Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Operationsleuchte zur Erzeugung eines Leuchtfeldes.The invention relates to a surgical lamp for generating a light field.
Bei Operationen ergeben sich unterschiedliche Beleuchtungssituationen. Operateure unterbrechen den Strahlengang des Lichts der Operationsleuchte. Tiefe, enge und großflächige Wunden müssen unterschiedlich ausgeleuchtet werden.In operations, different lighting situations arise. - ■ Konstante Beleuchtungsstärke in allen Schaltzuständen.

Figur 1 zeigt, dass als Lichtquelle einer Operationsleuchte 1 einzelne Lichtmodule 2a bis 2e nahezu randlos aneinander gefügt sind. Randios bedeutet im Sinne der Erfindung, dass die Übergänge zwischen den einzelnen Lichtmodulen 2a bis 2e keinen wesentlichen Einfluss auf die optischen Eigenschaften, insbesondere auf den Lichtaustritt in Richtung der Operationsstelle, besitzen. Das erzeugte Licht wird trotz der aus mehreren Lichtmodulen 2a bis 2e zusammengesetzten Lichtquelle als einheitlich wahrgenommen. Jedes Lichtmodul 2a bis 2e umfasst wiederum eine Vielzahl einzelner LEDs, beispielsweise 30 bis 50. Hieraus ergeben sich lichttechnische Vorteile analog zu Großspiegelleuchten wie eine theoretisch optimale Schattenfreiheit durch großflächigen Lichtaustritt. Jede LED-LinsenAnordnung kann die komplette Operationsstelle ausleuchten. Beim Betrieb eines beispielsweise halben Moduls bleibt deshalb die Feldgröße unverändert. Daher kann auch jedes Lichtmodul 2a bis 2e selbst eine komplette Operationsstelle ausleuchten. FIG. 1 shows that as the light source of an
