Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
  • Dishwashers usually have at least one rinsing container and spraying devices arranged therein, the spraying devices being supplied with the liquid conveyed by a circulating pump in order to apply rinsing liquid to the items to be rinsed stored in the rinsing container.
  • a program control unit which can be assembled from the partial program steps pre-rinsing, cleaning, intermediate rinsing, rinsing and drying. Since the rinsing liquid accumulates during the rinsing phases with rinsing residues, filter systems are provided in the water cycle of the dishwasher, by means of which the rinse water circulated by the circulation pump is constantly guided.
  • the known dishwashers have the disadvantage that the water jet acting on the items to be washed by the spraying devices is relatively strong and thus the detachment of the food particles, especially during the pre-washing phase, takes place relatively quickly. As a result, there is a risk that the rinsing residues can not be removed on time or to the required extent and that the filter systems present in the dishwasher become clogged with rinsing residues, which hampers the water cycle in the dishwasher. This leads to a back contamination of the items to be washed by comminution and fine distribution of the deposited on the filter systems flushing residues and thus to a reduction in the cleaning effect of the dishwasher.
  • a method of cleaning dishes in a dishwashing machine is known.
  • the pressure with which the rinsing liquid is conveyed from a circulation pump of the dishwasher to a spray device is varied in order to remove food residues by predetermined hydraulic removal power, eg rinsing pressure or flushing quantity, in small quantities and from the dishwasher discharge, so that in the further Spülprogrammverlauf a reliable filter function is guaranteed.
  • the invention is proposed from a method for operating a dishwasher with at least one rinsing container in which by means of a circulation pump a rinsing liquid is conveyed to at least one spray device for loading rinsed in the washing container, to be cleaned dishes, and with a at least from the partial program steps prewash, cleaning , Intermediate rinsing, rinsing and drying rinsing program, whereby the pressure with which the rinsing liquid is conveyed from the circulating pump to the at least one spraying device is variable in order to supply food residues by predetermined hydraulic Abtragungs antique, z.
  • spray pressure and spray quantity to be removed in small quantities and discharged from the dishwasher, whereby the filter function is guaranteed in the rest of the wash program
  • the object of the invention is achieved in that the circulating pump is operated in a first sub-step of the pre-wash with about 30% to 60% of the maximum power is operated in a second portion of the pre-wash with about 50% - 100% of the maximum power and in a third portion of the pre-wash is operated at about 30 - 60% of the maximum power.
  • the number of revolutions and thus also the power of the circulating pump for conveying rinsing liquid can be varied.
  • the electric circulation pump is supplied, for example with a drive current of different power, so that the circulation pump generates correspondingly different numbers of revolutions. This has the consequence that the circulation pump promotes different amounts of flushing liquid to the spraying device and thus the intensity of the water jet acting on the items to be washed by the spraying devices can be varied.
  • the circulation pump can be operated with a low number of revolutions, so that the water jet acting on the items to be washed by the spraying device is less intense.
  • the detachment of the food particles from the items to be washed, especially during the pre-rinsing phase is distributed over a longer period of time, since peak quantities of rinsing residues in the rinsing liquid are reduced or flattened, so that the filter systems in the dishwasher are not overloaded.
  • the generation of a water jet acting with less intensity on the items to be washed may also be desirable during the rinse cycle, since in this case the items to be washed should only be wetted with rinse aid.
  • a similar effect can be achieved if the circulating pump is operated at least temporarily during the admission of the rinsing liquid used for a rinse cycle, in particular the pre-rinse cycle or the rinse cycle, into the dishwasher.
  • the rinsing liquid required for a rinse is not yet completely introduced into the dishwasher, which means that the liquid level of the rinsing liquid is still at a low level.
  • the circulating pump during the inlet of the washing liquid in the dishwasher in addition to the washing liquid also partially draws air and consequently promotes a smaller volume of washing liquid than when the liquid level of the washing liquid in the dishwasher is at a higher or maximum level.
  • the reduced delivery rate of the circulation pump in turn has the consequence that the water jet acting on the items to be washed by the spraying devices is less intense and the detachment of the food particles from the items to be washed is distributed over a longer period of time, whereby peak quantities of washing residues in the washing liquid are reduced or flattened.
  • a method may be provided in which the amount of rinsing liquid introduced into the dishwasher for a rinse cycle, in particular the pre-rinse cycle or the final rinse cycle, corresponds only to a portion of the rinsing liquid that can be received by the dishwasher as a whole.
  • the rinse liquid required for a rinse is not completely introduced into the dishwasher, which means that the liquid level of the washing liquid in the dishwasher is at a low level during the entire washing cycle in question.
  • the circulating pump can be operated in particular during the pre-wash cycle or in the rinse cycle with a lower flow rate, whereby the effects described above can be achieved.
  • This mode of operation in which the circulating pump in addition to the rinsing liquid also partially draws air can also have a pulse-like course of the water jet generated by the circulation pump and the spray water or water pressure result, which also leads to the desired effect that the water jet acting on the dishes is less intense and the detachment of food particles from the dishes is distributed over a longer period of time, whereby peak levels of flushing residues in the washing liquid are reduced or flattened.
