Claims (11)

  1. Garnabbremsvorrichtung für Schussgeräte mit einer Garnaufbewahrungstrommel (12), von der das Garn (F) abgewickelt wird, um einer Textilmaschine zugeführt zu werden, wobei die Garnabbremsvorrichtung mindestens ein Paar Linearaktuatoren (26, 28), die mit zugehörigen Antriebsstangen (26a, 28a) parallel zur Achse der Trommel versehen sind, und ein hohles Bremsbauteil (32) mit einem kreisförmigen Profil aufweist, das an den Antriebsstangen (26a, 28a) verankert und axial mit seiner Innenfläche gegen eine Außenfläche der Trommel (12) gespannt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsstangen (26a, 28a) und das hohle Bremsbauteil (32) durch magnetische Kopplungsmittel (38, 40), die in einer Richtung parallel zur Trommelachse wirken, gegenseitig miteinander verbunden sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bremsbauteil aus einem kegelstumpfförmigen hohlen Teil (32) besteht, das mit seinem größeren Ende der Trommel (12) zugewandt ist und mit seiner Innenfläche gegen einen Abgaberand (12a) der Trommel (12) gespannt ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die magnetischen Kopplungsmittel pro Aktuator (26, 28) ein magnetisches Teil (44) umfassen, dass in festem Eingriff mit einem der Teile Bremsbauteil (32) oder Antriebsstange (26a, 28a) ist und mittels magnetischer Anziehungskraft mit einem zugehörigen anziehbaren Element (38) in Beziehung steht, dass in festem Eingriff mit dem anderen der Teile Bremsbauteil oder Antriebsstange ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das anziehbare Element (38) an einem Ende der Antriebsstange (26a, 26b) befestigt ist und das magnetische Element (44) in festem Eingriff mit dem hohlen Bremsbauteil (32) ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das hohle Bremsbauteil (32) an einer aus einem nichtmagnetischen Material bestehenden Halterung (30) abgestützt ist, und dass das anziehbare Element (38) mit einer Spielpassung in einem entsprechenden Loch (40) aufgenommen ist, das auf einer ersten Fläche (30a) der Halterung (30) rechtwinklig zur Achse der Bremsbauteils ausgebildet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das magnetische Element (44) mit einer zweiten Fläche (30b) der Halterung (30) in Eingriff ist, die von der ersten Fläche abgewandt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das magnetische Element (44) in einem Sitz (42) aufgenommen ist, der auf der zweiten Fläche (30b) der Halterung (30) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Sitz mit dem Loch (40) ausgerichtet ist und von dem Loch durch eine dünne Wand (30c) getrennt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das anziehbare Element aus einem Metallelement (38) besteht.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das anziehbare Element (38) aus einem magnetischen Element mit einer entgegengesetzten Polarität bezüglich des magnetischen Elements besteht, das in festem Eingriff mit dem hohlen Bremsbauteil (32) ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung aus einer ringförmigen Halterung (30) besteht, und dass das hohle Bremsbauteil (32) im Zentrum der ringförmigen Halterung (30) durch elastische Mittel (34) abgestützt ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (136) integral mit dem Bremsbauteil (32) ausgeführt ist.
