Description

DEVICE FOR GUIDING LIFTING WIRES USED IN THE FIELD OF TRAPPING IN ARBORICULTURE AND VITICULTURE, AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION. The present invention relates, in the field of trellising in arboriculture and viticulture, a device for guiding wires called lifters. During the growth of the vegetation, the young shoots grow substantially vertically, and the foliage develops so that after a certain time this vegetation tends to fall back under the effect of its own weight. In order to remedy this problem, it is known practice to train this vegetation, which consists in binding these rods to trellising wires extending between stakes. It is also known to use so-called lifting wires, placed on either side of the stakes, near the top of the latter, and between which the vegetation is intended to be contained. In the fall, after the pruning operation, the lifting wires are unhooked from the stakes, only to be hung up again in the spring during the trellising and lifting operation, which increases the leaf area, to promote the ripening of the grapes or the administration of treatment products for this vegetation. Such a lifting consists in bringing the lifting wires closer to each other on the vegetation and in keeping them tightened, in particular using staples arranged like jumpers over these two wires. To this end, devices are used which are capable of reversibly holding these so-called lifting wires, which consist of retentive grooves made on either side of the stake as described in documents DE 20 39 580 and US 2,011,716 , or in devices attached to the stake and comprising such grooves as described in document US Pat. No. 3,411,754. Devices are also known, usually called spacers, designed capable of being made integral with a stake and comprising two branches each extending on either side of said stake and having at their free end a ring in which the thread is threaded. Such devices are described in documents EP 0 876 756 and CH 685 187. The branches can take two extreme positions in which the wires are either spaced apart from one another, or tightened. The device of document CH 685 187 provides for manual intervention for the positioning, whether in one position or in the other, of each of the branches, advantageously, the spacer device described in document EP 0 876 756 is provided with 'a spring means allowing the automatic passage from the constricted position to the separated position as soon as the branches, the ends of which are provided capable of being held by a hooking means, are released. It will be noted that it is also frequent to use foot-lifting wires, making it possible to maintain the low vegetation of the vine, and which are equipped with spacer devices similar to those previously described. These various devices are tedious to use, moreover, they require a particular adaptation of the planting in the sense that it is not possible, unless major modifications are made, to implement them on existing facilities. This drawback is, in most cases, linked to the fact that the existing devices are of use in relation to a particular configuration of the spike. Another drawback of existing devices is that they are usually made integral with the stake by fixing at a determined height. This only allows a lifting of the vegetation at a determined height but does not in any way make it possible to ensure a lifting in stages and accompanying the growth of the vegetation. The object of the present invention is to remedy these various drawbacks by proposing a device for guiding so-called take-up wires which has the great advantage of being independent of the type of stakes used, and which is installed without any modification of the existing installation. The lifter wire guiding device according to the invention is of the type made of metal wire shaped by bending, and it is essentially characterized in that it comprises, on the one hand, a bending in the form of a loop; and on the other hand at one end of a strand extending from said loop-shaped folding, a first folding adapted to allow the attachment of a take-up wire, extended, in the extreme end, by a second folding forming a hook , suitable for allowing the picking of the second take-up wire after bringing together the two said take-up wires. The loop is intended to allow the attachment of the device on a stake with the possibility of pivoting on the latter, or to allow, by a lateral approach, its attachment to a trellising wire, and to allow, after attachment, its free pivoting on said trellising wire. This device is particularly advantageous when it is intended to be hung on a trellising wire, since it does not require a stake, and it is thus possible to use as many as desired between two posts. According to an additional characteristic of the device according to the invention, when it is intended to be hung on a wire, the folding in the form of a loop consists of a winding over more than 360 ° with an overlapping zone of the turns where these are not joined to allow the engagement of the trellising wire. According to another additional characteristic of the device according to the invention, the first folding able to allow the attachment of a take-up wire consists of a succession of two folds at right angles to form on the one hand a section parallel to the axis of passage of the trellising wire in the bend in the form of a loop, to allow the kinking of the take-up wire, and two radial segments in said section and intended to keep said wire twisted. According to another additional characteristic of the device according to the invention, the second folding forming a hook, capable of allowing the second take-up wire to be hooked consists of a folding to form a hook which is inscribed in a plane perpendicular to the axis of passage of the