Definitions
- the invention relates to a on a frame, namely a window or door frame, mounted by transverse sliding shutter box, with a room side and an outside, between a bottom of the shutter box and the top of the frame, an adapter bar is arranged, which, in a cross section, a , possibly first, room side or outside facing support projection which projects into a recess of the bottom, wherein the projection projects beyond the frame and the bottom engages under the projection and rests on the frame.
- Such a combination of shutter box and frame is, for example, from the DE 43 34 999 A1 known. Next will also be on the DE 29614006 U1 directed.
- the projection also exerts in its projecting beyond the frame section a downward clamping force on the ground by a cooperation with the ground in the sense of a ramp.
- the roller shutter box is pressed against or tightened on the frame, by a corresponding admission outside the frame, so the room side or outside, through the adapter strip.
- the adapter bar is firmly connected to the frame, for example. By suitable screw. The pulled by the clamping force down, on the frame, so far in the assembled state so far constantly biased roller shutter box is so close to the frame.
- the roller shutter box which is always constructed as a plastic part, in particular composed of plastic extruded parts, carries along this deflection. There can be no disturbing gap between the shutter box and the frame.
- the rigidity of the entire summary is advantageously increased.
- the roller shutter box is preferably one which is composed entirely of solid plastic parts, preferably produced by the extrusion process.
- a roller shutter box can also consist of other materials or material combinations.
- it may also consist of a foam plastic, in which individual parts, such as the floorboard particularly essential here, in turn, may consist of a solid plastic.
- the adapter strip has a second, provided in cross-section in juxtaposition to the first support projection retaining projection. Both support projections have free-standing, pointing in the same direction, end portions.
- the second support projection is in this case further preferably arranged completely in vertical overlap with the frame.
- the first support projection has a greater vertical height than the second support projection. This is on the one hand favorable when pushed together of roller shutter box and frame. As a rule, this is done in the workshop in the sense of a pre-assembly, so that the already interconnected elements shutter box and frame are then installed as a unit.
- the roller shutter box is pushed in the workshop, but possibly also only at the installation site, transversely from the (later) room side or the outside. If, as stated, the first support projection has a greater vertical height, that is, a larger vertical projection over the frame, this initially serves to facilitate the finding of the associated projections of the bottom of the roller shutter box, which must slide under the support projections and then jam or lock there , In addition, however, this is also associated with the advantage of a high resistance torque against bending, since then there is a greater vertical elevation of the first projection relative to a bending line is given about the frame.
- the base can initially form a ramp for the projection in its area under the projection.
- the projection may be formed in its undercut from the bottom area with an angling down.
- the adapter bar can be made in various ways. First, an embodiment of a steel material is preferred. But it can also consist of aluminum. In this respect, the adapter strip can basically be formed as a solid material piece. However, further preferred in this context is that the adapter strip is designed as a sheet metal folding element.
- the adapter strip can also be designed as a plastic extrusion part, if appropriate, with regard to the desired rigidity, also chambered up to its projecting area.
- plastic come the conventional extrusion plastics such as PVC in question. It may also be a glass fiber reinforced plastic.
- the floor is at least partially formed as a double floor in its area under the projection.
- an abstract double-layeredness is not sufficient in this context.
- The, possibly two, layers of the ground, both of which undercut the projection, must be connected to each other so that the rigidity is increased compared to only one layer. For example, this is done by chambering. In this case, vertical connecting walls between the layers are provided, which lead to a truss-like structure. In exceptional cases, only a corresponding greater thickness of the situation may be sufficient.
- the rigidity of the floor in the undercut area is advantageously increased, so that the overall draw is made by the prevailing bias of the roller shutter box on the frame. It results, as it were in the assembled state, an inclusion of very rigid adapter bar in the bottom of the shutter box.
- the first projection starting from a Rastausformung for locking with the ground to its free end at least in its frame projecting beyond the frame to its free end not further lowers ,
- the invention can also be implemented on individual spaced apart to be mounted on the window or door frame adapter cuts.
- the adapter strip (or the sections) can be screwed on, but also clipped on or held in restrained fashion, by cooperating form-fitting formations on the strip or the window or door frame.
- FIG. 2 shows, the shutter box 5, in which - here only schematically indicated - a roller shutter 6 is received, a bottom 7, side panels 8 and a ceiling 9.
- the roller shutter box 5 is seated on the frame 3 by means of an adapter strip 10.
- the roller shutter box is pushed onto the frame 3 during assembly from the (later) room side.
- the adapter bar has a jump over the frame on the front, possible.
- the adapter strip 10 is screw-connected by means of screws 11 at suitable intervals with the frame 3.
- the adapter strip 10 has, as well as from Fig. 3 results in a first support projection 12 and a laterally offset in cross-section second support projection 13.
- the first support projection 12 is designed to be completely free-standing, while the second support projection 13 extends in its cantilevered area above a groin center section 14.
- Fig. 5 shows that the bottom 7 of the roller shutter box forms a lower gripping portion 15 which engages under the first projection 12.
- This sub-gripping area 15 is formed doppelbödig over a substantial part of its free-standing extension in any case in the area which engages under the projection 12 in the installed state and is outside the frame, and also chambered.
- End of the ramp so assigned to the connection of the lower gripping portion 15 to the further course of the bottom 7, may still be provided a latching projection 16.
