Claims (9)
- Charnière (4) pour un appareil ménager ou un meuble, qui est destinée à fixer de manière pivotante une porte, un volet, une poignée ou analogues (6) à un corps (2) de l'appareil ménager ou du meuble, comprenant une partie de charnière (12) solidaire du corps et une partie de charnière (10) solidaire de la porte, comprenant également un dispositif permettant d'équilibrer les portes ou analogues (6) ayant des poids différents, le dispositif présentant un moyen à ressort (24) précontraint vers les deux parties de charnière (10, 12) et un dispositif de réglage pour régler la précontrainte du moyen à ressort (24), auquel un moment de torsion est appliqué de l'extérieur, lequel moment de torsion va être transformé par le dispositif de réglage en une force qui sera ensuite au moins en partie déviée, la force étant transmise au moyen à ressort (24) uniquement par des déplacements linéaires du dispositif de réglage et le moyen à ressort (24) se déplaçant également de façon linéaire, caractérisée en ce que le moyen à ressort (24) est au moins partiellement inséré dans un évidement d'un corps moulé (22), ledit corps moulé (22) étant guidé dans une glissière longitudinale (12.1) placée sur l'une des deux parties de charnière (12) de manière à pouvoir aller et venir.
- Charnière (4) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps moulé (22) présente sur le côté opposé au moyen à ressort (24) une surface oblique (22.1) qui coopère avec une vis de réglage (26) du dispositif de réglage, notamment avec la tête de celle-ci, de manière à transmettre la force.
- Charnière (4) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que, dans le dispositif de réglage, la force est déviée d'environ 90° par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de la vis de réglage (26).
- Charnière (4) selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le corps moulé (22) présente une douille ou un axe.
- Charnière (4) selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'entre le moyen à ressort et au moins l'une des deux parties de charnière est disposé un élément coulissant.
- Charnière (4) selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'entre le moyen à ressort (24) et au moins l'une des deux parties de charnière (10) est disposé un élément roulant (28), notamment une bille.
- Charnière (4) selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la partie de charnière (12) solidaire du corps est conçue sous forme de boîtier dans lequel sont disposés le dispositif d'équilibrage et le dispositif de réglage.
- Charnière (4) selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier (12) entoure essentiellement complètement le dispositif d'équilibrage et le dispositif de réglage et présente une ouverture (27) permettant d'actionner le dispositif de réglage.
- Charnière (4) selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la partie de charnière (10) solidaire de la porte est maintenue par une vis d'articulation (14) sur la partie de charnière (12) solidaire du corps et présente un segment de fixation (10.1) destiné à fixer la porte ou analogues (6) et un segment de contact (10.2) sur lequel s'exerce la force du ressort, la force du ressort s'exerçant sur le segment de contact (10.2) de telle sorte que la partie de charnière (10) solidaire de la porte soit appuyée contre la vis d'articulation (14) essentiellement parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal de cette dernière.
