Claims (12)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un tricot ou d'un tissu à mailles (10) conducteur de courant électrique à des fins de chauffage, lequel comprend une matière résistive flexible électriquement conductrice à relativement haute impédance faite de fils de carbone (12), avec des conducteurs métalliques destinés aux lignes d'alimentation électriques et faits d'une matière à basse impédance, les fils de carbone (12) et les conducteurs métalliques étant tricotés ou tissés dans un tricot ou un tissu à mailles constitué de fils synthétiques ou bien en mélange avec des fibres naturelles servant de support, ledit tricot ou tissu à maille étant réalisé sous forme de tissu à mailles à espacement ou de tricot à espacement comportant une face supérieure et une face inférieure (16 ou 18) et une couche intermédiaire (22), caractérisé en ce que les fils de carbone sont exposés à une force de cisaillement stable très peu agressive du fait d'organes de déviation à bords arrondis et à grands rayons de déviation qui sont réglés et adaptés de manière appropriée tout en offrant une friction minimale.
  2. Tricot ou tissu à mailles conducteur de courant électrique, à des fins de chauffage, fabriqué selon le procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le conducteur métallique est un conducteur de contact argenté en forme de tuyau tressé de tricotage hautement extensible.
  3. Tricot ou tissu à mailles conducteur de courant électrique à des fins de chauffage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le conducteur de contact est inséré lors du tricotage ou du processus de tissage ou bien est cousu après la fabrication du tricot à espacement ou du tissu à mailles à espacement.
  4. Tricot ou tissu à mailles conducteur de courant électrique à des fins de chauffage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le conducteur de contact est inséré lors du tricotage ou du processus de tissage en tant que fil de chaîne ou sous forme de boucle ou selon des combinaisons de différentes techniques de maillage.
  5. Tricot ou tissu à mailles conducteur de courant électrique à des fins de chauffage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le conducteur de contact et/ou les fils de carbone est ou sont inséré(s) au milieu et/ou dans la face inférieure et la face supérieure du tissu à mailles à espacement ou du tricot à espacement.
  6. Tricot ou tissu à mailles conducteur de courant électrique à des fins de chauffage selon la revendication 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le conducteur de contact est entouré par les fils de carbone (12) par formation de mailles supplémentaires ou par pose appropriée.
  7. Tricot ou tissu à mailles conducteur de courant électrique à des fins de chauffage selon la revendication 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les fils de carbone (12) sont retors, simples ou doublés.
  8. Tricot ou tissu à mailles conducteur de courant électrique à des fins de chauffage selon la revendication 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les fils d'espacement font de quelques dixièmes de millimètre à un décimètre de longueur, notamment de 2 à 70 mm de longueur.
  9. Tricot ou tissu à mailles conducteur de courant électrique à des fins de chauffage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un revêtement sur une seule face ou sur les deux faces.
  10. Tricot ou tissu à mailles conducteur de courant électrique à des fins de chauffage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement est constitué de polymères flexibles, tels que le polyuréthanne, le chlorure de polyvinyle (PVC), le caoutchouc à la silicone, ou de mélanges ou de structures à plusieurs couches faits à partir desdites matières, ainsi que de systèmes de revêtement moins flexibles.
  11. Tricot ou tissu à mailles conducteur de courant électrique à des fins de chauffage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement a lieu directement et/ou indirectement par collage d'un film de plastique ou d'une couche de matière rigide, y compris de métal, ou par utilisation de films fusibles.
  12. Utilisation du tricot ou du tissu à mailles conducteur de courant électrique à des fins de chauffage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes pour revêtir des vêtements ou des bottes ainsi que des chauffages surfaciques ou des chauffages de forme sphérique fabriqués par confection ou emboutissage profond pour la construction, l'habitat ou le mobilier, les housses de siège d'automobile ou d'avion, ainsi que les matelas, les alaises, les couvertures et les housses de coussin.