trellising wire in the loop-shaped folding. According to a particular embodiment of the device according to the invention, the second folding forming a hook is shaped in the shape of an arrow having two retentive zones and at the end a triangular deviating part so as to allow the picking of the take-up wire from above or by the below. According to a first particular embodiment of the device according to the invention, it comprises two rectilinear strands extending from the fold in the form of a loop at an angle to one another, and each of which is provided with its end, a first and a second folding for the attachment of the two lifters. According to a variant of the first embodiment of the device according to the invention, the ends of the straight strands are folded symmetrically with respect to one another. According to a second particular embodiment of the device according to the invention, it comprises two rectilinear strands extending from the fold in the form of a loop being aligned with respect to each other, one being provided at its end first and second folds for hooking and hooking two lifting wires, while the other is provided at its end with means, similar to said loop-shaped folding, for hooking a foot lifter. According to an additional characteristic of the second particular embodiment of the device according to the invention, the rectilinear strand extending between the folding in the form of a loop and the first and the second folding for the hooking and hooking of two lifting wires, comprises in its central region a double loop intended for the attachment of an intermediate take-up wire. In order to facilitate the implementation of the device according to the invention, whatever its embodiment, it is advantageously provided that the take-up wires have a certain elasticity over their length, which is obtained by having, in one or more locations , expandable elements such as springs. Such elements can be secured to each of the ends of the wires, and serve to hook them to the head posts. These elements may consist of elements in the form of staples coming from the bending of a bent metal wire, which preferably consists of a stainless steel of spring quality, elastically deformable and having at the ends hooking means, for the one with a wire and the other with a stake. It is also possible to provide a staple which can be secured to a stake and to which the ends of the lifting wires can be hung, making it possible to hold the wires in two positions, apart or close together, and having elastic extension properties in the longitudinal direction of said wires. son. The present invention also relates to a device for the implementation of the guide device according to the invention, and more particularly during the lifting operation. This implementation device is essentially characterized in that it comprises two cylinders with vertical axes, of perforated cylindrical surface, carried by a frame intended to be moved parallel to the vegetation, recalled towards each other, suitable to roll on the take-up wires on either side of them by exerting a pressure to bring them together until allowing picking, said perforated cylindrical surface being for this purpose designed capable of allowing folds forming hook to penetrate the interior of said cylinders for hooking said son. The advantages and characteristics of the device according to the invention will emerge more clearly from the description which follows and which relates to the appended drawing, which represents several non-limiting embodiments. In the accompanying drawing: - Figure 1 shows a schematic front elevation view of a first embodiment of the device according to the invention. - Figure 2 shows a schematic side elevational view of the same embodiment. - Figure 3 shows a schematic top view of the same embodiment. - Figure 4 shows a schematic front elevation view of a second embodiment of the device according to the invention. - Figure 5 shows a schematic side elevational view of the same embodiment. - Figure 6 shows a schematic top view of the same embodiment. - Figures 7a, 7b, 7c and 7d show schematic plan views of variants of the device according to the invention. - Figure 8a shows a schematic profile view of a particular embodiment of the device according to the invention. - Figure 8b shows a schematic plan view of this particular embodiment. - Figure 9 shows a schematic plan view of a device for the implementation of the device according to the invention. - Figure 10 shows a partial schematic in elevation of the same device. With reference to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, one can see a first embodiment 1 of the device for guiding so-called take-up wires according to the invention. As shown in FIG. 3, the device 1 is intended to cooperate with, on the one hand, a trellising wire 2 carried by a stake P which it crosses, and, on the other hand, two take-up wires 20 and 21 which are not integral with the stake P . The device 1 is in the form of a folded metal wire, which preferably consists of a spring-quality stainless metal. It has in its central region a fold in the form of a loop 10 comprising a central opening 11 intended for the passage of the trellising wire 2. The loop 10 is shaped to allow the positioning of the device 1 on the wire 2 by a lateral approach then that it is stretched, for this purpose it consists of a winding greater than 360 ° to allow the creation of the central opening 1, while in the overlapping zone of the turns the latter are not contiguous to allow engagement of the wire 2. In practice, the device 1 is brought close to the wire 2 which is engaged between the two turns of the loop 10, then by making the device 1 make a quarter turn, the wire 2 is maintained in the central opening 11. From the loop 10 of the device 