Definitions

  • the invention relates to a plastic plug and an assembly comprising a plug and a container.
  • the plug according to the invention is of the type comprising a base to be fixed in the vicinity of the neck of the bottle and a cap mounted articulated between a closed position of the container and an open position.
  • the document FR-A-2,350,272 discloses a child-resistant pouring cap that includes a toggle structure for holding the lid in the open or closed position and facilitating the use of the cap as a child resistant cap.
  • the document US 5 400 912 discloses a closed moldable plug having a flat cap and a hinge device adjoining the free end face of the cap.
  • This hinge device comprises on the one hand two flat zones forming coaxial hinges but spaced apart from each other, and on the other hand a U-shaped hinge which is located between the two flat hinge zones. This U-shaped hinge is located towards the inside of the cap.
  • the document EP-0 309 396 discloses a plug having a base to be fixed on the neck of a container, the base being connected by a hinge to a closure cap of the container. At the junction plane between the base and the cap, the latter have different diameters, so that there is a peripheral empty space at the neck of the container, between the base and the cap.
