Claims (19)
- Support de données dans lequel, sous l'effet d'un faisceau laser, des identifications sont incorporées sous forme de modèle, de lettres, de chiffres et/ou d'images, qui sont visibles du fait de variations locales des propriétés optiques du support de données, modifications provoquées par le faisceau laser et résultant de transformations du matériau, le support de données comprenant une couche d'enregistrement sensible au laser, transparente dans le domaine spectral visible, couche qui est pourvue d'un relief superficiel sous forme d'une trame lenticulaire, de façon que les identifications soient, avec le faisceau laser provenant de différentes directions, incorporées dans la couche d'enregistrement en traversant la trame lenticulaire, et puissent être reconnues lors d'une observation à partir des mêmes directions, caractérisé en ce que le support de données est transparent au moins dans le domaine des identifications incorporées.
- Support de données selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les modifications des propriétés optiques du support de données sont visibles par transmission.
- Support de données selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les modifications des propriétés optiques du support de données sont visibles par réflexion.
- Support de données selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la trame lenticulaire comprend des lentilles cylindriques et/ ou des lentilles sphériques.
- Support de données selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'enregistrement est formée d'une couche non autoportante, ayant une épaisseur d'environ 1 µm à environ 800 µm.
- Support de données selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'enregistrement est disposée à l'intérieur du support de données.
- Support de données selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les identifications comprennent des données personnelles telles qu'une signature, une date de naissance, un portrait ou analogues.
- Support de données selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les identifications comprennent des données relatives au support de données, telles qu'une durée de validité, un numéro de carte, une indication concernant l'organisme ou l'institut émetteur, ou analogues.
- Support de données selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les identifications se présentent sous forme tramée, les éléments de la trame étant de préférence formés de pixels en forme de bâtonnets.
- Support de données selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les identifications pouvant être reconnues à partir de différentes directions sont présentes dans la couche d'enregistrement en étant imbriquées les unes dans les autres.
- Support de données selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le support de données comprend un corps principal, au moins partiellement transparent, dans lequel ou sur lequel sont disposées la couche d'enregistrement et la trame lenticulaire.
- Support de données selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le support de données comprend, outre les identifications, des impressions en noir et blanc ou en couleurs, et/ou d'autres inscriptions laser.
- Support de données selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le support de données est pourvu d'une ou plusieurs autres caractéristiques de sécurité, en particulier de substances luminescentes, magnétiques ou électriques, ou de structures optiquement variables telles que des structures holographiques.
- Support de données selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le support de données représente un document de valeur, tel qu'un billet de banque, une carte d'identité ou analogues.
- Support de données selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le support de données représente un élément de sécurité destiné à être appliqué sur un document de valeur tel qu'un billet de banque, une carte d'identité ou analogues.
- Document de valeur tel qu'un billet de banque, une carte d'identité ou analogues, comportant un substrat de document de valeur avec un domaine formant fenêtre ou un trou, qui sur une face, ou sur les deux faces, est recouvert d'un élément de sécurité selon la revendication 15.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un support de données selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 15, dans lequel- on pourvoit du relief superficiel sous forme d'une trame lenticulaire la couche d'enregistrement sensible au laser, transparente dans le domaine spectral visible, et- on incorpore ensuite, dans un domaine transparent du support de données, à l'aide du faisceau laser provenant de différentes directions, les identifications dans la couche d'enregistrement, en lui faisant traverser la trame lenticulaire, de façon que les identifications puissent être reconnues lors d'une observation ultérieure du support de données à partir de ces mêmes directions.
- Procédé selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que les identifications sont incorporées dans le cadre d'une opération de tramage, les éléments de la trame étant de préférence formés de pixels en forme de bâtonnets.
- Procédé selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de la trame sont produits par exposition de la trame lenticulaire à des impulsions laser.
