Claims (18)

  1. Elément de sécurité multicouche (12), comportant une couche métallique dans laquelle des éléments d'identification, sous forme de motifs, de lettres, de chiffres et/ou d'images, sont incorporés à l'aide d'un faisceau laser, caractérisé en ce que la couche métallique est disposée entre deux couches de couverture translucides, dont la transparence dans la plage visible du spectre est inférieure à 10%, ce en conséquence de quoi les éléments d'identification (16) se trouvant dans la couche métallique (20) présentent un effet de filigrane, grâce auquel ils apparaissent en positif quand on regarde par transmission, et en négatif quand on regarde par réflexion.
  2. Elément de sécurité (12) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la transparence des couches de couverture translucides dans la plage visible du spectre est inférieure à 5 %.
  3. Elément de sécurité (12) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les couches de couverture translucides sont colorées, et en particulier en lumière réfléchie apparaissent en blanc ou en couleur pastel.
  4. Elément de sécurité (12) selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'incorporation des éléments d'identification (16) est effectuée par enlèvement de matière dans la couche métallique (20).

  9. Elément de sécurité (12) selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'identification se présentent sous forme tramée.
  10. Elément de sécurité (12) selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la couche métallique (20) est appliquée par évaporation sous vide ou par impression sur l'une des couches de couverture translucides.
  11. Elément de sécurité (12) selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la couche métallique (20) est appliquée par évaporation sous vide ou par impression sur une couche intermédiaire transparente, disposée entre les couches de couverture translucides.
  12. Elément de sécurité (12) selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'une des couches de couverture translucides, ou les deux, sont pourvues d'au moins une couche de protection transparente dans la zone des éléments d'identification (16).
  13. Support de données, en particulier document de valeur, tel qu'un billet de banque, une carte d'identité ou analogues, comportant un élément de sécurité (12) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12.
  14. Support de données selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de sécurité est noyé dans le volume intérieur du support de données, ou est appliqué sur la surface du support de données.

    - on combine une couche métallique (20) à deux couches de couverture translucides, dont la transparence est inférieure à 10% dans la plage visible du spectre, de façon qu'elle se trouve entre les deux couches de couverture, et

  17. Procédé selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'identification (16) sont incorporés à l'aide d'un rayonnement laser pulsé, en particulier dans la plage infrarouge du spectre.
  18. Procédé selon la revendication 16 ou 17, caractérisé en ce que la longueur d'onde du rayonnement laser et le matériau des couches de couverture translucides sont adaptés l'un à l'autre de telle sorte que le rayonnement laser soit fortement absorbé par la couche métallique (20) et ne soit pour l'essentiel pas absorbé par les couches de couverture translucides.