- the layers 15 'and 15 "of the bottom 7, which form the receptacle of the bottom of the projection 12, extend at an acute angle to each other, which opens in the direction of loading of the roller shutter box.
- the adapter strip 10 is formed as a sheet metal bent part.
- a double layer is provided in the region of the free-projecting portion of the first projection 12 as well as in the region of the second projection 13.
- the double layer is also maintained in the attachment portion of the adapter strip 10.
- the layers are directly adjacent to each other. Then arises, starting from the attachment region to the free end portion of the first projection 12 out, via a portion which is located within the contour of the frame, a free space between two layers of the adapter strip forming sheet.
- the lower layer of the sheet metal in the region of the first projection 12 immediately forms, with its free end section 17, the latching projection for a counter-latching 18 (cf. Fig. 5 ) formed at the bottom 7. In this area, even a superimposed three-ply adapter bar 10 is given.

Description
The invention relates to a on a frame, namely a window or door frame, mounted by transverse sliding shutter box, with a room side and an outside, between a bottom of the shutter box and the top of the frame, an adapter bar is arranged, which, in a cross section, a , possibly first, room side or outside facing support projection which projects into a recess of the bottom, wherein the projection projects beyond the frame and the bottom engages under the projection and rests on the frame.
Although the known adapter strips, which are also partially designed as adapters, in particular the known from the last-mentioned utility model adapter strip, has proven itself in practice, there is still a need, the summary between the shutter box and the frame by means of the adapter bar so Improve that improvements in stability and long-term behavior are achieved especially in wide-exciting frames and / or at transitions between a door and a window.
This object is achieved first and foremost in the subject matter of claim 1, wherein it is pointed out that the projection also exerts in its projecting beyond the frame section a downward clamping force on the ground by a cooperation with the ground in the sense of a ramp. According to the invention, the roller shutter box is pressed against or tightened on the frame, by a corresponding admission outside the frame, so the room side or outside, through the adapter strip. The adapter bar is firmly connected to the frame, for example. By suitable screw. The pulled by the clamping force down, on the frame, so far in the assembled state so far constantly biased roller shutter box is so close to the frame. If there is a deflection of the frame if necessary, the roller shutter box, which is always constructed as a plastic part, in particular composed of plastic extruded parts, carries along this deflection. There can be no disturbing gap between the shutter box and the frame. In addition, the rigidity of the entire summary is advantageously increased.
The roller shutter box is preferably one which is composed entirely of solid plastic parts, preferably produced by the extrusion process. However, such a roller shutter box can also consist of other materials or material combinations. For example, it may also consist of a foam plastic, in which individual parts, such as the floorboard particularly essential here, in turn, may consist of a solid plastic.
The other claims are explained below primarily as embodiments of the main idea described above.
Thus, it is preferred that the adapter strip has a second, provided in cross-section in juxtaposition to the first support projection retaining projection. Both support projections have free-standing, pointing in the same direction, end portions. The second support projection is in this case further preferably arranged completely in vertical overlap with the frame. In further detail, it is also preferred that the first support projection has a greater vertical height than the second support projection. This is on the one hand favorable when pushed together of roller shutter box and frame. As a rule, this is done in the workshop in the sense of a pre-assembly, so that the already interconnected elements shutter box and frame are then installed as a unit. The roller shutter box is pushed in the workshop, but possibly also only at the installation site, transversely from the (later) room side or the outside.
In an embodiment of the interaction of the first projection with the ground in the sense of a run-on slope, the base can initially form a ramp for the projection in its area under the projection. Alternatively or in combination, the projection may be formed in its undercut from the bottom area with an angling down.
The adapter bar can be made in various ways. First, an embodiment of a steel material is preferred. But it can also consist of aluminum. In this respect, the adapter strip can basically be formed as a solid material piece. However, further preferred in this context is that the adapter strip is designed as a sheet metal folding element.
In addition, however, the adapter strip can also be designed as a plastic extrusion part, if appropriate, with regard to the desired rigidity, also chambered up to its projecting area. With regard to plastic come the conventional extrusion plastics such as PVC in question. It may also be a glass fiber reinforced plastic.
It is also preferred that the floor is at least partially formed as a double floor in its area under the projection. However, an abstract double-layeredness is not sufficient in this context. The, possibly two, layers of the ground, both of which undercut the projection, must be connected to each other so that the rigidity is increased compared to only one layer. For example, this is done by chambering. In this case, vertical connecting walls between the layers are provided, which lead to a truss-like structure. In exceptional cases, only a corresponding greater thickness of the situation may be sufficient. In any case, the rigidity of the floor in the undercut area is advantageously increased, so that the overall draw is made by the prevailing bias of the roller shutter box on the frame. It results, as it were in the assembled state, an inclusion of very rigid adapter bar in the bottom of the shutter box.
In particular, when the ramp is formed on the bottom, it is also preferred that the first projection, starting from a Rastausformung for locking with the ground to its free end at least in its frame projecting beyond the frame to its free end not further lowers ,
Instead of an over substantially the entire width of the roller shutter box continuous adapter strip, the invention can also be implemented on individual spaced apart to be mounted on the window or door frame adapter cuts.
The adapter strip (or the sections) can be screwed on, but also clipped on or held in restrained fashion, by cooperating form-fitting formations on the strip or the window or door frame.