1 extend two rectilinear strands 4 and 5 making between them a certain angle, in this case of the order of 60 °, and whose ends are shaped for the attachment of the take-up wires 20 and 21 The end tee 40 of strand 4 thus has on the one hand a fold 41 at a right angle which generates a rectilinear section 42 parallel to the axis of the central opening 11 of the loop 10, and on the other hand a fold 43 at right angles to form a rectilinear segment 44 perpendicular to the plane formed by the strand 4 and the rectilinear section 42. As can be seen more precisely in FIG. 3, the take-up wire 20 is intended to be twisted on the rectilinear section 42, the rectilinear segment 44 as well as the strand 4 at the fold 41 helping to keep the wire 20 twisted. The segment 44 comprises at the end a folding 45 in the form of an arrow, extending in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the opening 11 of the loop 10. This folding 45 in the form of an arrow has two zones on the side of the segment 44 retentives 46 and 47, positioned respectively above and below the segment 44, and at the end a deflecting triangular part 48. In the same way, the strand 5 comprises at its end 50, a fold 51 at a right angle, a straight section 52, a fold 53 at a right angle, a straight segment 54, at the end a fold 55 in the form of an arrow having two zones retentrices 56 and 57, and a triangular portion 58 deflecting. The strand 5 is, however, symmetrical to the strand 4 in the sense that the fold 41 is produced in the opposite direction to the fold 51. The rectilinear section 52 is of course intended for the kinking of the take-up wire 21, while the rectilinear segment 54 as well as the strand 5 at the fold 51 help to keep the wire 21 twisted. It will be noted that the kinking of the wires 20 and 21 on the straight sections, respectively 42 and 52, due to the tightening of the sections by the wires 20 and 21, contributes to keeping the device 1 in a fixed position relative to these wires 20 and 21, and preferably, depending on the way in which it is installed, in a plane perpendicular to these wires 20 and 21. In the configuration shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the strands 4 and 5 are separated, this is that is to say that they keep apart the lifting wires 20 and 21 to allow the growth of the vegetation. When it is necessary to tighten the vegetation, the lifting wires 20 and 21 are raised, which, as shown in broken lines in FIG. 1, is easily achieved by bringing them together, for example by grasping the straight sections 42 and 52 of the device 1, and by hooking, on the one hand, the wire 20 with the arrow-shaped folding 55, the wire 20 wedging in one of the retaining zones 56 and 57 depending on whether it passes over or in below the deflecting triangular part 58, and on the other hand the take-up wire 21 with the bend 45 in the form of an arrow, the wire 21 wedging in one of the retaining zones 46 and 47 depending on whether it passes over or below the deflecting triangular part 48. The release of the take-up wires 20 and 21 is carried out by operating the reverse maneuver, that is to say by disengaging them folds 45 and 55 in the form of an arrow, and by a spring effect the two strands 4 and 5 open. It will be noted that it may be necessary to add to the device 1 means making it possible to limit the movement of the take-up wires 20 and 21, in order to prevent the devices 1 which equip _ a vineyard from rocking on one side with the vegetation. Such means may for example consist of chains or the like, of selected length and connecting each of the wires 20 and 21 to a stake P or to a fixed trellising wire such as wire 2 or another similar. The device 1 according to the invention is independent of the type of stake used to support the trellising wire 2, and it is adaptable to the wires 2, 20 and 21, when these are already in place. This device can therefore easily be used on existing installations without refitting them. Note that it is possible that the two means for hooking the take-up wires 20 or 21, are other than a rectilinear section 42 or 52, for example a loop or the like, with non-contiguous turns to allow it to be done penetrate the wire and hold it there. It is however recommended that one of these two means is a rectilinear section, to favor the maintenance of the device 1 in a plane perpendicular to the wires. With reference now to FIGS. 4, 5 and 6, one can see another embodiment 6 of the device for guiding yarns called levers according to the invention. This device 6 is also in the form of a folded metal wire, which preferably consists of a stainless steel of spring quality. It also includes a folding in the form of a loop 60 comprising a central opening 61 intended for the passage of the trellising wire 2. The loop 60 has the same characteristics as the loop 10 of the device 1, in order to be placed on the wire 2 by a lateral approach while the latter is stretched. From the loop 60 extends a rectilinear strand 7, the end 70 of which has on the one hand a fold 71 at a right angle which generates a rectilinear section 72 parallel to the axis of the central opening 61 of the loop 60, and on the other hand a fold 73 at a right angle to form a rectilinear segment 74 perpendicular to the plane formed by the strand 7 and the rectilinear section 72. The segment 74 has at its end a folding 75 in the form of an arrow, extending in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the opening 61 of the loop 60. This folding 75 in the form of an arrow has, on the side of the segment 74, two retentive zones 76 and 77, positioned respectively at above and below the segment 74, and at the end a deflecting triangular part 78. The device 6 further comprises, extending from the loop 60, in the direction opposite to the strand 7 