  • the machine 1 might also comprise first flushing means that can be activated to cleanse the first feed means 16 when the machine is in the second configuration, and second flushing means that can be activated to cleanse the second feed means 18 when the machine is in the first configuration.
  • the flushing means (not illustrated) will allow the respective tank and filler devices to be cleansed when there is no product effectively being batched into the containers 2 by these same components, that is to say when the filler devices are not positioned above and in alignment with the supporting and weighing means 6.
  • the first and second filler devices 17 and 19 are connected to an electronic control unit 31, as also are a motor 32 by which the carousel 4 is driven in rotation, an auxiliary motor 33 by which the first and second filler devices 17 and 19 are positioned relative to the supporting and weighing means 6, and possibly sensors of suitable type serving to monitor the configuration of the machine 1 at any given moment.
  • the control unit 31 will also be programmed to govern the operation of the machine during a change of configuration.
  • control unit 31 will pilot the auxiliary motor 33 to rotate the tanks 22 and 23 between the first and second configuration, open or close the first filler devices 17 or second filler devices 19, and activate the flushing means if included, as and when the machine 1 occupies the first or second operating configuration.

Claims (17)

  1. Une machine de remplissage de récipients avec des produits liquides ou pulvérulents, comprenant :
    - un carrousel (4) pouvant tourner autour d'un axe (5) respectif et supportant des moyens (6) de support et de pesage sur lesquels positionner et peser une pluralité de récipients (2),
    - des premiers moyens d'alimentation (16) alimentant un premier produit distribué par des premiers dispositifs de remplissage (17) disposés autour de l'axe (5) de rotation et se déplaçant avec le carrousel (4) ;
    - au moins des deuxièmes moyens d'alimentation (18) alimentant un deuxième produit distribué par des deuxièmes dispositifs de remplissage (19) disposés autour de l'axe (5) de rotation et se déplaçant avec le carrousel (4) ; ladite machine étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre un élément (21) portant les premiers (17) et les deuxièmes (19) dispositifs de remplissage, ledit élément (21) pouvant tourner autour de l'axe (5) par rapport au carrousel (4) entre une première configuration dans laquelle les moyens (6) de support et de pesage sont associés aux premiers dispositifs de remplissage (17), et au moins une deuxième configuration dans laquelle les moyens (6) de support et de pesage sont associés aux deuxièmes dispositifs de remplissage (19).
  2. La machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les premiers dispositifs de remplissage (17) et les deuxièmes dispositifs de remplissage (19) sont disposés en séquence alternée autour de l'axe (5) de rotation.
  3. La machine selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le nombre des premiers dispositifs de remplissage (17) montés et des deuxièmes dispositifs de remplissage (19) montés est égal au nombre des moyens (6) de support et de pesage.
  4. La machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les premiers moyens d'alimentation (16) comprennent un premier réservoir (22) raccordé aux premiers dispositifs de remplissage (17).
  5. La machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les deuxièmes moyens d'alimentation (18) comprennent un deuxième réservoir (23) raccordé aux deuxièmes dispositifs de remplissage (19).
  6. La machine selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le premier réservoir (22) peut tourner autour de l'axe (5) de rotation du carrousel et est associé de façon rigide aux premiers dispositifs de remplissage (17).
  7. La machine selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième réservoir (23) peut tourner autour de l'axe (5) de rotation du carrousel et est associé de façon rigide aux deuxièmes dispositifs de remplissage (19).
  8. La machine selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que le premier réservoir (22) et le deuxième réservoir (23) tournent comme un tout.
  9. La machine selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le premier réservoir (22) a une forme cylindrique et est concentrique à l'axe (5) de rotation.
  10. La machine selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième réservoir (23) a une forme cylindrique et est concentrique à l'axe (5) de rotation.
  11. La machine selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le premier réservoir (22) a une forme toroïdale et encercle l'axe (5) de rotation.
  12. La machine selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième réservoir (23) a une forme toroïdale et encercle l'axe (5) de rotation.
  13. La machine selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que le premier réservoir (22) et le deuxième réservoir (23) sont placés l'un sur l'autre le long de l'axe (5) de rotation.
  14. La machine selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le premier réservoir (22) est fixe et raccordé aux premiers moyens d'alimentation (16) par l'intermédiaire de conduites respectives et d'un raccord rotatif.
  15. La machine selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième réservoir (23) est fixe et raccordé aux deuxièmes moyens d'alimentation (18) par l'intermédiaire de conduites respectives et d'un raccord rotatif.
  16. La machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre des premiers moyens de lavage servant à laver les premiers moyens d'alimentation, activés quand la machine est dans la deuxième configuration, et des deuxièmes moyens de lavage servant à laver les deuxièmes moyens d'alimentation, activés quand la machine est dans la première configuration.
  17. La machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre une unité de contrôle électronique (31) reliée aux premiers dispositifs de remplissage (17) et aux deuxièmes dispositifs de remplissage (19), ainsi qu'à des capteurs contrôlant la configuration des premiers dispositifs de remplissage (17) et des deuxièmes dispositifs de remplissage (19) par rapport aux moyens (6) de support et de pesage, et pouvant ainsi activer les premiers dispositifs de remplissage (17) ou les deuxièmes dispositifs de remplissage (19) en fonction de la configuration active de la machine.
