Definitions

  • the invention relates to a pipe kit for a sewer pipe and a manufacturing method.
  • Concrete pipes and / or concrete manholes are regularly used for sewer pipelines, in particular rainwater transport pipes, in particular in traffic route construction.
  • the actual sewer pipes have nominal widths in the range from 300 mm to 600 mm.
  • the concrete pipes are gradually replaced by composite pipes made of plastic, since they have a number of advantages, in particular the significantly lower weight and the resulting easier installation, i.e. H. the higher laying performance.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object of providing a kit for sewer pipelines which allows the use of sewer pipes with a large diameter and of manholes with a small diameter.
  • the essence of the invention is that part of the manhole function is relocated to a manhole base body which is embedded in the course of the sewer pipeline, the actual manhole now being designed only as a connector to this manhole base body.
  • This makes it possible to use a manhole with a relatively small diameter, with standard manholes with a standard diameter of 300 mm to 400 mm being used, in particular for duct pipelines with different diameters of the duct pipes and the manhole base body.
  • the overall weight is very low, which leads to a corresponding reduction in costs.
  • the production is very simple.
  • the pipe kits according to the invention are preferably used for rainwater transport lines.
  • sewer connection pipes can also be connected to the shaft base body.
  • Claim 12 specifies how the manhole base body can be produced in a particularly simple manner.

  • a manhole base body 5 made of plastic is arranged between two such pipes 2, the manhole base body 5 being connected to the tubes 2 by means of double plug-in sleeves 6 made of plastic, ie the manhole base body 5 is in the course of the pipeline 1 arranged.

  • Combinations of socket and spigot end, which are each molded inline on the shaft base body 5, can also be used. Construction and manufacture of the pipes 2, including the in-line manufacture of such molded sleeves or spigot ends, are known, for example, from EP 0 563 575 B (corresponding to US Pat. No. 5,320,797), to which reference may be made.