and substantially in alignment with the latter, a strand 62 provided at its end with a loop 63 similar to the loop 60. It will be noted that in a variant of this device 6, the loop 60 constitutes its lower end, that is to say that there is no strand 62. In a similar manner to device 1, device 6 is intended to be pivotally mounted on the trellising wire 2 via the loop 60, while a take-up wire 20 is twisted on the straight section 72, and that the folding 75 in the form of an arrow makes it possible to crochet the another take-up wire. It is thus possible to bring together and crochet the two take-up wires by means of devices 6 placed step by step. Advantageously, the devices 6 can alternately be positioned one on one side and the other on the other side of the vegetation, as shown in FIG. 4. With this embodiment, it is possible to guide the foot take-up wires 22, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, using the loops 63. By the tilting of the devices 6, by pivoting on the wire 2, it is possible to tighten the top and bottom take-up wires simultaneously, or simultaneously tighten them. We can also note the presence on the strand 7, in the central region thereof, of a double loop 79 intended to allow the maintenance of an intermediate take-up wire. 23, shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, this double loop 79 being shaped to allow engagement of the wire 23 while the latter is stretched by tilting the latter to engage it between the two loops of this double loop 79. A such a device is reserved for particular crops, in which the vegetation is abundant, and extends over a good height. Analogously to the device 1, the device 6, as well as its variants previously mentioned, is preferably associated with means capable of limiting its pivoting angle on the trellising wire 2, and which can consist of chains or the like attached to stakes or fixed wires. It is also conceivable that the device according to the invention, whatever its embodiment, has an additional folding making it possible to create a support element capable of cooperating with a nearby stake to limit pivoting. With reference to FIGS. 7a, 7b, 7c t 7d, one can see variants of the guiding device according to the invention, which differ from those previously described in the way in which the folds 60, 75, 63 and 79 are produced or not. The folds 75 are in particular hooked only from below, while the loops 60 are oblong. It will be noted that these variants are also applicable to the device 1. The device according to the invention can also be associated with means for fixing the lifting wires to the head stakes, and which can be of similar design. Such a fixing means can be in the form of a device 1 arranged in a horizontal plane, and having on the one hand, in replacement of the loop 10, a ring intended to be threaded on a head post, and d on the other hand, at the ends 40 and 50, a ring for fixing the ends of the take-up wires, while the ends 45 and 55 are shaped for mutual attachment. Figures 8a and 8b show an embodiment 8 of the device according to the invention which allows, in addition to guiding spacing of the lifting wires, adjusting the tension of the latter. This device 8 is also produced by folding a metal wire of spring quality, it comprises two strands 80 and 81, connected together by an intermediate zone 82 and forming between them a certain angle. The free ends of the strands respectively 80 and 81 each have a loop or the like, respectively 83 and 84, allowing the attachment of the end of a take-up wire, and one of them comprises a hook 85, intended for picking take-up wire fixed to the other strand after the two strands 80 and 81 have been brought together. The intermediate zone 82 connects the two strands 80 and 81 to a ring or the like 86 intended for securing the device 8 to a head post, and consists of two coaxial windings 87 and 88, which form springs so as to allow a deformation and a return of the strands 80 and 81 relative to the ring or the like 86 in a plane substantially perpendicular to that in which the displacement of the strands 80 and 81 relative to each other. This device therefore ensures the tension of the take-up wires, while allowing them to be separated or kept one next to the other. It is of course possible to use elements having other shapes to achieve the desired goal. As described above, the guiding device according to the invention is implemented manually, which is particularly easy. It should however be noted that the lifting of the wires 20 and 21 can be carried out mechanically just as easily, in particular through the device 9 shown in FIGS. 9 and 10. This device 9 essentially comprises two cylinders 90 and 91 with axes vertical, carried by frame 92, and intended to be moved on either side of the row of vines to be treated by rolling on the lifting wires 20 and 21. The cylinders 90 and 91 consist of a frame 93 comprising at the periphery only generators 94 widely spaced. The cylinders 90 and 91 are moreover provided, by means of the frame 92, movable in return towards one another, and are associated with. deflector means 95 disposed at the front of the frame 92. In practice, the device 9 is moved onto the row of vines to be treated, the deflectors 95 refocus the vegetation, the cylinders 90 and 91 roll on the lifting wires 20 and 21, and bring them together sufficiently to allow them to be hooked by the folds 45, 55 or 75 of the guide devices 1 or 6, not shown, the ventilated architecture of the cylinders 90 and 91 allowing these folds 45, 55 or 75 to cross the vertical planes containing the lifting wires 20 and 21. It will be noted that the device 9, and more precisely the frame 92, can be carried by a transverse beam 96 which carries others to allow the simultaneous lifting of more 'a row of vines.
