According to the invention, said tubular net is preferably elastically deformable or extensible. According to the invention, said envelope can advantageously be coated or impregnated with a substance for treating the hair or the hair, hygienic or scented. The present invention will be better understood from the study of devices for protecting and / or cleaning brushes, described by way of nonlimiting examples and illustrated by the drawing in which: - Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a device according to the invention; - Figure 2 shows a perspective view of a device according to the invention, placed on a brush; - Figure 3 shows a perspective view of a device according to the invention; - Figure 4 shows a perspective view of a device according to the invention, placed on another brush; - Figure 5 shows a perspective view of a device according to the invention, placed on another brush; - Figure 6 shows a perspective view of a device according to the invention, placed on a brush; - Figure 7 shows a mode of implementation on a brush of a device according to the invention; - And Figure 8 shows a mode of withdrawal of a device according to the invention relative to a brush. Referring to Figure 1, we can see that there is shown a protection and cleaning device 10 consists of a deformable tubular casing 1, in the form of a cover, which has a single opening in the lower part 3 of its side wall. The envelope 1 has a fastening system 4 associated with the opening 3 and allowing the positioning of the envelope. 1 on the head of a brush or comb and print pressure so that the cover sinks into the brush or comb. The envelope 1 may advantageously be made of a woven material, so as to have holes between its meshes, this envelope possibly being extensible or elastic. For example and in a nonlimiting manner, the envelope 1 can be composed based on viscose, polyamide, acrylic or in any other material capable of constituting deformable meshes. The casing 1 has at its lower end a holding part 5 to allow better grip when it is removed. The fastening system 4 comprises a cord 6, for example of cotton, placed inside a sheath 2 surrounding the opening 3. The sheath 2 allows the cord 6 to be put in place. The sheath 2 is preferably elastic. so that the opening 3 is extendable. When a brush is introduced into the envelope 1, its opening 3 can be placed on the back of this brush and be closed by pulling on the cord 6 and tying the latter. In the case of a brush provided with a handle on its back, this handle can pass through the opening 3 and the latter can be tightened at the base of the handle by pulling on the free strands of the cord 6 in order to perfectly maintain this envelope . A press stud, a fastening band or an elastic band can also be used to close at least partially the opening 3 of the envelope 1. This sheath 2 can be formed by a return of material produced by sewing a pleat created from the envelope 1. According to a variant, the envelope 1 may consist of one or more parts sewn so as to obtain the shape of the brush or the comb. Preferably, the envelope 1 is slightly longer than the head of the brush or the comb. The envelope 1 preferably has a width at most equal to that of the brush or the comb.
The envelope 1 is thus positioned on said head up to the base of the handle of the brush. The dimensions of the envelope may possibly vary depending on the shapes and sizes of the various existing hair brush heads, cylindrical, oval, round, rectangular or square. To remove the envelope 1 from the brush, the cord 6 is detached and this envelope is removed upside down, turning it over, so as to trap the dirt inside it. The handling is easy, fast and very hygienic because the user does not touch the soiled envelope thanks to the part of clean tissue which is located below the cord allowing the closure of the envelope 1. The envelope 1 then becomes a small disposable bag filled with hair, dust, dandruff and other dirt. Referring to Figure 2, we can see that there is shown a protection and cleaning device 100 installed on a brush 101 which comprises a flat longitudinal support 102 whose ends are rounded and which carries on one side a multiplicity of 'protruding elements 103 such as filiform elements, groups of filiform elements or teeth for brushing. As shown in FIG. 3, the device 100 comprises a perforated tubular envelope 104 constituted in the example by a woven net, preferably elastically deformable or extensible, one end 105 of which is closed and the other end 106 of which is open. Of side of this open end 106, the tubular casing 104 has a constricted portion 107 in the manner of a bottle neck. The edge of the open end 106 is provided with an annular elastic member 108, attached or woven. For the installation of the device 100 on the brush 101, the opening 106 is enlarged by lengthening the elastic member 108 and by deforming the casing 104, the brush 101 is introduced longitudinally and completely into the casing 104, possibly in pulling to adjust it, and we release it. The projecting elements 103 pass through