Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil pour produire des gaufres (2). Ledit appareil comprend un gaufrier présentant des plaques à frire inférieure et supérieure (4a, 4b). Un actionneur (6) est conçu pour ouvrir le gaufrier en vue du remplissage à l'aide du mélange pour gaufre, pour fermer le gaufrier afin de frire le mélange pour gaufre, ainsi que pour ouvrir le gaufrier en vue de retirer la gaufre produite. Un contenant de mélange (24) est conçu pour recevoir un mélange pour gaufre sec provenant d'un contenant de poudre (10) et un liquide alimenté à partir d'une conduite de liquide. Le contenant de mélange (24) est disposé sur une cellule de pesage (27) pour peser des masses souhaitées de poudre pour gaufres sèche et de liquide. Un fouet (26) est conçu pour mélanger le mélange pour gaufres et un moteur (29) est conçu pour tourner le contenant de mélange (24) de manière à verser le mélange pour gaufres mélangé du contenant de mélange (24) dans le gaufrier afin de le frire. Ledit procédé comprend une étape de lavage du contenant de mélange (24) et du fouet.
