Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abdichteinrichtung zur Abdichtung von Arbeitsfugen und/oder Dehnfugen, insbesondere von Betonierfugen, mit einem Fugenband.The invention relates to a sealing device for sealing of construction joints and / or expansion joints, in particular of concrete joints, with a joint tape.
Betonierfugen bzw. Arbeitsfugen treten insbesondere im Ortbetonbau auf. Arbeitsfugen in Beton- und Stahlbetonkonstruktionen, insbesondere Betonierfugen, die beim Betonieren eines zweiten Betonteils an ein schon vorhandenes erstes Bauteil entstehen, müssen häufig zuverlässig abgedichtet werden. Insbesondere bei wasserundurchlässigen Betonkonstruktionen müssen Betonierfugen bzw. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch eine Abdichteinrichtung der eingangs genannten Art, bei der zumindest ein Injektionssystem zur Abdichtung von Bauwerksfugen mit dem Fugenband, insbesondere bleibend und unlösbar, verbunden ist. Da das Fugenband und das Injektionssystem miteinander verbunden werden, können diese gemeinsam installiert werden. Die Abdichtung kann dadurch in zwei Phasen ablaufen. In der ersten Phase erfolgt eine Abdichtung aufgrund einer Barriere, die durch das Fugenband ausgebildet wird. In einer zweiten Phase kann die Abdichtung durch eine Injektion von Verpressmedien mittels des Injektionssystems erfolgen, falls dies erforderlich ist. Somit kann auf das Injektionssystem bei eventuellen Undichtigkeiten später zurückgegriffen werden. Vorzugsweise ist das Injektionssystem mehrfach injizierbar und/oder zementverpressbar.