  • the amount of rinsing liquid used for a rinse cycle is varied during the rinse cycle in question. Due to the effect described above, that the circulating pump at a low liquid level of the washing liquid in the dishwasher in addition to the rinsing liquid also partially draws air and consequently promotes a smaller volume of rinsing liquid, can easily with the variation of the rinsing liquid level in the dishwasher, the capacity of the circulation pump and thereby changing the intensity of the water jet generated by the circulating pump via the spraying devices.
  • a variation of the rinsing liquid level in the dishwasher can be done for example by the supply of fresh water, which causes an increase of the rinsing liquid level.
  • a rinsing pump for pumping out rinsing liquid from the dishwasher during a rinsing cycle, in particular during the pre-rinsing cycle is preferably operated at least temporarily.
  • the drain pump and the circulation pump are operated alternately one after the other. This is preferably carried out in the end region of the pumping out of wash liquor from the washing through the drain pump, wherein a small amount of wash liquor is still present. As a result, the sieves in the area of the sump can be cleaned, thereby removing food particles from the rinsing container.
  • a substantially complete Spülroughkeits crisp is made.
  • a particularly good rinsing result can be achieved if the rinsing liquid used for a rinse cycle, in particular the pre-rinsing cycle, is preferably completely replaced at least once during the rinse cycle.
  • FIG. 1 shows a diagram illustrating the operation of the circulation pump and the emergence of Spül Wegnostin in the washing liquid in a washing program S of a dishwasher according to the prior art.
  • the time t is plotted on the X-axis and the intensity of the amount of flushing residues in the flushing fluid from 0% to 100% is plotted on the Y-axis.
  • the diagram contains a curve U 1 for illustrating the operation or the performance of the circulating pump in a washing program of a dishwasher according to the prior art.
  • the percentages plotted on the Y-axis do not relate to the capacity of the circulation pump, but only to the intensity of the emergence of flushing residues in the washing liquid.
  • the method or washing program S for operating a dishwasher according to the prior art is composed of several partial program steps: pre-rinsing 1, cleaning 2, intermediate rinsing 3, rinsing 4 and drying 5.
  • the dishwasher has a circulation pump, which is a rinsing liquid to a spray device for loading stored in the washing and to be cleaned Spülgut promotes.
  • the circulating pump according to the prior art is always operated with full or at least the same power U 1 .
  • the known dishwashers have the disadvantage that the action of the water jet acting on the items to be washed by the spraying device takes place with maximum strength and thus the detachment of the food particles, especially during the pre-washing phase, is relatively intense. This can be in FIG. 1 at the very steep decaying and starting at 100% curve R 1 , which represents the intensity of the emergence of flushing residues in the rinsing liquid. As a result, up to 80% of the total rinsing residues can occur during the pre-rinsing phase alone and there is the danger, especially at the beginning of the pre-rinsing phase, that the rinsing residues can not be removed in time or to the required extent.
  • the existing in the dishwasher filter systems can clog with flushing residues, which hinders the water cycle in the dishwasher. This can lead to back contamination of the items to be washed by comminution and fine distribution of the rinsing residues deposited on the filter systems and thus to a reduction of the cleaning effect of the dishwasher.
  • FIG. 2 shows a diagram illustrating the operation of the circulation pump and the emergence of flushing residues in the washing liquid in a wash program E according to a preferred embodiment of the method for operating a dishwasher according to the present invention.
  • the time t is plotted on the X-axis and the intensity of the amount of flushing residues in the rinsing fluid from 0% to 100% is plotted on the Y-axis.
  • the diagram of FIG. 2 a curve U 2 for illustrating the operation or the performance of the circulating pump in a washing program E of a dishwasher according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • the percentages plotted on the Y-axis do not relate to the capacity of the circulation pump, but only to the intensity of the emergence of flushing residues in the washing liquid.
  • the method begins to operate a dishwasher according to a preferred embodiment of the invention with the partial program steps pre-rinse 1 and cleaning 2; Further partial program steps, such as intermediate rinsing 3, rinsing 4 and drying 5 may follow.
  • the dishwasher has a circulation pump, which conveys rinsing liquid to a spraying device in order to charge the rinsing liquid stored in the rinsing container and to be cleaned.
  • the circulating pump is operated with variable power U.
  • the circulation pump is operated in particular at the beginning of the pre-rinsing phase 1 with less than the maximum power.
  • the circulating pump is operated in a first portion of the pre-rinsing phase 1 with about 50% of the maximum power, operated in a second portion of the pre-rinse phase 1 with about 100% of the maximum power and in a third section of the pre-rinse phase 1 again with about 50 % of maximum power.
  • This mode of operation of the circulation pump has the result that the rinsing residues from the items to be washed are removed step by step and thus peak quantities of rinsing residues in the rinsing liquid are reduced or flattened.
  • the inventive method for operating dishwashers thus has the advantage that the action of the water jet acting on the items to be washed by the spraying device does not always take place with maximum, but with reduced and variable strength.
  • This can be in FIG. 2 at the flatter than in FIG. 1 decaying curve R 2 , which represents the intensity of the emergence of flushing residues in the flushing liquid.