the envelope 104, the meshes of which engage between these elements 103, in the direction of the support 102. The support 102 is then completely surrounded by the envelope 104 which is thus suitably maintained. Brush 101 can then be used normally. In the variant of FIG. 2, the closed end 105 of the envelope 104 is obtained by tightening an open end obtained during weaving and holding by gluing or by an added member for example constituted by a collar of any material or by forming a knot. In the variant of Figure 3, the closed end 105 of the envelope 104 is obtained directly during weaving. Referring to FIG. 4, it can be seen that another use of the device 100 of FIG. 3 has been shown, in which the casing 104 is placed on a brush 109 which has an oval longitudinal flat support 1 10 provided on one side with projecting elements 1 1 1 and extending longitudinally by a handle 1 12. This time, the brush 109 is introduced into the envelope 104 by its part opposite to its handle 1 12, up to that the elastic member 108 comes around the junction part between the support 110 and the handle 1 12 or around the part of this handle located on the side of this support. Referring to FIG. 5, it can be seen that another use of the device 100 of FIG. 3 has been shown, in which the casing 104 is placed on a brush 113 which has an oval longitudinal flat support 114 provided on one side of projecting elements 1 15 and having a handle 116 extending longitudinally at a distance from the back of the support 114. The brush 113 is introduced into the envelope 104 by its part opposite to the junction part between its handle 116 and its support 114, until the elastic member 108 comes around the junction part between the support 114 and the handle 116. Furthermore, the casing 1 described with reference to FIG. 1 is also suitable for being placed on the brushes of FIGS. 2, 4 and 5. After installation, the opening 3 of this envelope 1 is located on the back of these brushes opposite their projecting elements and the envelope 1 bypasses the entire periphery of the support of these brushes.
The opening 3 can be closed by pulling on the cord 6 and tying the latter, so as to create a certain tension. Referring to FIG. 6, it can be seen that another use of the device 100 of FIGS. 3 to 5 has been shown, in which the casing 104 is placed on a brush 117 which has a cylindrical longitudinal support 118 provided protruding elements 1 19 radiating around its periphery and extending longitudinally by a handle 120. In this example, the elastic member 108 of the casing 104 is replaced by a strip 121 of quick coupling intended to tighten its opening 106 of adjustable way. This time, the brush 11 is introduced into the casing 104 through its part opposite to its handle 120, until its opening 106 provided with the strip 121 comes around the junction part between the support 118 and the handle. 120 or around the part of this handle located on the side of this support. After which, the strip 121 is adjusted to the diameter of the handle 120 and hung. Referring to Figures 7 and 8, we will now describe, by way of example, a way to set up and remove the casing 104 relative to the brush 1 17. As shown in Figure 7, the envelope 104 can be placed on brush 117 by increasing its dimension radially, as shown by arrows 122 and 123 and by turning it over by sliding it as shown by arrow 124. As shown in Figure 8, the envelope 104 can be removed from the brush 1 17 by taking the edge of its opening 106, increasing its size and pulling in the opposite direction indicated by the arrow 125 so as to return it to the way of a sock. Thus, during this removal, the dirt, such as hair or body hair, is extracted from between the projecting elements 119 and, after total removal, this dirt is enclosed in the inverted envelope 104 which then constitutes a bag. disposable. We can then replace on the brush 117 a new envelope 104 '. The above operations, in particular withdrawal by turning over and constitution of a disposable bag, are naturally applicable, to obtain the same results, to the envelopes described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. Furthermore, the material constituting the envelopes described here - Above can, during their manufacture or just before use, be coated or impregnated with a substance for treating the hair or the hair, hygienic or scented. The present invention is not limited to the examples described above. In particular, the tubular envelopes could be constituted by thin bands, elastic or extensible, meshed to form through holes for the elements projecting from the brushes. The closed ends of the envelopes could be produced by any other means than those described, for example by gluing using an adhesive, by heat sealing. In the brush area free of projecting elements, the envelopes could have a non-perforated part, possibly elastic or extensible, for example a canvas. The envelopes could also have suitably placed reinforcing parts. Many other alternative embodiments are possible without departing from the scope defined by the appended claims.
