Claims (4)
- Schnell lösbare Befestigungsvorrichtung für eine Bremseinheit (4) für Schussfaden-Zuführvorrichtungen (1) für Webmaschinen, wobei die Bremseinheit einen Stützring (5) aufweist, der mittels eines Befestigungsfußes (5a) entfernbar an einem Stützschlitten (7) befestigt ist, welcher Stützschlitten (7) bezüglich des Zylinders (2) der Zuführvorrichtung mittels eines Schraubeneinstellsystems (9) axial bewegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Paar von Führungsverbindungselementen (11, 12) umfasst, von denen eines von dem Befestigungsfuß (5a) des Rings und das andere von dem Schlitten (7) getragen wird, und welche als Mittel zum Einschränken der Bewegung des Fußes und des Schlittens in ihrer Fügefläche (P) wirken; und wobei sie ferner magnetische Befestigungselemente (13 und 14) mit entgegengesetzten Polaritäten umfasst, von denen eines von dem Fuß (5a) des Stützrings (5) und das andere von dem Stützschlitten (7) getragen werden und welche dazu vorgesehen sind, den Ring und den Schlitten in gegenseitigem Kontakt miteinander zu befestigen.
- Schnell lösbare Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsverbindungselemente (11, 12) einen prismatischen Querschnitt aufweisen, wodurch eine Relativdrehung des Stützrings (5) bezüglich des Stützschlittens (5) verhindert wird.
- Schnell lösbare Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungselemente (11, 12) einen zylindrischen Querschnitt aufweisen, wodurch eine Relativdrehung des Stützrings (5) bezüglich des Stützschlittens (7) um eine Achse im rechten Winkel zu der Fügefläche (P) zugelassen wird.
- Schnell lösbare Befestigungsvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die magnetischen Befestigungselemente aus wenigstens einem Paar von Permanentmagneten (13, 14) bestehen, die einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind und entgegengesetzte Polaritäten aufweisen.
