickschichtleiter-Zusammensetzung, bestehend aus(a) aluminiumhaltigem Pulver,(b) mindestens einer Glasfritte-Zusammensetzung, dispergiert in(c) organischem Medium,wobei die Glasfritte-Zusammensetzung beim Brennen einen Rekristallisationsprozess durchmacht und sowohl eine Glasphase als auch eine kristalline Phase freisetzt, und wobei die Glasphase des Rekristallisationsprozesses ein Glas mit einem niedrigeren Erweichungspunkt als dem ursprünglichen Erweichungspunkt der Glasfritte-Zusammensetzung aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gesamtgehalt an Glasfritte, bezogen auf die gesamte Dickschichtzusammensetzung, im Bereich von 0,01 Gew.-% bis 1 Gew.-% liegt.
- Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der ursprüngliche Erweichungspunkt im Bereich von 325°C bis 600°C liegt.
- Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Gesamtgehalt an Glasfritte, bezogen auf die gesamte Dickschichtzusammensetzung, im Bereich von 0,01 Gew.-% bis 0,5 Gew.-% liegt.
- Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, die ferner ein Ag-haltiges Pulver aufweist.
- Dickschichtleiter-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Glasfritte-Zusammensetzung eine bleifreie Glasfritte-Zusammensetzung ist.
- Dickschichtleiter-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das organische Medium ein Polymerbindemittel und ein flüchtiges organisches Lösungsmittel aufweist.
- Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Zusammensetzung beim Brennen für eine exotherme chemische Reaktion zwischen 280°C und 900°C sorgt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Solarzelle unter Verwendung eines Siliciumsubstrats mit einer p-leitenden und einer n-leitenden Region und einem p-n-Übergang, wobei das Verfahren aufweist: Bedrucken der Rückseite des Substrats mittels Siebdruck, Aufdrucken der Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 mittels Siebdruck und Brennen der bedruckten Oberfläche bei einer Temperatur von 500-900°C.
- Elektrode mit der Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1.
- Halbleiterbauelement, ausgebildet durch das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1.
- Halbleiterbauelement, das die Dickschichtzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 nutzt.
- Halbleiterbauelement, das die Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 4 nutzt.
- Dickschichtleiter-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, die ferner eine Glasfritte-Zusammensetzung mit negativem Wärmeausdehnungskoeffizient im Temperaturbereich von 20°C bis 200°C oder einem Teil dieses Bereichs aufweist.
